1. A printing method for improving the white saturation of kraft unbleached paper is characterized by comprising the following steps:

s1, preparing an ink preform: titanium dioxide, resin and an auxiliary agent which are ground to be below fineness are 62-67 parts by weight: 28-32: 4-6, mixing to form an ink preform, wherein the auxiliary agent comprises a defoaming agent and a slow drying agent;

s2, preparation before printing: adding 3-7 wt% of purple ink into the ink preform and uniformly mixing to form printing ink;

s3, printing: and in the printing process, a scraper is matched with the anilox roller to print so as to increase the thickness of the ink, and finally, the ink is dried to obtain a finished product.

2. The printing method for improving the white saturation of kraft unbleached paper as claimed in claim 1, wherein in step S1, the titanium dioxide, the resin and the auxiliary agent are mixed according to a weight ratio of 65: 30: 5 mixing to form the ink preform.

3. The printing method of increasing the white saturation of kraft unbleached paper of claim 1, wherein in step S2 the ink pre-form is added to 5 wt% violet ink and mixed uniformly to form a printing ink.

4. The printing method for improving the white saturation of kraft unbleached paper as claimed in claim 1, wherein in step S3, the ink thickness is increased by controlling the spacing between the doctor blade and the anilox roller during printing.

5. The printing method for improving the white saturation of kraft unbleached paper as claimed in claim 4, wherein the spacing between the doctor blade and the anilox roll is 1-2 cm.

6. The printing method for improving the white saturation of kraft unbleached paper of claim 1, wherein in step S3 the ink is 5-10um thick.

7. A preparation method of high-saturation white ink is characterized by comprising the following steps:

s1, grinding the titanium dioxide powder with the fineness below, resin and an auxiliary agent according to the weight ratio of 62-67: 28-32: 4-6, mixing to form an ink preform, wherein the auxiliary agent comprises a defoaming agent and a slow drying agent;

and S2, adding 3-7 wt% of purple ink into the ink preform and uniformly mixing to form the high-saturation white ink.

8. A high saturation white ink, characterized in that it is prepared by the process of claim 7.

Technical Field

The invention relates to a high-saturation white ink, a preparation method thereof and a printing method on kraft paper.

Background

In order to increase the display effect of the package and attract customers, various characters and patterns are usually printed on the surface of the product package. At present, the packing box made of printed kraft paper is relatively environment-friendly and simple, but the printing of high-purity white on the surface of dark kraft paper is difficult to realize. In general, the conventional printing process is to directly print white content on kraft paper, but due to the influence of the bottom color of dark kraft paper, the conventional printing cannot offset high-purity white, and the overall appearance effect is influenced.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention provides high-saturation white ink, a preparation method thereof and a printing method on kraft paper, which can effectively solve the problems.

The invention is realized by the following steps:

As a further improvement, in step S1, the titanium dioxide, the resin and the auxiliary agent are mixed according to the weight ratio of 65: 30: 5 mixing to form the ink preform.

The invention further provides high-saturation white ink which is prepared by the method.

The invention has the beneficial effects that: the high-saturation white ink provided by the invention can obviously improve the saturation of printing on kraft paper by adding a proper amount of purple ink, so that the white ink is whiter; in addition, the printing method can further improve the saturation sum of the white ink on kraft paper by controlling the thickness of the ink. In addition, the invention has the characteristics of simple process, low cost and the like.

Detailed Description

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention more apparent, the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention will be described clearly and completely with reference to the accompanying drawings of the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, but not all embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be obtained by a person skilled in the art without any inventive step based on the embodiments of the present invention, are within the scope of the present invention. Referring to fig. 1, an embodiment of the present invention provides a printing method for improving the white saturation of kraft unbleached paper, including the following steps:

s1, preparing an ink preform: titanium dioxide, resin and an auxiliary agent which are ground to be below fineness are 62-67 parts by weight: 28-32: 4-6, mixing to form an ink preform, wherein the auxiliary agent comprises a defoaming agent and a slow drying agent;

s2, preparation before printing: adding 3-7 wt% of purple ink into the ink preform and uniformly mixing to form printing ink;

s3, printing: and in the printing process, a scraper is matched with the anilox roller to print so as to increase the thickness of the ink, and finally, the ink is dried to obtain a finished product.

In step S1, the titanium dioxide may be ground to a fineness below by air-drying grinding or other grinding processes. Specifically, the fineness of the titanium dioxide is required to be 0.5 to 2 micrometers. The resin may be a commonly used polyester resin, acrylic resin, epoxy resin, or other modified resin. In one embodiment, the titanium dioxide, the resin and the auxiliary agent are mixed according to the weight ratio of 65: 30: 5 mixing to form the ink preform.

In step S2, in one embodiment, the ink preform is added to 5 wt% violet ink and mixed uniformly to form a printing ink. Experiments prove that the saturation of printing on kraft paper can be remarkably improved by adding a proper amount of purple ink, so that the white color is whiter. When the addition amount is less, the saturation is not obviously increased; when the amount is too much, the color tone of the whole color is changed to change the white color into powder.

In step S3, the ink thickness may be increased by controlling the spacing between the doctor blade and the anilox roller during printing. Preferably, the distance between the scraper and the anilox roller is 1-2 cm, so that the thickness of the printing ink can reach 5-10 um.

The embodiment of the invention further provides a preparation method of the high-saturation white ink, which comprises the following steps:

s4, grinding the titanium dioxide powder with the fineness below, resin and an auxiliary agent according to the weight ratio of 62-67: 28-32: 4-6, mixing to form an ink preform, wherein the auxiliary agent comprises a defoaming agent and a slow drying agent;

and S5, adding 3-7 wt% of purple ink into the ink preform and uniformly mixing to form the high-saturation white ink.

The embodiment of the invention further provides the high-saturation white ink which is prepared by the method.

Example 1:

titanium dioxide, resin and an auxiliary agent which are ground to be below the fineness are 65 parts by weight: 30: 5 mixing to form an ink preform; adding 5 wt% of purple ink into the ink preform and uniformly mixing to form printing ink; and in the printing process, the distance between a scraper and a anilox roller matched controller reaches about 1 cm, printing is carried out to increase the thickness of the printing ink to 8 microns, and finally, the printing ink is dried to obtain a finished product.

Comparative example 1:

titanium dioxide, resin and an auxiliary agent which are ground to be below the fineness are 65 parts by weight: 30: 5 mixing to form ink; and (3) printing by using a scraper in the printing process to increase the thickness of the ink to about 4 microns, and finally air-drying to obtain a finished product.

Referring to fig. 2-3, which are pictures obtained in examples, and fig. 3 is a picture obtained in comparative examples, it is apparent from the figures that white in the present application has better saturation. The white font in fig. 3 is noticeably darker, while the white font in fig. 2 is overall lighter.
