The present invention will be further described with reference to specific examples, which are not intended to limit the invention.

Example one

A method for preparing functional yogurt for reducing blood fat by fermenting lactobacillus paracasei is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight:

1 part of lactobacillus paracasei;

1 part of yoghourt lactobacillus;

100 parts of milk;

8 parts of white granulated sugar;

heating milk to 60 ℃ in a fermentation premixing device in a waterproof heating mode, adding white granulated sugar, fully dissolving, heating to 95 ℃, standing for five minutes under the temperature condition, and then cooling to 43 ℃; and (3) putting the mixture in the fermentation premixing device into a fermentation device, adding lactobacillus paracasei and yoghourt lactic acid bacteria into the fermentation device through a quantitative feeder, standing for 8-10 hours for fermentation, and packaging.

The yoghourt lactic acid bacteria comprise the following components in parts by weight: lactobacillus bulgaricus and streptococcus thermophilus, wherein the mass ratio of the lactobacillus bulgaricus to the streptococcus thermophilus is 1: 1; the lactobacillus bulgaricus and the streptococcus thermophilus are fermented in the whole process.

The lactobacillus paracasei participates in fermentation at the temperature of 20-40 ℃.

The invention designs a method for preparing blood fat reducing functional yoghourt by fermenting lactobacillus paracasei, and the blood fat reducing functional yoghourt is prepared by fermenting lactobacillus paracasei according to a scientific proportion and a scientific process.

Example two

As shown in fig. 1-4, the fermentation premixing device comprises a fermentation premixing tank shell and a feeding device, wherein a hollow water heating interlayer is arranged in the fermentation premixing tank shell, a water bath heating coil is spirally wound in the water heating interlayer, and flowing heating circulating water is introduced into the water bath heating coil; the fermentation premixing tank comprises a fermentation premixing tank shell, a stirring paddle motor, a support, a feeding device, a sealing bearing, a scraping plate, a discharging hole, a side outlet, a through hole, a stirring paddle motor, a feeding device, a stirring paddle motor, a transmission shaft, a scraping plate, a discharging hole, a discharging port, a side outlet and a through hole, wherein the through hole is formed in the center of the upper surface of the fermentation premixing tank shell, the stirring paddle motor is arranged right above the through hole, the transmission shaft of the stirring paddle motor is connected with the stirring paddle, the through hole is formed in the center of the upper surface of the fermentation premixing tank shell and is connected with the through hole through the sealing bearing, the lower end of the stirring paddle blade is positioned in the fermentation premixing tank shell, the square through hole is formed in the surface, which is close to one side of the fermentation, the through hole is provided with an extrusion block, the extrusion block and the side outlet of the discharge hole are positioned on the same straight line, one end of the extrusion block, which is far away from the discharge hole, is connected with an electric push rod, and the electric push rod is fixed at the bottom of the shell of the fermentation premixing tank.

The feeding pipe in the feeding device is positioned in the fermentation premixing tank shell, the feeding pipe inclines towards the inner wall of the fermentation premixing tank shell, the tail end of the feeding pipe penetrates through a through hole in the fermentation premixing tank shell to be connected with a valve, the valve is fixedly connected with a storage box above the fermentation premixing tank shell through a hose, the storage box is connected with the fermentation premixing tank shell through a support, white granulated sugar can be stored in the storage box, and the white granulated sugar is quantitatively fed into the fermentation premixing tank shell through a sending valve and the feeding pipe.

The main shaft of stirring rake is hollow structure, is provided with the electro-magnet in, in the electro-magnet stretches into the stirring rake paddle, the upper and lower both sides of electro-magnet are provided with the bracing piece spring, and the one end of bracing piece spring links to each other one end with the stirring rake inner wall and links to each other with the bracing piece. The tail end of the supporting rod is fixed on the scraper.

After the heating and mixing operation is completed, a discharge port of the fermentation premixing tank is opened, an electric push rod is started, an extrusion block is driven by the electric push rod 7 to move back and forth, yoghourt is extruded from a side outlet of the discharge port, a stirring paddle motor and a disconnection electromagnet are simultaneously opened, a scraping plate pops out a stirring paddle under the action of a supporting rod spring and contacts with the inner wall of a shell of the fermentation premixing tank, the scraping plate can scrape materials on the inner wall of the shell of the fermentation premixing tank, after the liquid mixed materials are discharged, the electric push rod is closed, a water opening valve is used for placing cleaning agents into a storage box, the cleaning agents are sprayed out from a feeding pipe, the stirring paddle motor is opened, the scraping plate can uniformly smear the cleaning agents on the inner wall of the shell of the fermentation premixing tank, the electromagnet is opened after the cleaning is completed, and the supporting rod drives the scraping plate to.

EXAMPLE III

As shown in fig. 5-6, the fermentation apparatus includes a fermentation tank housing, a plurality of hollow constant temperature heating rods are disposed in the fermentation tank housing, a heating interlayer is disposed in the fermentation tank housing, and heating water or heating steam is introduced into both the heating interlayer and the hollow constant temperature heating rods; a temperature sensor is arranged on the inner wall of the fermentation tank shell; the fermentation tank shell is in a cylindrical shape with an open upper end, a sealing tank cover is arranged at the upper end of the fermentation tank shell and comprises an upper cover plate, a middle cover plate and a lower cover plate, and a plurality of groups of upper vent holes and lower vent holes which are in one-to-one correspondence are vertically formed in the upper cover plate and the lower cover plate; a middle vent hole is formed in the middle cover plate, a rotating shaft is arranged in the middle of the middle cover plate, and the penetrating shaft penetrates through the upper cover plate upwards and is connected with a rotating ring; the rotating ring can drive the rotating shaft and the middle cover plate to rotate; when the middle vent hole is communicated with the upper vent hole and the lower vent hole, the fermentation device is in an aerobic fermentation device; when the middle vent hole is staggered with the upper vent hole and the lower vent hole, the middle cover plate can shield the upper vent hole and the lower vent hole, and the fermentation device is in an anaerobic fermentation state. The fermentation device can switch the fermentation state in real time as required, and the material in the fermentation device is uniformly heated by heating water or heating steam, so that the fermentation process and the fermentation efficiency are promoted.

Example four

As shown in fig. 7-9, the quantitative feeder includes a fungus bag conveyor belt and a quantitative material delivering device, wherein a cylindrical film bag is conveyed on the fungus bag conveyor belt, a strain is wrapped in the cylindrical film bag, and the lower end of the fungus bag conveyor belt is connected with the quantitative material delivering device.

The quantitative material delivering device comprises a horizontal supporting platform, a front slope material guiding platform and a rear slope material guiding platform, wherein the front end of the horizontal supporting platform is connected with the lower end of the fungus bag conveying belt through the front slope material guiding platform, and the rear end of the horizontal supporting platform is connected with the upper end of the rear slope material guiding platform; a plurality of material blocking rubber blocks vertical to the conveying direction are arranged on the horizontal supporting platform; the front part and the rear part of the left side of the horizontal supporting platform are respectively provided with fixed ends of a left front swing arm and a left rear swing arm through a left front rotating roller and a left rear rotating roller, the rotating ends of the left front swing arm and the left rear swing arm are respectively hinged with the front end and the rear end of a left swing rod, and a plurality of Y-shaped left supporting arms are arranged on the left swing rod; the front part of the right side and the rear part of the right side of the horizontal supporting platform are respectively provided with fixed ends of a right front swing arm and a right rear swing arm through a right front rotating roller and a right rear rotating roller, the rotating ends of the right front swing arm and the right rear swing arm are respectively hinged with the front end and the rear end of a right swing rod, and a plurality of Y-shaped right side supporting arms are arranged on the right swing rod; when the left front rotary roller, the left rear rotary roller, the right front rotary roller and the right rear rotary roller are started simultaneously, the left front swing arm, the left rear swing arm, the right front swing arm and the right rear swing arm can be respectively driven to rotate, the left swing rod and the right swing rod are driven to rotate simultaneously, and meanwhile, the left supporting arm and the right supporting arm which are correspondingly arranged lift the cylindrical film bag from the front side of the material blocking rubber block and are placed on the rear side of the material blocking rubber block; and once distance displacement of the cylindrical film bag can be realized by rotating the left oscillating bar and the right oscillating bar for one circle.

The quantitative feeder can realize the quantitative conveying of the fungus materials; in the conveying process of the strains, lactobacillus paracasei and yoghourt lactic acid bacteria can be respectively and independently packaged according to the reference gram number through the cylindrical film bag and the fermentation quantitative number, the feeding counting is more accurate due to the design, the bacteria materials are packaged in a closed type and independently, the bag breaking feeding is carried out only before the materials are fed, the sanitary environment in the conveying process can be guaranteed to the maximum extent, the mixed bacteria are prevented from being doped, and the fermentation quality is reduced.

The remaining structures and implementation manners of this embodiment are the same as those of the first, second, or third embodiment, and are not described again.

EXAMPLE five

The packaging step is realized by quantitative conveying and packaging equipment; the quantitative conveying and packaging equipment comprises a quantitative conveyor and a plastic packaging machine.

As shown in fig. 10-12, the quantitative conveyor comprises a quantitative conveyor base, a feeding barrel and a quantitative barrel, wherein a groove is formed in the middle of the quantitative conveyor base, frame support columns are arranged on the left and right sides of the quantitative conveyor base, the feeding barrel is arranged between the upper ends of the frame support columns on the two sides, telescopic rods are arranged on the two sides of the feeding barrel, the other end of each telescopic rod is arranged on the inner wall of the frame support column, a first motor is arranged in the middle of the upper surface of the feeding barrel, a feeding port is arranged on the right side of the first motor, a packing auger is connected to the lower end of the first motor, an electromagnetic valve is arranged on the inner side of a discharge port at the lower end of the feeding barrel, the quantitative barrel is arranged at the lower end of the feeding barrel, a fixed frame is arranged on the outer side of the quantitative, the outer side wall of the quantitative barrel is provided with two outlets, the lower end of the quantitative barrel is provided with a limiting block, and the limiting block is connected in the groove in a sliding manner; the inner side of the telescopic rod is arc-shaped, the outer side end of the telescopic rod is fixed on the inner side wall of a rack supporting column, a second motor is arranged on the outer side of the rack supporting column on the right side, the inner side of the second motor is connected with a rotating shaft in a key mode, the rotating shaft is connected with the end part of a rod on the inner side of the telescopic rod in a connecting mode, a swing rod is sleeved on the rotating shaft and located at the right end of the rack supporting column on the right side, and a half gear;

the quantitative barrel is characterized in that two outlets are arranged at the upper end of the outer side of the quantitative barrel, the outlets are cylindrical and symmetrically distributed, the outlets are obliquely and downwards arranged, a fixing frame is arranged on the outer side of the quantitative barrel and consists of a first fixing frame and a second fixing frame, the middle of the first fixing frame is semicircular, the radian of the circular ring of the first fixing frame is consistent with that of the outer side of the quantitative barrel, the first fixing frame and the second fixing frame are axially and symmetrically arranged, the inner sides of the first fixing frame and the second fixing frame are tightly attached, the end faces of the first fixing frame and the second fixing frame are semicircular, and the middle bulges of the first fixing frame and the second fixing frame are spliced into a circular ring;

the lower extreme of ration bucket is provided with the stopper, the lower extreme of stopper is circular-arcly, the recess is circular-arcly, the radian of recess and stopper agrees with mutually, the axis of feedwell and the axis coincidence of ration bucket.

When the yoghourt feeding device is used, the first motor is started, the first motor drives the packing auger to rotate, the first motor enables the packing auger to be more stable in the rotating process, the situation that yoghourt splashes is avoided, the yoghourt enters the quantitative barrel from the electromagnetic valve at the lower end of the feeding barrel, the opening of the second motor is controlled through the sensor arranged on the quantitative barrel, when the yoghourt inside the quantitative barrel reaches a certain weight, the electromagnetic valve is closed, the yoghourt inside the feeding barrel cannot spill, the second motor is started, the second motor drives the rotating shaft to rotate when being started, the telescopic rod connected with the inner side key of the rotating shaft rotates along with the motor, the telescopic rod drives the feeding barrel to rotate for a certain angle, the lower end of the feeding barrel cannot obstruct the rotation of the quantitative barrel, the swing rod sleeved on the rotating shaft rotates for a certain angle along with the rotating shaft, the lower end of the swing rod is provided with a half gear, and the gear meshed with the lower, the gear is sleeved at the right end of the fixing frame, the fixing frame is formed by splicing a first fixing frame and a second fixing frame, the other end of the first fixing frame and the other end of the second fixing frame are connected in a circular groove formed in the inner side of a supporting column of the left rack in a bearing mode, the fixing frame is driven to rotate by the rotation of the gear by a certain angle, a quantitative barrel is clamped between the first fixing frame and the second fixing frame, the quantitative barrel can be driven to incline forwards and backwards by the rotation of the fixing frame by a certain angle, therefore, the yoghourt in the inner side of the quantitative barrel can be unloaded by an outlet with a downward opening formed in the quantitative barrel, the quantitative accurate effect of the yoghourt in the packaging process is further realized, after unloading, the second motor is started again, the telescopic rod connected with the rotating shaft key and arranged in the inner side of the second motor drives the feeding barrel to rotate back to the vertical state, and the swing rod sleeved, the limiting block arranged at the lower end of the quantitative barrel is matched with the groove formed in the upper surface of the quantitative conveyor base, so that the quantitative barrel is prevented from deviating, and the opening at the upper end of the feeding barrel, which is aligned with the quantitative barrel, is prevented from spilling yogurt.

The quantitative conveyor unloads the yoghourt in a quantitative inclined manner through the quantitative barrel, so that the packaging quantitative effect is realized, the difference of the yoghourt amount among the packaging barrels is reduced, the milk amount in the packaging barrels is equalized, the packaged yoghourt has a better sale effect in the later sale process, and the income of manufacturers is improved; rotation through motor control feed cylinder avoids the slope of feed cylinder hindrance ration bucket, and the pendulum rod in the motor outside rotates along with the start-up of motor to the slope of ration bucket has been driven, has made things convenient for the packing of acidophilus milk, has reduced staff's work load, and degree of automation is high, has improved the efficiency of packing work.

EXAMPLE six

As shown in fig. 13-16, the plastic packaging machine comprises a packaging machine frame, a packaging bag conveying belt and a sealing machine, wherein a main sucker assembly is mounted on the left side of the packaging bag conveying belt through a main sucker driving mechanism, an auxiliary sucker assembly is mounted on the right side of the packaging bag conveying belt through an auxiliary sucker driving mechanism, the main sucker assembly and the auxiliary sucker assembly can suck and open the packaging bag and receive yogurt quantitatively output by a quantitative conveyor, and then sealing operation is performed by the sealing machine;

the main sucker driving mechanism comprises a main driving folding rod, a first main driving rod and a second main driving rod, a guide sliding rail is arranged on a packaging machine frame, a folding rod driving rack is fixed in the guide sliding rail, the folding rod driving rack is connected with a rack moving cylinder, and the rack moving cylinder can drag the folding rod driving rack to reciprocate along the guide sliding rail; a folding rod driving gear is vertically fixed at the lower end of the main driving folding rod, and a main driving shaft hole is arranged at the lower end of the main driving folding rod and on the folding rod driving gear in a penetrating manner; a folding rod articulated shaft is fixed on the packaging machine frame and penetrates through a main driving shaft hole, so that the main driving folding rod is arranged on the packaging machine frame in a manner of rotating around a shaft; the folding rod driving gear is meshed with the folding rod driving rack, and when the rack moving cylinder drives the folding rod driving rack to reciprocate, the folding rod driving gear and the main driving folding rod can be meshed to drive the folding rod driving gear and the main driving folding rod to do 90-degree reciprocating swing around a folding rod hinge shaft;

When the plastic packaging machine is used, a packaging bag with one open end can be placed on the packaging bag conveying belt, and when the packaging bag conveying belt conveys the packaging bag to the picking position, one side face of the packaging bag is adsorbed by the main sucker component as shown in fig. 13. The auxiliary sucker driving rod is started, the motor rotates forwards, the auxiliary sucker driving gear can be meshed with the auxiliary sucker to drive the rack to move, then the auxiliary sucker component is driven to be close to the main sucker component, and the other side surface of the packaging bag is adsorbed; then the motor of the auxiliary sucker driving rod rotates reversely, the auxiliary sucker component drives the other side surface of the packaging bag to be pulled outwards, so that the open end of the packaging bag is opened, and materials can be received, as shown in fig. 16. And after the quantitative conveyor injects the yoghourt with the preset filling amount into the packaging bag, sealing the open end of the packaging bag by using a sealing machine in a heat sealing manner. In order to facilitate the sealing operation, the main sucker component and the auxiliary sucker component should reserve the overhanging allowance of the open end as much as possible when adsorbing the packaging bag, so as to facilitate the subsequent heat sealing operation. Since the sealing machine belongs to the mature prior art, the structure of the sealing machine is not described in detail herein.

The plastic packaging machine can automatically suck and open the packaging bag, and is matched with a quantitative conveyor to finish the quantitative filling and bagging operation of the yoghourt and automatically seal to finish the whole packaging process. The equipment not only can realize the automatic operation of packaging, but also can realize the whole-process non-manual contact operation, thereby avoiding polluting the finished yoghourt product, ensuring the factory quality and improving the production efficiency.

The remaining structures and implementation manners of this embodiment are the same as those of the first, second, third, fourth, or fifth embodiment, and are not described again.
