The equipment for punch forming the workpiece and the punching method thereof adopting the technical scheme have the advantages that: the workpiece can be conveyed to the feeding channel through the feeding device arranged on the stamping platform, and the workpiece is conveyed to the lower die fixing module through the feeding cylinder below the feeding channel, so that manual intervention is reduced, and injury to personnel is reduced; through the punching die set arranged on the punching platform, different punching means can be carried out on various workpieces, and the efficiency of punching the workpieces by the punch is improved.

As shown in fig. 1, an automatic punching equipment comprises a punching machine 1, a punch 2, a punching table 3, a feeding device 4, a punching module 5 and a material moving device 6, wherein the punching table 3 is arranged in the middle of the punching machine 1, the feeding device 4 is fixedly arranged on one side of the punching table 3, the punching module 5 is connected with the feeding device 4, and the material moving device 6 is positioned inside the punching module 5.

As shown in fig. 2, the stamping die set 5 includes an upper die 51 and a lower die holder 52, the lower die holder 52 includes a first lower die holder die set 521 and a second lower die holder die set 522, the first lower die holder die set 521 and the second lower die holder die set 522 have the same structure, and are arranged on the stamping table 3 in a front-back manner; the upper die 51 is mounted on the punch 2 through the upper floating plate 21, the upper die 51 includes a first upper die set 511 and a second upper die set 512, the first upper die set 511 and the second upper die set 512 have the same structure and are respectively arranged corresponding to the first lower die holder set 521 and the second lower die holder set 522.

As shown in fig. 3, the first upper die module 511 includes an upper die base plate 5116, an upper die fixing plate 5117, an extrusion punch 5111, a cutting punch 5112, a forming punch 5113, and a punching punch 5114; an upper die fixing plate 5117 is fixedly arranged on one side of the upper floating plate 21, an upper die base plate 5116 is arranged on the upper die fixing plate 5117 through a support spring 5115, and the extrusion punch 5111, the cutting punch 5112, the forming punch 5113 and the punching punch 5114 are arranged on the upper die base plate 5116 in a row and respectively correspond to the extrusion lower die base 5211, the cutting lower die base 5212, the forming lower die base 5213 and the punching lower die base 5214.

As shown in fig. 5 and 6, the material moving device 6 is disposed between the first lower die holder module 521 and the second lower die holder module 522; the material moving device 6 comprises a blanking guide plate 61, a guide rail 62, a slide block 63, a material moving cylinder 64, a fixed plate 65, a lifting cylinder 66, a lifting movable plate 67 and a lifting guide plate 68; the guide rail 62 is fixedly arranged on the stamping table 3, the fixed plate 65 is movably arranged on the guide rail 62 through the slide block 63, the material moving cylinder 64 is fixed on the stamping table 3, a piston rod of the material moving cylinder 64 is connected with the fixed plate 65, the lifting cylinder 66 is fixed on the fixed plate 65, the lifting movable plate 67 is connected with a piston rod of the lifting cylinder 66, the lifting guide plates 68 are arranged on two sides of the lifting movable plate 67, four material moving ports are arranged on the lifting guide plates 68, the cross sections of the four material moving ports are all V-shaped and rise and translate along with the lifting guide plates 68, and a workpiece is transferred from a previous station to a next station; the blanking guide plates 61 are arranged on two sides of the tail end of the material moving device 6, the blanking guide plates 61 are triangular plates, the top of each triangular plate is connected with a fourth material moving port of the lifting movable plate 67, and workpieces conveyed from the lifting guide plate 68 are blanked.

As shown in fig. 7, the feeding device 4 includes a hopper 41, a feeding channel 42 and a feeding cylinder 43, the hopper 41 is provided with a hopper opening 411, the other end of the hopper is provided with a feeding channel notch 421, the feeding cylinder 43 is arranged below the feeding channel 42, a discharge opening is arranged above the closed end of the feeding channel 42, the bottom of the feeding channel is provided with a material ejecting notch, and a material guiding plate is further arranged above the end of the feeding channel 42. The feeding cylinder 43 is fixedly arranged below the feeding channel 42, a piston rod of the feeding cylinder 43 is connected with a pushing block 431, and the pushing block 431 is arranged in the material ejecting notch; the pushing block 431 is lifted to eject the workpiece out of the material outlet and roll the workpiece into the first material outlet of the lifting movable plate 67.
