the present embodiment is a four-speed transmission, i.e. t =4, and its operating principle is as follows:

reverse gear:

the third multi-plate clutch 25 is separated, the third spline 39 slides leftwards to be engaged into a reverse gear, the third multi-plate clutch 25 is closed, the reverse gear works, the third multi-plate clutch 25 is separated, the third spline 39 slides rightwards to be engaged into a neutral gear.

Gear-shifting:

Gear shifting:

third gear: the third multi-plate clutch 25 is separated, the third spline 39 slides leftwards and is engaged in the third gear, the third multi-plate clutch 25 is closed, and the third gear works;

second gear: the third multi-plate clutch 25 is separated, the third spline 39 slides leftwards and is engaged into the second gear, the third multi-plate clutch 25 is closed, and the second gear works;

first gear: the third multi-plate clutch 25 is separated, the third spline 39 slides leftwards and is engaged into the first gear, the third multi-plate clutch 25 is closed, and the first gear works;

the third multi-plate clutch 25 is disengaged and the third spline 39 slides to the left, engaging neutral. Note: multiple gear shifts can be performed in this order.
