The inner wall of the light curing layer 1 is provided with a PMMA layer 5 to prevent corrosion and rapid wear, the PMMA layer 5 of the embodiment is formed by coating glue containing PMMA fine powder, namely a layer of PMMA glue is coated on the outer side of the original lining pipe, when the PMMA-coated light curing layer is used, the PMMA layer 5 is turned to the inner wall of the lining pipe, the particle size of PMMA powder is 0.05mm, and the coating thickness of PMMA is 1 mm; the outer wall of photocuring layer 1 is provided with adhesive layer 4 to connect interior bushing pipe at the urban duct inner wall, and adhesive layer 4 is made for polymeric resin, and adhesive layer 4 of this embodiment is uv photocuring resin, and during the use, the inboard upset of former interior bushing pipe for adhesive layer 4 adhesion is at the inner wall of urban duct.

Second embodiment

Referring to fig. 3, the second embodiment is substantially the same as the first embodiment, except that the reflective strips are made of different materials, bubble sizes and slit widths, and the low-density type city repairing lining pipe provided by this embodiment comprises a light-cured layer 1, a light-transmitting layer 2, a reflective strip 3, an adhesive layer 4 and a PMMA layer 5, wherein the light-transmitting layer 2 and the reflective strip 3 are respectively disposed in the light-cured layer 1, and the light-transmitting layer 2 and the reflective strip 3 are disposed at intervals in the circumferential direction of the light-cured layer 1, wherein the adhesive layer 4 is disposed on the outer wall of the light-cured layer 1, the PMMA layer 5 is disposed on the inner wall of the light-cured layer 1, the lining pipe is an original repairing lining pipe after being turned over, when the original lining pipe is used, the lining pipe is attached along the inner wall of the city pipeline by introducing gas at one end, and the inside and outside of the original lining pipe are turned over, when the, the inner wall of the repaired lining pipe is the outer side of the original lining pipe and the inner wall of the repaired lining pipe is the inner side of the original lining pipe after the original lining pipe is turned over.

The light curing layer 1 is in a pipe shape, the structure of the light curing layer 1 can be seen through the cross section of the light curing layer, namely, the light curing layer 1 is in a circle structure in the circumferential direction, a plurality of slits are arranged on the light curing layer 1 in the circumferential direction, the slits are arranged in the extending direction of the pipe wall, the plurality of slits are arranged in parallel and are in a ring shape, the width between the slits is 2cm, the width between adjacent slits is larger than that of the slits, a reflecting strip 3 is arranged at the inner end of each slit, an opening is arranged at the outer end of each slit on the inner side of the light curing layer 1, a light transmitting layer 2 is filled in each slit and is tightly attached to each reflecting strip 3, the opening of each slit is sealed by the light transmitting layer 2, each reflecting strip 3 is made of a material with reflecting light rays, a layer of reflecting paint is plated at the inner end of each slit, namely the innermost position of each slit, so that the, the light transmittance of the light curing layer 1 is reduced due to the arrangement of the particle bubbles, and the influence of the light transmittance is reduced due to the arrangement of the slits and the light transmitting layer 2, so that the curing effect of the light curing layer 1 is enhanced.

To sum up, in the embodiment of the present invention, the light curing layer forms the whole structure of the lining tube, the particle bubbles are arranged in the light curing layer, so that the density of the lining tube is greatly reduced, the weight is reduced, but the light transmittance is affected, the light curing layer is provided with the spaced slits and filled with the light transmittance layer, so that the light transmittance of the light curing layer is increased, and the reflecting strips are arranged at the inner ends of the slits, so that part of light is reflected, and the intensity of the light is increased; the lining pipe can reduce the weight, greatly reduce the density of the lining pipe, reduce the influence on the original pipeline and surrounding geology in the repairing process of the urban pipeline and enhance the capability of adapting to the stratum.
