Referring to fig. 6-7, the sand removing device 5 includes a supporting frame plate 51, a clamping assembly 52, an air pump 53, an air outlet plate 54, a down-pressure cylinder 55 and a cleaning assembly 56, the clamping assembly 52 is connected to the bottom end of the supporting frame plate 51, the air outlet plate 54 is disposed inside the supporting frame plate 51, the upper end of the air outlet plate 54 is connected to the air pump 53, the cleaning assembly 56 is disposed at the side end of the supporting frame plate 51, the air pump 53 is fixed below the chain belt 43, the air pump 53 is connected to the air outlet plate 54 through a telescopic sleeve, the clamping assembly 52 includes a clamping cylinder 521, a telescopic rod 522, a clamping plate 523 and a rotating motor 524, the front end of the clamping cylinder 521 is connected to the telescopic rod 522, the front end of the telescopic rod 522 is connected to the clamping plate 523, the tail end of the clamping cylinder 521 is connected to the rotating motor 524, the clamping assemblies 52 are disposed in two sets and fixed to both sides of the bottom end of the supporting frame plate 51 and symmetrically disposed, the down-pressure cylinder 55 drives the clamping assembly 52 to move down, the air pump 53 boosts and blows air to the surface of the iron casting through the air outlet plate 54, so that sand on the surface of the iron casting drops, the sand falling efficiency is improved, and in the blowing process, the rotating motor 524 rotates to drive the iron casting to rotate, the blowing area is increased, and the quality of the iron casting is improved.

Referring to fig. 8, the cleaning assembly 56 includes an inner spindle roller 561, a cleaning brush ring 562, a hoop ring 563, and a mounting rod 564, the cleaning brush ring 562 is wrapped around the outer side of the inner spindle roller 561, the hoop rings 563 are sleeved on the rod bodies at the two ends of the inner spindle roller 561, the mounting rod 564 is connected above the hoop rings 563, the inner spindle roller 561 is fixed below the chain belt 43 through the mounting rod 564, and in the rotating process, the cleaning brush ring 562 cleans the surface of the iron casting, sweeps off the residual sand, ensures the sand cleaning quality, and can clean the iron casting quickly and with high quality.

In order to better show the process of realizing the sand shaking device for cast iron production, the embodiment proposes an implementation method of the sand shaking device for cast iron production, which includes the following steps:

the method comprises the following steps: after the cast iron in the lower die 21 and the upper die 22 is molded and cooled, the cast iron cylinder 23 drives the upper die 22 to ascend, the sand shaking cylinder 241 and the vibrator 246 are started to drive the sand filtering bottom plate 242 to move upwards, and the sand shaking cylinder 241 stretches back and forth to leak sand in the process of moving the sand filtering bottom plate 242 upwards;

step two: after the sand body leaks out, the sand filtering bottom plate 242, the directional side plate 243 and the movable side plate 244 rise to the upper side, the winding motor 32 drives the winding rod 33 to rotate, and therefore the pulling rope 34 is driven to pull the movable side plate 244, the movable side plate 244 is turned over, and the clamping assembly 52 can conveniently clamp the internal iron casting;

step three: the moving motor 45 drives the rotating roller 42 to rotate, and drives the chain belt 43 to move, so that the upper die 22 moves forwards, the sand cleaning device 5 is aligned, the pressing cylinder 55 drives the clamping assembly 52 to move downwards, the iron casting is clamped and then reset, and the cleaning assembly 56 cleans the surface of the iron casting.

In summary, in the sand shaking device for cast iron production and the implementation method thereof provided by the present invention, the sand shaking cylinder 241 is fixed on the mounting plate 1, after cast iron in the lower mold 21 and the upper mold 22 is molded and cooled, the cast iron cylinder 23 drives the upper mold 22 to ascend, the sand shaking cylinder 241 and the vibrator 246 are started to drive the sand filtering bottom plate 242 to move upwards, during the upward movement of the sand filtering bottom plate 242, the sand shaking cylinder 241 expands and contracts back and forth to leak sand, the sand is repeatedly lifted and vibrated by the sand shaking cylinder 241 and the vibrator 246 to cooperate with each other to effectively filter out most of sand, improve the sand shaking efficiency, pre-treat the iron casting, increase the convenience of subsequent treatment, the sand filtering bottom plate 242, the directional side plate 243 and the movable side plate 244 ascend to the upper side, the winding motor 32 drives the winding rod 33 to rotate, thereby driving the pull rope 34 to pull the movable side plate 244 to overturn the movable side plate 244, and facilitate the clamping assembly 52 to clamp the internal iron casting, after the movable side plate 244 turns over, the winding motor 32 rotates reversely to drive the pull rope 34 to loosen, the connecting spring 35 drives the movable side plates 244 on two sides to reset, so as to increase the convenience of use, the support frame 41 is fixed below the sleeving shaft collar 44, one end of a rotating rod inside a group of rotating rollers 42 is connected with the moving motor 45, the moving motor 45 drives the rotating rollers 42 to rotate, so as to drive the chain belt 43 to move, so that the upper mold 22 moves forwards, the sand cleaning device 5 is aligned, the position adjustment is effectively carried out, the reciprocating motion can be carried out according to the requirement, the whole automation is improved, the working efficiency is ensured, the accurate positioning of the sand cleaning device 5 and the upper mold 22 is realized, the tail end of the clamping cylinder 521 is connected with the rotating motor 524, the two groups of clamping assemblies 52 are arranged, are respectively fixed on two sides of the bottom end of the support frame plate 51 and are arranged symmetrically, the pressing cylinder 55 drives the clamping assembly 52 to move downwards to reset after clamping the cast iron part, the air pump 53 is used for pressurizing and blowing the surface of the iron casting through the air outlet plate 54, so that sand on the surface of the iron casting drops, the sand falling efficiency is improved, in the air blowing process, the rotating motor 524 rotates to drive the iron casting to rotate, the air blowing area is increased, the quality of the iron casting is improved, the outer side of the inner spindle 561 is wrapped by the cleaning brush ring 562, the two end rod bodies of the inner spindle 561 are sleeved with the mounting hoop rings 563, the mounting rods 564 are connected above the hoop rings 563, the inner spindle 561 is fixed below the chain belt 43 through the mounting rods 564, in the rotating process, the cleaning brush ring 562 cleans the surface of the iron casting, residual sand is swept, the sand cleaning quality of the iron casting is guaranteed, and the iron casting can be cleaned quickly and high in quality.
