The embodiment of the invention provides a positioning, polishing and dust removing integrated machine for solid wood furniture, which is shown in the following by combining fig. 1 to 9, and comprises a polishing chamber 1, a stacking and feeding assembly 2, a transfer assembly 3, a positioning assembly 4, a polishing assembly 5 and a dust removing assembly 6, wherein the outer walls of two sides of the polishing chamber 1 are respectively provided with a feeding port 11 and a discharging port 12, two brush plates 13 are respectively arranged in the feeding port 11 and the discharging port 12, each brush plate 13 is provided with a plurality of brush heads 14, the bottom of the polishing chamber 1 is provided with a dust hopper 15 communicated with the interior of the polishing chamber 1, the bottom of the dust hopper 15 is provided with a dust collecting assembly 7, the stacking and feeding assembly 2 is arranged at the side of the polishing chamber 1, the transfer assembly 3 and the positioning assembly 4 are arranged in the polishing chamber 1, the positioning assembly 4 is positioned above the transfer assembly 3, the polishing assembly 5 is arranged at the top end in the polishing chamber 1, the dust removal assembly 6 is arranged on the outer wall of the grinding chamber 1, and the dust removal assembly 6 is positioned above the discharge hole 12; the plank that will treat to polish through the work of stacking material loading subassembly 2 carries to suitable position of polishing to the plank of polishing in room 1 through feed inlet 11 propelling movement, then transfer subassembly 3 carries to the suitable position of polishing to the plank that gets into to polishing in room 1, positioning component 4 is contradicted spacingly to the both sides of plank afterwards, polishing subassembly 5 polishes the plank after that, 6 work of dust removal subassembly blows off a large amount of dusts that the in-process produced to the plank polished simultaneously, the dust blows in to dust hopper 15 in, the dust in the dust hopper 15 falls to retrieve in the collection dirt subassembly 7 at last, prevent that the dust from directly wafting in the air, can not influence the respiratory tract health of processing personnel, when business turn over polishing room 1, a plurality of brush head 14 on the brush board 13 clears up the upper and lower two sides of plank, prevent impurity adhesion such as dust on the plank surface.

Specifically, the stacking and feeding assembly 2 comprises a first portal frame 21, a second portal frame 22, a transverse plate 23, a stacking part 24, a pushing part 25 and two mounting frames 26, wherein the first portal frame 21 and the second portal frame 22 are symmetrically arranged at the side of the grinding chamber 1, the transverse plate 23 is arranged on the second portal frame 22, the two mounting frames 26 are symmetrically arranged at the top of the transverse plate 23, a plurality of rollers 27 arranged at equal intervals are arranged in each mounting frame 26, the stacking part 24 is arranged between the first portal frame 21 and the second portal frame 22, and the pushing part 25 is arranged at the tops of the first portal frame 21 and the second portal frame 22; a plurality of wood boards are stacked through the stacking component 24, the stacked wood boards on the uppermost layer are sequentially pushed into the feeding hole 11 through the pushing component 25, and the wood boards are supported and conveyed in the process of entering the feeding hole 11 through the plurality of rollers 27 in the two mounting frames 26.

Specifically, the transfer assembly 3 includes a mounting plate 31, a rotating motor 32, a chain 33 and a plurality of rotating members 34, the plurality of rotating members 34 are arranged in the grinding chamber 1 at equal intervals, each rotating member 34 includes a rotating shaft 341, a rotating roller 342 and a sprocket 343, the rotating shaft 341 is rotatably arranged in the grinding chamber 1, one end of the rotating shaft 341 extends to the outside of the grinding chamber 1, the rotating roller 342 is fixedly connected with the rotating shaft 341, the sprocket 343 is arranged at one end of the rotating shaft 341 extending to the outside of the grinding chamber 1, the mounting plate 31 is arranged on the outer side wall of the grinding chamber 1, the rotating motor 32 is horizontally arranged on the top of the mounting plate 31, the output shaft of the rotating motor 32 is fixedly connected with the rotating shaft 341 in one of the rotating members 34, and the chain 33 is sleeved outside all the sprockets 343; the rotating shaft 341 in one of the rotating pieces 34 is driven to rotate through the work of the rotating motor 32, the rotating shaft 341 drives all the rotating shafts 341 to rotate by utilizing the chain wheel 343 and the chain 33, all the rotating shafts 341 drive all the rotating rollers 342 to rotate, the rotating rollers 342 rotate to realize the movement of the wood board in the polishing chamber 1, the wood board is convenient to move to a proper polishing position, and meanwhile, the wood board can conveniently enter and exit the polishing chamber 1.

Specifically, the positioning assembly 4 comprises two guide rails 41, two positioning plates 42 and two hydraulic push rods 43, the two guide rails 41 are symmetrically arranged on the inner wall of the grinding chamber 1, the two positioning plates 42 are slidably mounted on the two guide rails 41, the two hydraulic push rods 43 are symmetrically arranged on the outer walls of the two sides of the grinding chamber 1, and the output ends of the two hydraulic push rods 43 are respectively fixedly connected with the two positioning plates 42; two positioning plates 42 are driven by two hydraulic push rods 43 to move relatively on the two guide rails 41, the two positioning plates 42 move relatively to limit the collision of the two sides of the wood board, and unnecessary movement of the wood board in the polishing process is prevented.

Specifically, the polishing assembly 5 includes a first screw rod sliding table 51, a lifting cylinder 52, a polishing machine 53 and two second screw rod sliding tables 54, the two second screw rod sliding tables 54 are symmetrically arranged at the top end of the interior of the polishing chamber 1, two ends of the first screw rod sliding table 51 are respectively and fixedly connected with moving ends of the two second screw rod sliding tables 54, the lifting cylinder 52 is vertically arranged on the moving end of the first screw rod sliding table 51, an output end of the lifting cylinder 52 faces downward, and the polishing machine 53 is installed on the output end of the lifting cylinder 52; drive polisher 53 through two second lead screw slip tables 54 and remove along the length direction of polishing room 1, first lead screw slip table 51 drives polisher 53 and removes along the width direction of polishing room 1, makes things convenient for polisher 53 to polish all departments of plank, and lift cylinder 52 work drives polisher 53 and moves down to contradict with the surface of plank, then polisher 53 work is polished the operation to the plank surface.

Specifically, the dust collection assembly 7 comprises two limit rails 71 and two dust collection boxes 72, the two limit rails 71 are symmetrically arranged at the bottom of the dust collection hopper 15, the two dust collection boxes 72 are respectively slidably mounted on the two limit rails 71, and a handle 73 is arranged on the outer side wall of each dust collection box 72; the dust entering the dust collecting hopper 15 enters the two dust collecting boxes 72, the two dust collecting boxes 72 collect the dust, and after the two dust collecting boxes 72 are full of the dust, the handle 73 is pulled manually to take out the corresponding dust collecting box 72 for cleaning.
