1. A mixing device for mortars, comprising:

a carrying mechanism;

the stirring mechanism comprises a mounting frame, a stirring barrel and a stirring component, the mounting frame is movably connected to the bearing mechanism, the stirring barrel is detachably connected to the bearing mechanism, and the stirring component is detachably connected to the mounting frame and used for stirring materials in the stirring barrel;

the illumination assembly is arranged on the bearing mechanism and is used for illuminating the stirring mechanism; and

and the weighing component is at least partially arranged at the bottom of the stirring barrel and is used for acquiring a mass signal of the stirring barrel.

Background

In municipal works, the construction sites are dispersed and distributed linearly, a large number of inspection wells are reserved in engineering construction for meeting the requirements of construction inspection such as electric power, water supply, drainage, sewage treatment, gas, heat supply, communication and the like, and the inspection wells are mostly in brick structures.

Because the masonry sites are dispersed, the mortar consumption is generally less, the manual mixing mode is adopted on the spot generally, and the night construction is mostly carried out. The technical personnel find that at least the following problems exist in the existing operation flow, firstly, the manual mixing operation cannot conveniently measure and weigh the materials, which causes the problems of inaccurate measurement, uneven stirring and the like in the mixing operation, secondly, the mixing operation needs a large amount of tools and raw materials, and if the materials cannot be conveyed in time, the situation of operation site confusion is easily caused, and potential safety hazards exist; thirdly, construction at night generally has no lighting equipment or has poor lighting effect, which affects observation of related operations.

Therefore, it is necessary to improve upon the above-described problems to change the present situation.

a carrying mechanism;

the stirring mechanism comprises a mounting frame, a stirring barrel and a stirring component, the mounting frame is movably connected to the bearing mechanism, the stirring barrel is detachably connected to the bearing mechanism, and the stirring component is detachably connected to the mounting frame and used for stirring materials in the stirring barrel;

the illumination assembly is arranged on the bearing mechanism and is used for illuminating the stirring mechanism; and

and the weighing component is at least partially arranged at the bottom of the stirring barrel and is used for acquiring a mass signal of the stirring barrel.

Specifically, referring to fig. 3, the carrier plate 110 includes a plate body 111 and a positioning block 112, the positioning block 112 is connected to a side of the plate body 111 facing the stirring barrel 220, and the stirring barrel 220 is inserted into and matched with the positioning block 112.

In an embodiment, the positioning block 112 is detachably connected to the plate body 111, when the mixing device 10 is required to perform mixing operation, the positioning block 112 is connected to the plate body 111 to realize the function of fixing the mixing tank 220, and when materials are required to be transported, the positioning block 112 can be detached from the plate body 111 to enable the surface of the plate body 111 to be flat, so that the materials can be conveniently placed, and the using effect is good.

Further, referring to fig. 3, a guide inclined surface 1121 is disposed at the opening of the positioning block 112, and the guide inclined surface 1121 is inclined in a direction away from the central axis of the stirring barrel 220 along the direction from the plate body 111 to the positioning block 112.

further, in the present embodiment, the armrest 120 further has an accommodating hole 122 communicated with the locking hole 121, and when the lock pin 213 is inserted into and engaged with the locking hole 121, the lock pin 213 may be at least partially accommodated in the accommodating hole 122, which not only improves the connection firmness between the lock pin 213 and the armrest 120, but also enables the lock pin 213 and the bearing mechanism 100 to have a more compact structure, and protects the lock pin 213 to prevent the lock pin 213 from being knocked by the outside and being separated from the locking hole 121, and the structure is simple and the use effect is good.

Specifically, the driving member 234 may be a rotary driving member such as a driving motor and a rotary cylinder, or may be a manual connection shaft, and the function of driving the limiting portion 2312 to rotate is realized by hand cranking, which is not limited herein.

Referring to fig. 6 and 7, in the present embodiment, the connecting member 231 includes a base plate portion 2311 and a limiting portion 2312, the limiting portion 2312 is disposed at one side of the base plate portion 2311, the number of the movable frames 212 is two, and the two movable frames 212 are spaced and arranged in parallel; when the stirring mechanism 200 is connected to the mounting frame 210, the two movable frame bodies 212 respectively abut against two opposite sides of the limiting portion 2312.

As shown in fig. 6 and 7, with the mixing apparatus 10 of the present embodiment, after the connecting member 231 is connected to the movable frame body 212, the first positioning hole 21211 and then the second positioning hole 23111 are connected by the fastening member, so that the stirring assembly 230 is positioned at the mounting frame 210.

Specifically, referring to fig. 2, the lighting assembly 300 includes a first lighting element 310 and a second lighting element 320, a first mounting groove 1111 is formed on one side of the armrest 120 facing the stirring mechanism 200, and the first lighting element 310 is embedded in the first mounting groove 1111; the bearing plate 110 has a second mounting groove 123 facing the stirring mechanism 200, and the second lighting element 320 is embedded in the second mounting groove 123.

It can be understood that, by disposing the first lighting member 310 and the second lighting member 320 in the first mounting groove 1111 and the second mounting groove 123, respectively, the surface of the bearing plate 110 and the surface of the armrest 120 can be flat while achieving the lighting function, and the bearing mechanism 100 has a compact structure. In an embodiment, the illuminating part can be a strip-shaped lamp strip, the whole thickness of the strip-shaped lamp strip is smaller, and the strip-shaped lamp strip is convenient to install and arrange on the premise of ensuring the illuminating effect.

Specifically, referring to fig. 1 to 3, the first illuminating element 310 is disposed around the mixing drum 220; therefore, when the first illuminating piece 310 is started, the stirring barrel 220 can illuminate in at least three directions, and the second illuminating piece 320 can illuminate in the other direction, so that the illuminating assembly 300 is wide in illuminating range and good in using effect.

Further, the connection frame body 211 is provided with an avoiding groove 2112, and an orthographic projection of the avoiding groove 2112 on the handrail 120 at least partially coincides with the second lighting element 320.

Therefore, when the handrail 120 is in the storage position, the lighting assembly 300 can irradiate the upper side of the bearing plate 110 through the avoiding groove 2112, the mounting frame 210 and the lighting assembly 300 are not affected by each other, and the using effect is good.

Further, the supporting mechanism 100 further includes a jacking member 150, and the jacking member 150 is disposed at the bottom of the supporting plate 110 and is used for jacking the supporting plate 110.

With this arrangement, when the carrying mechanism 100 needs to be fixed on the ground, the supporting plate 110 can be lifted up by operating the lifting member 150, and the moving assembly 140 can be at least partially suspended, so as to prevent the carrying mechanism 100 from moving.

Specifically, referring to fig. 4, the moving assembly 140 includes a universal wheel 141 and a braking member 142, the universal wheel 141 is connected to the bearing plate 110, and the braking member 142 is movably connected to the universal wheel 141 and is used for braking the universal wheel 141.

When the mixing device 10 of the present embodiment is used, the movement of the universal wheel 141 can be limited by operating the braking member 142, including but not limited to limiting the rotation of the universal wheel 141 and the rotation of the universal wheel 141 relative to the carrier plate 110.
