placing beef blocks on a water filtering screen plate 16 of a soaking pool 15, pushing a lifting box body 17 by using a hydraulic ejector rod 1 to enable the lifting box body 17 to move upwards, sleeving the lifting box body 17 at the bottom of the soaking pool 15, injecting a water body into the soaking pool 15 to enable the beef blocks in the soaking pool 15 to be soaked in the water body, cleaning the surfaces of the beef blocks by using the water body in the soaking pool 15, pulling the lifting box body 17 to move downwards by using the hydraulic ejector rod 1 to enable the lifting box body 17 and the soaking pool 15 to be separated, discharging the water body in the soaking pool 15 into the lifting box body 17 by using the water filtering screen plate 16, airing the beef blocks in the soaking pool 15 by using the water filtering screen plate 16, opening a first pipe head 3, and discharging sewage in the lifting box body 17 by using a communicating pipe 2;
