The tire cleaning device is simple in structure and high in automation degree, the opening and closing mechanism 8 can be intermittently opened or closed by matching the side grooves 92 with the hinge rods 86 in the rotating process of the tire 9, the moving plate 83 is closed under normal conditions, the influence of sewage generated by washing the tire 9 on the detection of the camera 10 can be prevented, when the hinge rods 86 move from the side wall of the tire 9 to the side grooves 92 of the tire 9, the moving rod 87 moves to drive the moving plate 83 to be opened, on one hand, the cleaning cotton 84 at the bottom of the moving plate 83 cleans the camera 10, on the other hand, the opening and closing times of the camera 10 correspond to the number of the side grooves 92 of the tire 9, the detection effect of camera shooting can be improved, and therefore the cleaning effect of the tire 9 is improved;

in the process that the cleaning motor 51 rotates to drive the cleaning brush 53 to rotate to clean the tire 9, the end face cam 69 rotates to alternately press the two piston rods 67 downwards, the piston rods 67 move upwards to drive the piston heads 66 to move upwards, water in the water tank 61 is sucked into the piston cylinders 62 from the water inlet pipe 64, the piston rods 67 move downwards to drive the piston heads 66 to move downwards to squeeze the water in the piston cylinders 62 into the spray heads 63, the spray heads 63 spray the water to the tire 9, and when the cleaning mechanism 7 cleans the tire 9, the cleaning motor 51 stops rotating, the spray heads 63 also stop spraying the water, so that water resources can be saved;

normally, the cleaning block 76 cleans the middle groove 91 of the tire 9, and when the detection camera 10 detects that the side groove 92 of the tire 9 has stones, the cleaning block 76 slides along the guide rod 75 to clean the stones in the side groove 92, so that the number of the cleaning blocks 76 is reduced, and the complexity of the device is reduced;

through setting up adjustment mechanism 4, be convenient for realize the regulation to the distance between arc plate 12 and the tire 9, the dismouting of the tire 9 of being convenient for on the one hand, on the other hand can adapt to not unidimensional tire 9.
