The coal dust cleaning device is simple in structure and convenient to use, can walk flexibly in an underground narrow roadway, can be actively pushed, realizes cleaning and transferring of coal dust, replaces a coal dust cleaning working mode of manually cleaning and digging with shovels, reduces the number of workers for cleaning the coal dust, reduces the labor intensity of the workers, improves the working efficiency of cleaning the coal dust, reduces the labor cost of enterprises, and achieves the purposes of reducing labor and improving efficiency.

The discharging part 4 consists of a feeding hole 41, a discharging groove 42, a telescopic groove 43 and a telescopic hydraulic cylinder 44; the bottom of the discharge chute 42 is provided with a rear end hinged lug seat 421 which is hinged with the cylinder body of the telescopic hydraulic cylinder 44; the bottom of the telescopic slot 43 is provided with a front end hinged lug 431 which is hinged with a piston rod of the telescopic hydraulic cylinder 44; the telescopic chute 43 is sleeved outside the discharge chute 42, and the telescopic chute 43 can slide along the discharge chute 42 through the extension and contraction of a piston rod of the telescopic hydraulic cylinder 44.

When the coal scraps accumulated in the roadway need to be cleaned, the walking type aggregate transloader is walked to one side of the coal scrap pile, and the extension and contraction of the piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder 5 are adjusted to enable the shovel plate 31817 of the transportation groove 318 of the aggregate transloading part 3 to be close to the floor of the coal scrap pile; the telescopic groove 43 of the discharging part 4 slides along the discharging groove 42 through the extension and contraction of the piston rod of the telescopic hydraulic cylinder 44, so that the coal dust can just fall into a scraper conveyor or a mine car through the discharging groove 42 and the telescopic groove 43 of the discharging part 4; when the crawler belt walking part 1 of the walking type aggregate reversed loader works, the aggregate reversed loader is propelled forwards; meanwhile, the power source 3124 of the driving sprocket assembly 312 starts to work, because the scraper chain 315 is engaged with the gear teeth on the driven sprocket shaft 313 and the driving sprocket 3121, the power source 3124 of the driving sprocket assembly 312 drives the scraper chain 315 to run through the driving sprocket 3121, the scraper chain 315 drives the driven sprocket shaft 313 to rotate, and the driven sprocket shaft 313 drives the left helical blade shaft 310 and the right helical blade shaft 311 to rotate, because the helical blade rotating directions on the left helical blade shaft 310 and the right helical blade shaft 311 are opposite, the coal dust is continuously conveyed to the scraper chain 315 at the middle part of the transportation groove 318 by the helical blades on the left helical blade shaft 310 and the right helical blade shaft 311; the coal dust is pushed by the scraper 314 fixedly connected with the scraper chain 315 and transferred to the tail part of the conveying groove 318, and the coal dust falls into the feeding hole 41 of the discharging part 4 through the discharging hole 31819 of the conveying groove 318 and falls into a scraper conveyor or a mine car through the discharging groove 42 and the telescopic groove 43.
