Rats were randomly divided into ten groups of 20 rats per group by weight, and the test samples and purified water were separately fed with a gastric feeding amount of 0.1ml/10g, sacrificed after 3 months, femurs were removed, and bone densities of the mid-point of the left femur and distal end of the femur were measured using a peripheral dual-energy X-ray bone densitometer.
