firstly, placing the cumquats on an object placing seat 4 in a cumquats processing device, enabling the top ends of the cumquats to be upward, starting a stepping motor 3, enabling the stepping motor 3 to drive a connecting shaft to rotate and driving a rotary disc 2 to rotate, enabling the rotary disc 2 to drive each object placing seat 4 and the cumquats to rotate, when the cumquats move to the lower part of a clamping mechanism 18, starting a lifting cylinder 16, enabling the lifting cylinder 16 to drive a connecting plate 17 to descend and driving the clamping mechanism 18 to descend, enabling the cumquats to enter an annular seat 21, starting a clamping motor 24, enabling the clamping motor 24 to drive a gear wheel three 25 to rotate, enabling the gear wheel three 25 to drive a gear ring 22 engaged with the gear wheel three to rotate, enabling the gear ring 22 to drive three clamping blocks 23 to radially move along the annular seat 21, clamping and fixing the cumquats through the three clamping blocks 23, starting the lifting motor 10, enabling the lifting motor 10 to drive a gear wheel one 11 to rotate and driving two gear wheels two gear, the cutting pipe 15 is driven to descend, the cutting pipe 15 is inserted into a kumquat, the pulp part of the kumquat is divided into the cutting pipe 15, the vacuum generator 20 is started, air in the collecting box 19 is pumped out by the vacuum generator 20, the inside of the collecting box 19 is in a negative pressure state, the pulp part in the cutting pipe 15 moves upwards along the cutting pipe 15 and enters the collecting box 19, the three clamping blocks 23 are driven by the clamping motor 24 to loosen the kumquat with the pulp part cut off, the connecting plate 17 is driven by the lifting cylinder 16 to ascend, the kumquat is driven by the stepping motor 3 to move into the shell 5, when the kumquat is positioned below the mounting plate 27, the pressing and cutting cylinder 26 is started, the pressing and cutting cylinder 26 drives the contact pin 28 and the cross-shaped cutter 29 to descend, the contact pin 28 forms holes on the surface of the kumquat, and the cross-shaped cutter 29 forms a;

The cumquat processing device comprises a workbench 1, a rotary table 2 is horizontally arranged above the workbench 1, a connecting shaft is fixedly arranged at the center of the bottom surface of the rotary table 2, the connecting shaft is rotatably connected with the upper wall of the workbench 1 through a bearing, a stepping motor 3 is fixedly arranged on the workbench 1, the output shaft end of the stepping motor 3 is fixedly connected with one end of the connecting shaft, and a plurality of object placing seats 4 are fixedly arranged on the upper surface of the rotary table 2;

a fixed seat 7 is fixedly installed on the upper surface of the workbench 1, a flat plate 8 is horizontally fixed at the top of the fixed seat 7, two vertical plates 9 are arranged on the upper surface of the flat plate 8, driving rollers 13 are respectively arranged on one sides of the two vertical plates 9, the two driving rollers 13 are respectively and fixedly installed at one end of two rotating shafts, the rotating shafts are rotatably connected with the vertical plates 9, gears two 12 are respectively and fixedly installed at the other ends of the two rotating shafts, the two gears two 12 are meshed with each other, a lifting motor 10 is fixedly installed on one side of one of the vertical plates 9, a gear one 11 is fixedly installed on an output shaft of the lifting motor 10, the gear one 11 is meshed with one of the gears two 12, a pipe cutting 15 is movably installed between the two driving rollers 13 along the vertical direction, and the driving rollers 13 are in tight contact with the pipe;

a lifting cylinder 16 is fixedly arranged on the flat plate 8, a connecting plate 17 is fixedly arranged at the bottom end of an output rod of the lifting cylinder 16, a clamping mechanism 18 is fixedly arranged at the bottom of the connecting plate 17, and the clamping mechanism 18 is positioned above the turntable 2;

vertical rods are fixedly mounted at four corners of the upper surface of the flat plate 8, the tops of the four vertical rods are fixedly connected with the bottom of the collecting box 19, a vacuum generator 20 is fixedly mounted on the collecting box 19, an input port of the vacuum generator 20 is communicated with the collecting box 19, and the top end of the cutting pipe 15 penetrates through the lower wall of the collecting box 19 and extends to the inner side of the collecting box 19;

the top of carousel 2 is provided with casing 5, it is fixed through support 6 between casing 5 and the workstation 1, the both sides of casing 5 all are provided with the opening that is used for putting thing seat 4 and passes, the upside inner wall fixed mounting of casing 5 has the pressure to cut cylinder 26, the bottom fixed mounting that the pressure cut cylinder 26 has mounting panel 27, the bottom surface fixed mounting of mounting panel 27 has a cross cutter 29 and a plurality of contact pin 28.

The lower end of the cutting pipe 15 extends to the inner side of the annular seat 21, and the cutting pipe 15 and the annular seat 21 are coaxially arranged.

Two one side of riser 9 is all rotated and is installed two spacing pulleys 14, two spacing pulley 14 is located the upper and lower side of driving roller 13 respectively, spacing pulley 14 cooperatees with pipe cutting 15.

The plurality of object placing seats 4 are annularly distributed on the upper surface of the rotary table 2 in an equal radian.

The cross-shaped cutter 29 is positioned at the center of the bottom surface of the mounting plate 27, and a plurality of the contact pins 28 are uniformly distributed on the bottom surface of the mounting plate 27.

The working method of the kumquat processing device specifically comprises the following steps:

placing the cumquats on the object placing seats 4 to enable the top ends of the cumquats to face upwards, starting the stepping motor 3, enabling the stepping motor 3 to drive the connecting shaft to rotate and drive the rotary table 2 to rotate, enabling the rotary table 2 to drive the object placing seats 4 and the cumquats to rotate, starting the lifting air cylinder 16 when the cumquats move below the clamping mechanism 18, enabling the lifting air cylinder 16 to drive the connecting plate 17 to descend and drive the clamping mechanism 18 to descend so that the cumquats enter the annular seats 21, starting the clamping motor 24, enabling the clamping motor 24 to drive the gear wheel three 25 to rotate, enabling the gear wheel three 25 to drive the gear ring 22 meshed with the gear wheel three to rotate, enabling the gear ring 22 to drive the three clamping blocks 23 to move radially along the annular seats 21, and clamping and fixing the cum;

step two, starting the lifting motor 10, wherein the lifting motor 10 drives the first gear 11 to rotate and drives the second two gears 12 to rotate, the second two gears 12 respectively drive the two driving rollers 13 to rotate in opposite directions through the two rotating shafts and drive the cutting pipe 15 to descend, the cutting pipe 15 is inserted into the kumquats, pulp parts of the kumquats are divided into the cutting pipe 15, starting the vacuum generator 20, the vacuum generator 20 extracts air in the collecting box 19 to enable the interior of the collecting box 19 to be in a negative pressure state, and the pulp parts in the cutting pipe 15 move upwards along the cutting pipe 15 and enter the collecting box 19;

step three, the clamping motor 24 drives the three clamping blocks 23 to loosen the cumquats with pulp removed, the lifting cylinder 16 drives the connecting plate 17 to ascend, the stepping motor 3 drives the cumquats to move into the shell 5, when the cumquats are located below the mounting plate 27, the pressing and cutting cylinder 26 is started, the pressing and cutting cylinder 26 drives the contact pin 28 and the cross-shaped cutter 29 to descend, the contact pin 28 conducts hole opening on the surfaces of the cumquats, and the cross-shaped cutter 29 cuts a cross-shaped opening in the top of the cumquats to obtain the prepared cumquats.

The invention places the cumquats on the object placing seats 4, the top ends of the cumquats are upward, the stepping motor 3 drives the connecting shaft to rotate and drives the rotating disc 2 to rotate, the rotating disc 2 drives each object placing seat 4 and the cumquats to rotate, when the cumquats move below the clamping mechanism 18, the lifting air cylinder 16 drives the connecting plate 17 to descend and drives the clamping mechanism 18 to descend, so that the cumquats enter the annular seat 21, the clamping motor 24 drives the gear wheel three 25 to rotate, the gear wheel three 25 drives the gear ring 22 engaged with the gear wheel to rotate, the gear wheel 22 drives the three clamping blocks 23 to radially move along the annular seat 21, the cumquats are clamped and fixed by the three clamping blocks 23, so that the cutting effect is ensured, the lifting motor 10 drives the gear wheel one 11 to rotate and drives the two gear wheels two 12 to rotate, the two gear wheels 12 respectively drive the two driving rollers 13 to rotate in opposite directions through the two rotating shafts, the device can rapidly cut off the pulp part of the kumquat, so that the core of the kumquat is rapidly removed, and the working efficiency is high;

according to the invention, the clamping motor 24 drives the three clamping blocks 23 to loosen the cumquats with pulp removed, the lifting cylinder 16 drives the connecting plate 17 to ascend, the stepping motor 3 drives the cumquats to move into the shell 5, when the cumquats are positioned below the mounting plate 27, the pressing and cutting cylinder 26 drives the contact pin 28 and the cross-shaped cutter 29 to descend, the contact pin 28 opens the holes on the surfaces of the cumquats, and the cross-shaped cutter 29 cuts a cross-shaped opening on the top of the cumquats.
