9. A method of removing a raised-head rivet according to claim 8, wherein: the depth of the groove is N, and N is more than or equal to 0.1mm and less than or equal to 5 mm.

10. A method of removing a raised-head rivet according to claim 9, wherein: the depth N =1.5mm of the groove.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the field of mechanical manufacturing, in particular to an auxiliary tool for disassembling a raised head rivet and a method for disassembling the raised head rivet.

Background

In the process of airplane assembly, a large number of rivets are needed to assemble and connect parts of an airplane, and because the rivets are manually riveted, part of the rivets do not meet riveting requirements and need to be disassembled and replaced. The rivet types used in the rivet dismounting process comprise a semi-circular head rivet, a basin head rivet and a flat head rivet. The rivet dismounting process comprises the following steps: firstly, drilling a point with the depth of about 0.5-1mm at the central axis of the rivet cover by using a drill bit, then drilling a hole with the depth of the rivet cover on the rivet cover by using the drill bit which is one-level smaller than the rivet, then taking the rivet cover off the rivet rod, finally knocking out the rivet rod, and completing the disassembly of one rivet. The first step is that the skill requirement for drilling points at the axis position of the rivet cover is very high, and a drill bit is very easy to slip in the dismounting process to drill and damage parts, so that more serious faults are caused, particularly a half-round head rivet, which is a drilling point on an outer spherical surface, so that the drill bit is easier to run. The technical scheme that a simple and reliable solution is not available in the prior art, the dotting difficulty in rivet dismounting can be effectively reduced, and the reliability and efficiency of rivet dismounting are improved.

removing the nail cover, removing the drilling tool and the auxiliary tool from the raised-head rivet, drawing the drill bit out of the cylindrical through hole of the auxiliary tool, then placing the end part of the drill bit in the groove, coaxially placing the drill bit and the raised-head rivet, starting the drilling tool, and processing the groove into a through groove which axially penetrates through the nail cover so as to reduce the connection strength between the nail cover and the nail rod; and then the nail cover and the nail rod are sequentially detached. Further, in order to ensure the limiting effect of the groove on the drill bit, effectively prevent the drill bit from slipping, and simultaneously reduce the dotting time as much as possible, preferably, the depth N =1.5mm of the groove.

Example 1

placing an auxiliary tool, selecting an adaptive contour groove 3 according to the specification and the size of the raised head rivet 9 to be disassembled, aligning the contour groove 3 to the nail cover of the raised head rivet 9 to be disassembled, and applying force and pressing the auxiliary tool to enable the contour groove 3 to tightly press the nail cover of the raised head rivet 9;

dotting the nail cover, inserting a drill bit 8 of a drilling tool into the cylindrical through hole 5 from one end, far away from the raised head rivet 9 to be detached, of the corresponding sleeve top cylindrical column 2 until the drill bit 8 reaches the top of the nail cover of the raised head rivet 9 to be detached along the cylindrical through hole 5, starting the drilling tool, machining a groove in a top cover of the raised head rivet 9, and then closing the drilling tool; the drilling tool can be an electric drill, further, the depth of the groove is N, N is more than or equal to 0.5mm and less than or equal to 1mm, and further, N =1.5 mm;

removing the nail cover, removing the drilling tool and the auxiliary tool from the raised head rivet 9, extracting the drill bit 8 from the cylindrical through hole 5 of the auxiliary tool, then placing the end part of the drill bit 8 in the groove, coaxially placing the drill bit 8 and the raised head rivet 9, starting the drilling tool, and processing the groove into a through groove which axially penetrates through the nail cover so as to reduce the connection strength between the nail cover and the nail rod; and then the nail cover and the nail rod are sequentially detached.
