Disclosure of Invention

The invention provides a down feather drying control method, which realizes the alternate high-temperature and low-temperature drying of down feather by controlling the drying temperature in the down feather drying process, thereby keeping the original fluffy characteristic of the down feather.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides a down feather drying control method, and the specific down feather drying process comprises a fluffing stage; the puffing stage comprises a heating stage and a cooling stage; heating air in the clothes processing barrel in a heating stage; cooling air in the clothes processing barrel in a cooling stage; and controlling the heating stage and the cooling stage to alternately operate in the down feather drying process.

Example 1

As shown in fig. 1, the present embodiment provides a down feather drying control method, as shown in fig. 1 to 4, in the down feather drying process, air temperature in a clothes processing tub is alternately heated and cooled, so that down feather drying is realized while the fluffiness of down feather is maintained. The down feather material is used for down jackets in real life, and the drying process of the down jackets is elaborated in detail in the embodiment, so that the technical scheme in the embodiment is clearer.

The embodiment also provides an alternative scheme for controlling the temperature holding time in the down feather drying stage, when the air temperature in the clothes treatment barrel in the heating stage reaches the first set temperature, the temperature in the clothes treatment barrel is controlled to be maintained at the first set temperature for a third preset time, and then the washing machine is controlled to enter the cooling stage; and when the air temperature in the clothes treatment barrel reaches a second set temperature in the cooling stage, controlling the temperature in the clothes treatment barrel to be maintained at the second set temperature for a third preset time period, and then controlling the washing machine to enter a heating stage. When the temperature of the air in the clothes treatment barrel reaches a first set temperature, the temperature of the clothes treatment barrel is controlled to maintain the first set temperature for a third preset time, so that the down jacket can achieve a better heating and drying effect at the temperature, and the third preset time is selected differently according to the difference between the surface fabric of the down jacket and the down material filler, and is specific. And meanwhile, when the air in the clothes processing barrel reaches a second set temperature, maintaining the second set temperature for a fourth preset time, so that the down jacket to be dried can be further cooled to the second set temperature for a set time, further selecting the second set temperature according to the material characteristics of the outer surface fabric of the down jacket or the down filler of the down jacket, and maintaining the down jacket at the second set temperature for a certain time so that the material characteristics of the down jacket can be restored to the material characteristics before drying and heating. The temperature of the down jacket fluctuates between a higher temperature which can damage the characteristics of the down jacket and a lower temperature which recovers the characteristics of the down jacket through the heating and cooling processes, and the stay duration of the down jacket at different temperatures is further controlled, so that the fluffy characteristic of down in the down jacket is greatly maintained while the drying process is realized; and further protects the surface fabric of the down jacket.

In a specific implementation process, the cycle times of the heating stage and the cooling stage in the alternate operation are set, the specific cycle times can be set according to the drying time of the down jacket, and can be optionally set according to the attribute of the clothes to be dried, and for the down jacket in the embodiment, the attribute of the clothes to be dried can be the material of the clothes; the weight of the down jacket can be the weight of the down jacket before wetting or after dehydration, and is not limited herein. The drying time of the down jacket and the cycle times of the down jacket at the first set temperature and the second set temperature are controlled by controlling the cycle times of the alternate operation, so that the down jacket is further ensured not to be damaged, and particularly, although the temperature of the down jacket is controlled to periodically change between the first set temperature which can damage the down jacket and the second set temperature which ensures that the material forming the down jacket is recovered to better characteristics in the drying process, the down jacket keeps fluffy characteristics to a certain extent and does not damage the fabric of the down jacket; however, any process needs a certain limit, and if the heating stage and the cooling stage are controlled to operate all the time or operate for too many times periodically, the down jacket can be damaged, so that different cycle times are set for different down jackets, the drying requirement of the down jacket is met, and meanwhile, the material characteristics of the down jacket are further protected from being damaged.

In the above embodiment, focusing on the control and control method of the temperature inside the laundry processing tub during the down jacket drying process, in the drying process described in the above embodiment, the laundry processing tub may rotate according to the drying rotation mode in the existing drying process of the laundry processing tub, or in another way, the laundry processing apparatus performs the rotation drying according to the set drying rotation mode, thereby completing the drying of the down jacket. In the specific implementation process, the transfer-stop time sequence ratio is the ratio of the time length of the rotation process and the time length of the stop process, and the larger the transfer-stop time sequence ratio is, the longer the corresponding time length of the rotation process is.

Further optimally, the puffing stage described in the above embodiment further includes a pre-drying stage; the pre-drying stage is a preparation stage before the down jacket enters the fluffing stage; the down jacket can better adapt to the temperature and/or rotating speed change process of the subsequent pre-drying stage through the pre-drying stage of the down jacket, and meanwhile, as the water content of the down jacket is more when the down jacket is just dried, the periodic heating and cooling drying process of the down jacket in the subsequent fluffy stage can be influenced, and the pretreatment is carried out on the down jacket to be dried, so that the fluffy stage of the down jacket can achieve a better drying effect. In the specific implementation process, air in the clothes processing barrel is preheated; and controlling the laundry treating tub to rotate in a second mode, the second mode being that the laundry treating tub rotates at a second rotation speed and a second rotation-stop timing ratio; the second rotating speed is greater than the first rotating speed of the clothes processing barrel in the fluffing process, and the second rotation-stop time sequence ratio is higher than the first rotation-stop time sequence ratio of the clothes processing barrel in the fluffing process; further optimally, the preset operation time length of the pre-drying stage is controlled, the preset operation time length is a third preset operation time length in the embodiment, and when the pre-drying stage reaches the third preset operation time length, the washing machine is controlled to enter the fluffing stage; in the specific implementation process, the third set time range is 3min-10 min.

Optionally, a weighing detection stage is further included before the pre-drying stage, the weighing detection is to weigh down to be dried, and the moisture content of the down jacket entering the drying stage is further controlled by controlling the weight of the down jacket entering the drying stage; in the washing and drying process of an actual down jacket, the down jacket may contain more water before being dried due to the material characteristics of the down jacket, when the water content in the down jacket is too much, the drying time of the down jacket is increased, and further, the water content of the down jacket entering the drying stage is too high, so that the clothes processing device is influenced to perform more professional processing on the down jacket in the fluffy stage, and the purpose of protecting the fabric of the down jacket and recovering the fluffy characteristic of the down jacket in the fluffy stage can not be achieved. In the specific implementation process, judging whether the weight of the down feather is less than a set limit value; if yes, entering a pre-drying stage; if not, dehydrating the down to be dried and entering a weighing detection stage again; the set limit value is determined according to the processing capacity of the clothes processing barrel and/or the weight and/or the water content required by the down jacket entering the drying stage in the subsequent down drying process.

Further, when the clothes processing barrel is controlled to alternately run in the heating stage and the cooling stage, the clothes processing barrel is controlled to enter the drying and cooling stage; the drying and cooling stage stops heating the air of the clothes processing barrel and controls the clothes processing barrel to rotate in a third mode, and the third mode is that the clothes processing barrel rotates at a third rotating speed and a third rotating-stopping time sequence ratio; the third rotating speed is less than the first rotating speed of the clothes processing barrel in the fluffing process, and the third rotating-stopping time sequence ratio is less than the first rotating-stopping time sequence ratio of the clothes processing barrel in the fluffing process. And cooling the down jacket and/or the clothes processing barrel and/or the clothes processing device after the down jacket is dried, and finishing the down jacket drying process.

The embodiment provides a down feather drying control method, which is characterized in that the temperature of air in a clothes processing barrel is alternately heated and cooled in the down feather drying process, so that the down feather environment temperature is alternately changed between high temperature and low temperature in the drying process; through the strict requirements on the drying process by aiming at the special material and the material of the down feather, the problem that the material and the fluffy characteristic of the dried down feather are damaged due to the drying operation in the drying process while the down jacket achieves the expected drying effect is solved. Furthermore, the time for reaching the set temperature in the heating and cooling processes is controlled, so that the fluffing and drying process in which instantaneous high temperature and instantaneous low temperature are alternately carried out is realized; furthermore, the operation parameters of the clothes processing barrel are adaptively adjusted according to the fluffing stage, the rotating speed, the rotating-stopping time sequence ratio, the heating temperature and the like of the clothes processing barrel are specifically adjusted, and the original fluffing property of the down feather can be maintained after the down feather is dried.

The present embodiment provides a down feather drying control device, as shown in fig. 5 to 6, which is provided with a control unit for implementing the control method in embodiment 1, and specifically includes:

a heating unit: used for heating the air in the clothes processing barrel;

a cooling unit: used for cooling the air in the clothes processing barrel;

a control unit: for controlling the heating unit and the cooling unit to alternately operate.

The temperature in the clothes processing barrel can reach the set temperature within the set time through controlling the heating unit and the cooling unit; the heating unit and the cooling unit are further controlled to alternately operate, so that the drying method with the drying temperature changing in the drying process is realized, the original fluffy characteristic is maintained in the down feather drying process by further controlling the duration in the heating and cooling processes, and the fabric for drying clothes is greatly protected.

Further optimized, the down feather drying control device further comprises a detection unit: the air temperature control unit is used for detecting the air temperature in the clothes processing barrel and feeding back the air temperature data of the clothes processing barrel to the control unit;

the control unit is also used for controlling the heating unit and the cooling unit to alternately operate according to the air temperature data of the clothes processing barrel fed back by the detection unit. Further optimized, the device also comprises a recording unit, a control unit and a control unit, wherein the recording unit is used for recording the cycle time data of the alternate circulation of the heating stage and the cooling stage and feeding back the cycle time data to the control unit; the storage unit is used for storing the operation data required by the operation process of the washing machine, and the operation data comprises: presetting time length; setting the temperature; alternately and circularly setting a period in a heating stage and a cooling stage; a first mode, a second mode, and a third mode of the laundry treating tub rotating; the heating on-off time sequence of the pre-drying stage; setting a limit value in a weighing detection stage; the detection unit is also used for detecting the weight of the down to be dried and feeding back down weight data to the control unit; the control unit is also used for controlling the washing machine to operate according to the set modes at different operation stages according to the operation data stored in the storage unit, the cycle number data fed back by the recording unit and the down weight data fed back by the detection unit. Through the arrangement of the units of the down feather drying control device, the structural unit for realizing the control method of the embodiment 1 is provided, and the problem that down feather is difficult to dry in the prior art is solved.

Example 4

The present embodiment provides a washing machine, which adopts the down feather drying control method of the above embodiment 1 or is provided with the down feather drying control device of the above embodiment 2.

Specifically, the washing machine comprises a clothes treatment barrel, an air duct and a fan, and further comprises a heating part and a cooling part; the fan makes the air in the washing machine flow in the clothes processing barrel and the air duct to form a circulating air path; the heating part heats the air on the circulating air duct; the cooling unit cools air in the circulation air duct.

In a specific implementation process, the heating part can be a heater arranged on the air duct; the drying heater is arranged on the air duct and heats air circulating in the circulating air duct, so that the heating stage heats the air in the barrel in the down feather drying process of the clothes processing barrel. Of course, the heating portion may also be other heating structures, such as a heating portion disposed outside the air duct, and the air inside the air duct is heated by heating the air duct pipeline. The cooling part is a condenser; the condenser is arranged on the air duct; the condenser is provided with a main cooling water valve, an auxiliary cooling water valve and a condenser channel, and the opening of the main cooling water valve and/or the auxiliary cooling water valve controls cooling water to flow in the condenser channel to cool air. . The switch coordination of different structures in the washing machine at different drying stages in the down feather drying process is explained as follows:

the user selects the mode to run down feather drying:

firstly, detecting a weighing value, judging whether the weighing value meets a drying condition or not, if the weighing value is greater than or equal to a down drying set limit value, judging that the water content is excessive, and carrying out weighing detection after the down is dehydrated; if the weighing value is smaller than the set limit value, entering a down feather drying process;

s1: opening a fan, a main cooling water valve and a drying heater for pre-drying;

s2: the clothes processing barrel rotates at the rotating speed and the rotating-stopping ratio in the pre-drying stage, and the drying heater is controlled to run at the on-off time sequence of the pre-drying stage until the pre-drying stage is finished; specifically, the drying heater is controlled to be switched off after the temperature of the clothes processing barrel is greater than or equal to the upper limit value of the pre-drying heating temperature; controlling to start the drying heater after the temperature is less than or equal to the lower limit value of the pre-drying heating temperature; in this embodiment, the temperature of the air in the laundry processing tub is adjusted by opening the main cooling water valve when the temperature of the laundry processing tub is heated in the pre-drying stage, that is, the drying heater is turned off when the temperature of the air in the laundry processing tub heated by the drying heater reaches the upper limit value of the pre-drying heating temperature, and the air in the laundry processing tub of the washing machine directly lowers the temperature of the laundry processing tub of the washing machine under the action of the condenser which opens the main cooling water valve, and further, the drying heater is controlled to be turned on when the temperature is less than or equal to the lower limit value of the pre-drying heating temperature, so as to complete the reheating of the air in the laundry processing tub. Meanwhile, in the pre-drying stage, the main cooling water valve is opened while the drying heater is started to heat the air temperature of the clothes processing barrel, so that the condenser cools the air of the clothes processing barrel; the air temperature of the clothes processing barrel can be slowly increased or decreased by the matching control of the drying heater and the condenser, so that the pre-drying effect in the pre-drying stage is achieved.

S3: entering a down feather fluffing stage;

s31: starting a drying heater;

s32: the clothes processing barrel rotates at a rotating speed of the eiderdown fluffy drying stage which is lower than the rotating speed of the pre-drying stage, and the rotating and stopping time of the clothes processing barrel is controlled at a fluffy drying rotating-stopping time sequence ratio which is lower than the rotating-stopping time sequence ratio of the pre-drying stage;

s33: a heating stage, controlling the drying heater to heat the air in the clothes processing barrel according to the control method and a set value until a set condition is reached, and entering a cooling stage; the end conditions of the heating phase are limited by time or temperature; in the specific implementation process, in order to realize the effect of instantaneous high temperature in the drying process, only the drying heater is controlled to be started in the heating stage, so that the temperature of the air in the clothes treatment barrel can reach the set temperature more quickly.

S34 cooling stage, opening cooling water valve to cool the air in the clothes processing barrel according to the control method and set value until reaching set condition, entering heating stage; in the specific implementation process, in order to realize the effect of instantaneous low temperature in the drying process, the main cooling water valve and the auxiliary cooling water valve on the condenser are controlled to be opened simultaneously in the cooling stage, so that the air in the clothes treatment barrel is cooled more quickly.

S35: controlling the steps S32 and S33 to alternately set the cycle; the set period is limited by time or laundry weight, etc.;

and S4, a drying and cooling stage, wherein the drying heater is turned off, the clothes processing barrel rotates at a drying and cooling rotating speed lower than that in the pre-drying stage until the cooling is finished, and the fan and the cooling main and auxiliary cooling water valves are turned off.

This embodiment has solved the further problem that causes the damage to the eiderdown material of the further eiderdown material of influence that current washing machine leads to in to eiderdown drying process through providing a washing machine.

The invention provides a down feather drying control method, a device, a storage medium and a washing machine, wherein the down feather drying control method and device alternately heat and cool the air temperature in a clothes processing barrel in the down feather drying process, so that the down feather environment temperature alternately changes between high temperature and low temperature in the drying process; by aiming at the special material and the strict requirements of the down feather material on the drying process, the invention avoids the damage of the material and the fluffy characteristic of the dried down feather caused by the drying operation in the drying process while the down jacket achieves the expected drying effect through the control method, thereby solving the technical problem of difficult down feather drying. Furthermore, the time for reaching the set temperature in the heating and cooling processes is controlled, so that the fluffing and drying process in which instantaneous high temperature and instantaneous low temperature are alternately carried out is realized; and the original fluffy characteristic of the down feather can be maintained after the down feather is dried by controlling the rotating speed and the rotating-stopping time sequence ratio of the clothes processing barrel. Furthermore, a washing machine capable of alternately operating heating and cooling for drying clothes, especially down feather is provided, thereby solving the problem that the down feather material is further damaged due to the influence of the existing washing machine on the down feather drying process.
