1. A cutter head height adjustment assembly, comprising:

a bracket for fixing the prime mover;

the cutter head connecting part is fixed at the bottom of the bracket and is used for installing a cutter head driven by a prime motor; and

the adjusting part is fixed at the top of the bracket and drives the cutter head to move up and down through the bracket so as to adjust the height of the cutter head.

2. The cutterhead height adjustment assembly of claim 1,

the adjusting portion includes:

a fixed housing for accommodating the bracket;

the height adjusting rod is clamped between the bracket and the fixed shell and is connected with the upper part of the bracket;

the height adjusting knob is fixed at the top of the height adjusting rod; and

the height adjusting knob is rotated, and the height adjusting rod drives the cutter disc to move upwards or downwards through the support.

3. The cutterhead height adjustment assembly of claim 2,

the stationary housing includes: a face shell and a bottom shell which are arranged separately from each other;

the height adjusting rod is positioned between the bracket and the face shell.

4. The cutterhead height adjustment assembly of claim 3,

the height adjustment pole includes: a knob mounting part and a hollow connecting part;

the knob mounting part is used for mounting a height-adjusting knob; and

the hollow connecting part is sleeved on the outer side of the support through an internal thread.

5. The cutterhead height adjustment assembly of claim 2,

the adjusting part further includes: and the dial is used for displaying the height of the cutter head.

the cutter head connector is fixed on an output shaft of the prime motor;

the felt cover is positioned between the cutter head connector and the cutter head; and

and the dustproof felt ring is positioned on the felt cover.

11. A lawn mower, comprising:

a housing;

the movable upper cover is arranged above the machine shell;

the cutter head height adjusting assembly is arranged on the shell and used for adjusting the height of the cutter head;

the prime motor is positioned on the cutter disc height-adjusting assembly and is used for driving the cutter disc to rotate;

the cutter head is arranged below the shell through the cutter head height-adjusting assembly and used for mounting the blades; and

and the walking assembly is positioned at the bottom of the machine shell.

12. The mower of claim 11,

the cutter head heightening assembly comprises:

a bracket for fixing the prime mover;

the cutter head connecting part is fixed at the bottom of the bracket and is used for installing a cutter head driven by a prime motor; and

the adjusting part is fixed at the top of the bracket and drives the cutter head to move up and down through the bracket so as to adjust the height of the cutter head.

13. The mower of claim 12,

the adjusting portion includes:

a fixed housing for accommodating the bracket;

the height adjusting rod is clamped between the bracket and the fixed shell and is connected with the upper part of the bracket;

the height adjusting knob is fixed at the top of the height adjusting rod;

the height adjusting knob is rotated, and the height adjusting rod drives the cutter disc to move up and down through the bracket; and

the adjusting part further includes: and the dial is used for displaying the height of the cutter head.

14. The mower of claim 13,

the stationary housing includes: a face shell and a bottom shell which are arranged separately from each other;

the height adjusting rod is positioned between the bracket and the face shell;

the height adjustment pole includes: a knob mounting part and a hollow connecting part;

the knob mounting part is used for mounting a height-adjusting knob; and

the hollow connecting part is sleeved on the outer side of the support through an internal thread.

15. The mower of claim 14,

the cutter disc height-adjusting assembly further comprises a height-adjusting pressing piece;

two ends of the heightening pressing piece are respectively clamped with the surface shell and the bottom shell to support the bracket;

the top of the hollow connecting part is provided with a flange extending outwards;

the height-adjusting pressing piece is in a hollow ring shape, and the inner wall of the height-adjusting pressing piece is suitable for supporting the flange so as to tightly clamp the height-adjusting rod between the bracket and the surface shell; and

and sealing strips are arranged at two ends of the heightening and pressing piece.

16. The mower of claim 15,

the cutter disc height-adjusting assembly also comprises a height-adjusting elastic sheet positioned between the height-adjusting pressing piece and the hollow connecting part;

one end of the heightening elastic sheet is fixed on the inner wall of the heightening pressing piece, and the other end of the heightening elastic sheet is clamped in the clamping groove in the outer side of the hollow connecting part.

the bracket includes:

Technical Field

The invention relates to a cutter head height adjusting assembly and a mower.

Background

The intelligent lawn mower is a robot for maintaining a lawn, has the advantages of intellectualization, modernization, environmental protection, liberation of hands and the like, and is more and more favored by markets and consumers. In order to meet different requirements of different users on mowing height, the intelligent mower needs to be provided with a height adjusting mechanism to adjust the height of a cutter head from the ground, so that the height of the lawn after being mowed is controlled.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a cutter head height adjusting assembly and a mower.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a cutter head height adjusting assembly, comprising: a bracket for fixing the prime mover; the cutter head connecting part is fixed at the bottom of the bracket and is used for installing a cutter head driven by a prime motor; and the adjusting part is fixed at the top of the bracket and drives the cutter head to move up and down through the bracket so as to adjust the height of the cutter head.

As a further improvement of the present invention, the adjusting portion includes: a fixed housing for accommodating the bracket; the height adjusting rod is clamped between the bracket and the fixed shell and is connected with the upper part of the bracket; the height adjusting knob is fixed at the top of the height adjusting rod; and the height adjusting knob is rotated, and the height adjusting rod drives the cutter disc to move upwards or downwards through the bracket.

As a further improvement of the present invention, the stationary housing includes: a face shell and a bottom shell which are arranged separately from each other; the height adjusting rod is positioned between the bracket and the face shell.

As a further improvement of the present invention, the height adjustment lever includes: a knob mounting part and a hollow connecting part; the knob mounting part is used for mounting a height-adjusting knob; and the hollow connecting part is sleeved on the outer side of the bracket through an internal thread.

As a further improvement of the present invention, the adjusting portion further includes: and the dial is used for displaying the height of the cutter head.

As a further improvement of the invention, the cutter disc height-adjusting assembly further comprises a height-adjusting pressing piece; two ends of the heightening pressing piece are respectively clamped with the surface shell and the bottom shell to support the bracket; the top of the hollow connecting part is provided with a flange extending outwards; and the height-adjusting pressing piece is in a hollow ring shape, and the inner wall of the height-adjusting pressing piece is suitable for supporting the flange so as to tightly clamp the height-adjusting rod between the bracket and the face shell.

As a further improvement of the invention, two ends of the heightening and pressing piece are provided with sealing strips.

As a further improvement of the invention, the cutter disc height-adjusting assembly further comprises a height-adjusting elastic sheet positioned between the height-adjusting pressing piece and the hollow connecting part; one end of the heightening elastic sheet is fixed on the inner wall of the heightening pressing piece, and the other end of the heightening elastic sheet is clamped in the clamping groove in the outer side of the hollow connecting part.

As a further improvement of the present invention, the stent comprises: a stent body; the dustproof nets are respectively arranged at two ends of the bracket body; and the dustproof net is assembled on an end cover of the prime motor through sealing glue and locked on the bracket body through screws.

As a further improvement of the present invention, the cutter head attachment portion includes: the cutter head connector is fixed on an output shaft of the prime motor; the felt cover is positioned between the cutter head connector and the cutter head; and a dustproof felt ring positioned on the felt cover.

The invention also discloses a lawn mower comprising: a housing; the movable upper cover is arranged above the machine shell; the cutter head height adjusting assembly is arranged on the shell and used for adjusting the height of the cutter head; the prime motor is positioned on the cutter disc height-adjusting assembly and is used for driving the cutter disc to rotate; the cutter head is arranged below the shell through the cutter head height-adjusting assembly and used for mounting the blades; and the walking assembly is positioned at the bottom of the machine shell.

As a further improvement of the present invention, the cutter head height adjusting assembly comprises: a bracket for fixing the prime mover; the cutter head connecting part is fixed at the bottom of the bracket and is used for installing a cutter head driven by a prime motor; and the adjusting part is fixed at the top of the bracket and drives the cutter head to move up and down through the bracket so as to adjust the height of the cutter head.

As a further improvement of the present invention, the adjusting portion includes: a fixed housing for accommodating the bracket; the height adjusting rod is clamped between the bracket and the fixed shell and is connected with the upper part of the bracket;

As a further improvement of the present invention, the stationary housing includes: a face shell and a bottom shell which are arranged separately from each other; the height adjusting rod is positioned between the bracket and the face shell; the height adjustment pole includes: a knob mounting part and a hollow connecting part; the knob mounting part is used for mounting a height-adjusting knob; and the hollow connecting part is sleeved on the outer side of the bracket through an internal thread.

As a further improvement of the invention, the cutter disc height-adjusting assembly further comprises a height-adjusting pressing piece; two ends of the heightening pressing piece are respectively clamped with the surface shell and the bottom shell to support the bracket; the top of the hollow connecting part is provided with a flange extending outwards; the height-adjusting pressing piece is in a hollow ring shape, and the inner wall of the height-adjusting pressing piece is suitable for supporting the flange so as to tightly clamp the height-adjusting rod between the bracket and the surface shell; and the two ends of the heightening and pressing piece are provided with sealing strips.

As a further improvement of the invention, the cutter disc height-adjusting assembly further comprises a height-adjusting elastic sheet positioned between the height-adjusting pressing piece and the hollow connecting part; one end of the heightening elastic sheet is fixed on the inner wall of the heightening pressing piece, and the other end of the heightening elastic sheet is clamped in the clamping groove in the outer side of the hollow connecting part.

As a further improvement of the present invention, the stent comprises: a stent body; the dustproof nets are respectively arranged at two ends of the bracket body; and the dustproof net is assembled on an end cover of the prime motor through sealing glue and locked on the bracket body through screws.

As a further improvement of the present invention, the cutter head attachment portion includes: the cutter head connector is fixed on an output shaft of the prime motor; the felt cover is positioned between the cutter head connector and the cutter head; and a dustproof felt ring positioned on the felt cover.

The invention has the beneficial effects that: the height-adjusting assembly of the cutter head realizes the height adjustment of the cutter head from the ground through the adjusting part; because the prime motor is positioned in the bracket, the stress can be more uniform, and the control by a user is convenient.

Detailed Description

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments.

Referring to fig. 1-8, the present invention discloses a cutter head height adjusting assembly 100, comprising: a bracket 110 for fixing the prime mover 200; a cutter head connecting part 120 fixed to the bottom of the bracket 110 for mounting and driving a cutter head 300 by a prime mover; and an adjusting part 130 fixed to the top of the bracket 110, and driving the cutter head 300 to move up and down through the bracket 110, so as to adjust the height of the cutter head 300.

Alternatively, the prime mover is such as, but not limited to, an electric motor.

As an alternative embodiment of the adjustment portion.

Referring to fig. 2 to 4, the adjusting part 130 includes: a fixed case 131 for accommodating the bracket 110; a height adjusting lever 132 clamped between the bracket 110 and the fixed housing 131 and connected to the upper portion of the bracket 110; a height adjustment knob 133 fixed to the top of the height adjustment lever 132; and rotating the height adjustment knob 133, the height adjustment rod 132 drives the cutter head 300 to move up or down through the bracket 110.

Alternatively, referring to fig. 1 and 2, the fixed housing 131 includes: a face case 1311 and a bottom case 1312 which are separated from each other in the up-down direction; the height adjustment lever 132 is positioned between the bracket 110 and the panel 1311. Optionally, the face casing 1311 and the bottom casing 1312 may be fixedly installed inside the chassis through corresponding fasteners or stoppers, and a space for accommodating the bracket 110 is formed between the face casing 1311 and the bottom casing 1312.

Alternatively, referring to fig. 2 and 3, the height adjustment lever 132 includes: a knob mounting portion 1321 and a hollow connecting portion 1322; the knob mounting part 1321 is used for mounting the height-adjusting knob 133; and the hollow connecting portion 1321 is sleeved outside the bracket 110 through an internal thread. Alternatively, the knob mounting portion 1321 may be, but is not limited to, snap-fit or threaded onto the height adjustment knob 133 or screwed onto the height adjustment knob 133 so that the height adjustment rod 132 can be driven to move up or down when the height adjustment knob 133 is rotated. The hollow connecting portion 1321 is sleeved on the outer side of the upper portion of the bracket 110 through an internal thread, and the bracket 110 can be driven to move along by the height adjusting rod 132.

Further, referring to fig. 1, 2 and 5, the adjusting part 130 further includes: the dial 134 is used for displaying the height of the cutter disc 300, the dial 134 is horizontally arranged on the surface of the face shell 1311, marks 1331 such as pointers are arranged on the side surface of the height adjusting knob 133, the height adjusting knob 133 is rotated, and the numerical value on the dial 134 corresponding to the pointers is the height of the cutter disc 300 from the ground.

As an alternative embodiment of the height-adjustable pressing element.

Referring to fig. 2 and 3, the cutter disc height-adjusting assembly 100 further includes a height-adjusting pressing member 140; the two ends of the height-adjusting pressing piece 140 are respectively clamped with the surface shell 1311 and the bottom shell 1312 to support the bracket 110; the top of the hollow connecting part 1322 is provided with a flange 1323 extending outwards; and the height-adjusting pressing member 140 is in the shape of a hollow ring, and the inner wall 141 thereof is adapted to support the flange 1323 to clamp the height-adjusting rod 132 between the bracket 110 and the panel 1311 to prevent it from shaking up and down. Optionally, referring to fig. 4, 7 and 8, the cutter disc height adjusting assembly 100 further includes a height adjusting elastic sheet 150 located between the height adjusting pressing member 140 and the hollow connecting portion 1322; one end of the height-adjusting elastic sheet 150 is fixed on the inner wall 141 of the height-adjusting pressing member 140, and the other end is clamped in the clamping groove 1324 outside the hollow connecting portion 1322, so as to prevent the height-adjusting rod 132 from radially rotating in the working process of the mower. Because the slots on the outer side of the hollow connecting portion 1322 are spaced strips, when the height adjusting rod 132 rotates to ascend or rotate to descend, the height adjusting elastic sheets 150 are sequentially clamped into the slots 1324, so that the rotation force of the height adjusting knob 133 is always kept consistent, and the phenomenon that the height adjusting elastic sheets 150 are clamped by shells to influence the normal work of the height adjusting knob 133 is avoided. Optionally, the mounting end 151 of the height-adjusting elastic sheet 150 is fixed to the height-adjusting pressing member 140 by, for example, but not limited to, a screw, and the snapping end 152 thereof is snapped into the snapping groove. However, in other embodiments, the raised resilient member may be a spring, a torsion spring, or the like.

Referring to fig. 2, the bracket 110 includes: a holder body 111; dust screens 112 respectively provided at both ends of the holder body 111; and the dust screen 112 is assembled on the end cover 210 of the prime mover 200 through the sealant 113, and is locked on the bracket body 111 through screws, so that the prime mover 200 can play a role in water resistance and dust resistance. Meanwhile, the dust screen 112 also has the functions of ventilation and cooling, so that the heating and expansion of the motor are avoided.

Referring to fig. 2 and 3, the cutter head attachment portion 120 includes: a cutter head connector 121 fixed to an output shaft of the prime mover 200; a felt cover 122 located between the cutter head connector 121 and the cutter head 300; and a dustproof felt ring 123 which is positioned on the felt cover 122 to prevent grass clippings from entering the cutter disc height adjusting assembly 100 from the cutter disc 300.

Alternatively, referring to fig. 3 and 6, the deck coupler 121 may be mounted, for example, but not limited to, on the output shaft of the prime mover 200 in a tight fit, and the bottom surface of the deck 300 may be fitted with a plurality of mowing blades 310. In this embodiment, the number of the blades 310 is 3, and the blades are uniformly distributed on the circumference of the cutter head 300. However, in other embodiments, the number of blades 310 may be set as desired.

Specifically, when the ground clearance of the cutter head 300 or the blade 310 needs to be increased, the height-adjusting knob 133 can be rotated manually or in other manners, the height-adjusting knob 133 rotates to drive the height-adjusting rod 132 to rotate and rise, the height-adjusting rod 132 is in threaded connection with the bracket, so that the bracket 110 is driven to rotate and rise, the bracket 110 drives the prime mover 200 in the bracket to vertically rise, and then the cutter head connector 121 drives the cutter head 300 to rise, namely, the ground clearance of the blade 310 rises and can be displayed through the dial 134. Conversely, the height of the blade 310 from the ground can be reduced by rotating the height adjustment knob 133 in the opposite direction. After the height of the blade 310 from the ground is adjusted, the control component can control the prime mover 200 to start, so as to drive the blade 310 to rotate, thereby performing a mowing action.

Referring to fig. 9-13, the present invention also discloses a lawnmower comprising: a housing 400; a movable upper cover 500 installed above the cabinet 400; the cutter disc height adjusting assembly 100 is arranged on the machine shell 400 and used for adjusting the height of the cutter disc 300; a prime mover 200 positioned on the cutterhead elevation assembly 100 for driving the cutterhead 300 to rotate; the cutter head 300 is arranged below the machine shell 400 through the cutter head height-adjusting assembly 100 and is used for installing the blades 310; and a traveling assembly 600 positioned at the bottom of the cabinet 400 or at both sides of the bottom of the cabinet 400.

Optionally, the walking assembly 600 may include a plurality of drive wheels 620 and/or universal wheels 610.

Optionally, the structure and assembly relationship of the cutterhead height adjusting assembly 100 can be found in the foregoing.

Specifically, referring to fig. 13, the operation process of the lawn mower includes: the height of the cutter head 300 of the mower is adjusted through the cutter head height adjusting assembly 100; the walking component 600 is controlled by the control component to drive the mower to walk; and controls the prime mover 200 to rotate the blade 310 via the control assembly. Whether the height of the cutter head 300 is qualified or not can be judged manually or in other manners, and when the height of the cutter head 300 is unqualified, the height of the cutter head 300 of the mower can be adjusted manually through the cutter head height adjusting assembly 100. Wherein adjusting the height of the cutter head 300 of the mower by the cutter head height adjustment assembly 100 comprises: rotating the height adjusting knob; the height adjusting rod moves upwards or downwards; the bracket and the height adjusting rod move in the same direction; the cutter head connector and the bracket move in the same direction; and the cutter head connector move in the same direction.

Optionally, the control assembly, such as but not limited to a single chip microcomputer or a processor module, may control the operation of the walking assembly 600 and the prime mover 200 through corresponding driving circuits.

In summary, compared with the prior art, the height-adjusting assembly 100 of the present invention realizes the height adjustment of the cutter head 300 from the ground through the adjusting portion 130; because the prime mover 200 is located inside the bracket 110 and the height adjusting rod 132 is assembled with the bracket 110 through threads, the cutter disc height adjusting assembly 100 is stressed uniformly when the height of the cutter disc 300 is adjusted, and the operation and the control of a user are facilitated.

Although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the preferred embodiments, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that various changes may be made and equivalents may be substituted for elements thereof without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention.
