The chain transmission mechanism 5 comprises a transmission chain 15, a driving shaft assembly 13 and a plurality of driven shaft assemblies 14, the power part 9 is a driving motor, the output end of the driving motor is in driving connection with the driving shaft assembly 13, the driving shaft assembly 13 and the driven shaft assemblies 14 are in driving connection with the chain 15 respectively, and two ends of the driving shaft assembly 13 and two ends of the driven shaft assemblies 14 are fixed on the rack 3. The driving shaft assembly 13 of this embodiment sets up one, driven shaft assembly 14 sets up 4, driving shaft assembly 13 is located one side of frame 3, driven shaft assembly 14 evenly distributed is in the both sides of frame 3, driving motor is located same one side with driving shaft assembly 13, when equipment moves, driving motor drives driving shaft assembly 13 through chain 15 and rotates, driving shaft assembly 13 drives drive chain 15 circulation and rotates, drive chain 15 drives driven shaft assembly 14 and rotates, and drive through-flow fan blade 2 and move forward.

The transmission chain 15 comprises a vertical descending section c, an inclined descending section a, an inclined fast ascending section b, a vertical ascending section d and a horizontal section e which are sequentially and circularly connected, the angle formed by the inclined fast ascending section b and the liquid medicine tank 40 is larger than the angle formed by the inclined descending section a and the liquid medicine tank 40, the liquid medicine tank 40 is horizontally arranged and placed on the ground, and the height and the parallelism of the liquid medicine tank 40 can be adjusted. When the low-speed blade rotation power device 6 and the high-speed blade rotation power device 7 operate, the telescopic rod of the cylinder 30 moves upwards to drive the fixing plate 31 to drive the motor 28, the belt 35 and other related parts to move upwards, the belt 35 presses the knurling head 22 when moving upwards, then the motor 28 rotates to drive the belt 35 to move through the coupler 38, the first bearing seat 39 and the driving wheel 29, and the knurling head 22 is driven to rotate when the belt 35 moves, so that the through-flow blade 2 rotates. The motor 28 of the low-speed fan blade rotating power device 6 is a low-speed motor and can be linked with the through-flow fan blade 2 to rotate at a low speed through the cloth holder fixing component 16, and the motor 28 of the high-speed fan blade rotating power device 7 is a high-speed motor and can be linked with the through-flow fan blade 2 to rotate at a high speed through the cloth holder fixing component 16.

The water retaining mechanism 8 comprises an upper baffle 41, a fixed seat 42, an upper movable baffle cylinder 51, an upper movable baffle 43, a rear fixed baffle 44, a top movable baffle 45, a rear fixed baffle mounting seat 46, a movable swing rod 47, a top movable baffle cylinder 48 and a rotating shaft 49, wherein the fixed seat 42 is fixed on the frame 3, the upper baffle 41 and the upper movable baffle cylinder 51 are connected on the fixed seat 42, the upper movable baffle 43 is hinged with the upper baffle 41, the rear fixed baffle mounting seat 46 is fixed on the frame 3, the rear fixed baffle 44 and the top movable baffle cylinder 48 are arranged on the rear fixed baffle mounting seat 46, the top movable baffle cylinder 48 is in driving connection with the top movable baffle 45 through the movable swing rod 47 and the rotating shaft 49 in sequence, the rear fixed baffle 44 is connected with the rotating shaft 49, when the cross-flow fan blade 2 dries the liquid medicine, the upper movable baffle cylinder 51 contracts and drives the upper movable baffle 43 to turn forwards, the top movable baffle cylinder 48 stretches and drives the top movable, the top movable baffle 45 covers the top of the water retaining mechanism 8, so that the upper baffle 41, the upper movable baffle 43, the top movable baffle 45 and the rear fixed baffle 44 form a box body f, the high-speed fan blade rotating power device 7 is linked with the cross-flow fan blade 2 through the cloth fixing assembly 16 to rotate in the box body f at a high speed, after the cross-flow fan blade 2 dries liquid medicine, the upper movable baffle cylinder 51 drives the upper movable baffle 43 to turn backwards, the top movable baffle cylinder 48 drives the top movable baffle 45 to turn backwards, so that the top of the water retaining mechanism 8 is opened, and the cross-flow fan blade 2 can be conveyed to the oven 1 at the top of the equipment through the transmission chain 15.

The cloth driver fixing assembly 16 comprises a fixing rod 19, an end cover installation protecting block 18, a second bearing seat 20, a rotation sensing block 21 and a knurling head 22, the second bearing seat 20 is fixed on the transmission chain 15, the fixing rod 19 is installed on the second bearing seat 20 through a bearing, the rotation sensing block 21 and the knurling head 22 are installed on the fixing rod 19, the end portion of the fixing rod 19 is inserted into an end cover hole 2.1 of the through-flow fan blade 2, the end cover installation protecting block 18 is installed at one end of the fixing rod 19, and the end face of the end cover installation protecting block is tightly pressed on the surface of the end cover 2.2 of the through. When the knurling head 22 rotates, the fixed rod 19 is driven to be linked with the end cover installation protection block 18 and the rotation induction block 21 to rotate together, the fixed rod 19 drives the through-flow fan blade 2 to rotate, and the rotation induction block 21 is provided with a proximity switch 50 which can induce whether the fixed rod 19 rotates or not.

When the device is operated, the power part 9 drives the first transmission gear 61 to rotate through the second transmission gear 53 and the chain 54, the first transmission gear 61 drives the driving spline shaft 56 to drive the first movable gear 58 and the first fixed gear 60 to synchronously rotate, the first movable gear 58 and the first fixed gear 60 are in transmission connection with the transmission chain 15, the transmission chain 15 is driven to rotate when the first movable gear 58 and the first fixed gear 60 rotate, and the first movable gear 58 can slide on the driving spline shaft 56.

The driven shaft assembly 14 comprises a fifth bearing seat 62, a driven spline shaft 63, a second bearing fixing seat 64, a second movable gear 65, a second fixed gear 67, a driven shaft 68 and a linear bearing 66, the fifth bearing seat 62 is fixed on the machine frame 3, the driven spline shaft 63 is installed on the fifth bearing seat 62, the second bearing fixing seat 64, the second fixed gear 67 and the linear bearing 66 are sleeved on the driven spline shaft 63, the second movable gear 65 is sleeved on the linear bearing 66, and the second movable gear 65 is connected with the second bearing fixing seat 64. The second loose gear 65 and the second fixed gear 67 are in transmission connection with the transmission chain 15, the transmission chain 15 drives the second loose gear 65 and the second fixed gear 67 to rotate when rotating, the driven spline shaft 63 is used for fixing the positions of the second loose gear 65 and the second fixed gear 67 and does not rotate along with the second loose gear 65 and the second fixed gear 67, and the second loose gear 65 can slide on the driven spline shaft 63.

3. then the transmission chain 15 resumes moving to drive the cross-flow fan blade 2 to move for 4 times of the chain distance, meanwhile, the latter cross-flow fan blade 2 moves to the liquid medicine tank 40, and then the transmission chain 15 stops;

4. the high-speed fan blade rotating power device 7 is lifted upwards, the belt 35 is in contact with the knurling head 22, then the motor 28 rotates, the through-flow fan blade 2 is driven by the cloth fixing component 16 to accelerate the fan blade rotating speed from 0 to 1400 revolutions within 3 seconds, the motor 28 stops rotating after rotating for 10 seconds, the high-speed fan blade rotating power device 7 moves downwards, and the transmission chain 15 drives the through-flow fan blade 2 to enter another cycle;

5. the transmission chain 15 moves the cross-flow fan blade 2 to the oven 1 at the top for drying, and the drying time is according to the set time requirement;

6. the transmission chain 15 drives the cross-flow fan blade 2 to move to the upper blanking position, and a cycle is completed.
