The rotating wheel 17 rotates to drive the first connecting rod 18 and the second connecting rod 19 to move, the second connecting rod 19 drives the rotating motor 20 to move, and the rotating motor 20 moves to drive the cleaning piece 21 to rotate for cleaning treatment.
