Detailed Description

The technical solution provided by the present invention will be explained in more detail with reference to fig. 1 to 10.

The invention provides a child safety seat which comprises a seat body 1, a headrest 2 and an adjusting mechanism 3. The seat body 1 serves as a main bearing structure and is fixedly connected with the automobile seat. In particular, the fixed connection of the seat body 1 to the vehicle seat is realized, for example, by an ISOFIX interface. The ISOFIX interface has wide application range, reliable connection and convenient disassembly and assembly.

The posture adjustment of the seat body 1 is not described herein, but mainly the connection relationship between the seat body 1 and the headrest 2 and how to adjust the height of the headrest 2 relative to the seat body 1 to meet the use requirements of children with different heights.

Referring to fig. 1 to 6, the seat body 1 includes a locking hole 11 provided inside the seat body 1. Specifically, the seat body 1 includes an inner recess in which the headrest 2 is located. At two inner edges of the seat body 1 opposite to each other on the inner side, a row of locking holes 11 is provided, respectively. The headrest 2 is locked and unlocked with the seat body 1 by inserting or removing the locking piece 33 of the adjustment mechanism 3 into or from the locking hole 11.

Two rows of locking holes 11 are formed inside the seat body 1, one locking piece 33 is provided for each row of locking holes 11, and the headrest 2 is fixed at different heights by inserting the locking pieces 33 into the locking holes 11 of different heights.

With continued reference to fig. 1, the headrest 2 is mounted movably up and down inside the seat body 1. The adjustment mechanism 3 is used to achieve locking and unlocking between the headrest 2 and the seat body 1. Wherein, when the headrest 2 is in the unlocked state, the headrest 2 can be adjusted up or down relative to the seat body 1. When the headrest 2 is in the locked state, the height of the headrest 2 relative to the seat body 1 is determined, and relative movement between the headrest 2 and the seat body 1 is no longer possible.

Referring to fig. 1, specifically, the adjustment mechanism 3 includes a drive member 31, a stopper rod 32, and a locking member 33. The drive member 31 is drivingly connected to the locking member 33. The driving member 31 is driven manually or automatically by electric power. The driving member 31 is used to apply a force to the locking piece 33 to unlock the locking piece 33, in other words, the driving member 31 is used to linearly move the position of the locking piece 33 so that the locking piece 33 is disengaged from the locking hole 11 on the seat body 1. The locking member 33 is, for example, rod-shaped or tubular.

The limiting rod 32 and the locking piece 33 are coaxially arranged and sleeved together, the limiting rod 32 plays a guiding role in linear movement of the locking piece 33, and the limiting rod 32 enhances the stress strength of the locking piece 33. The stopper 32 may be stationary during the linear movement of the locking member 33 to disengage the locking hole 11, i.e. the stopper 32 is used to provide a linear guide for the locking member 33, so that the movement of the locking member 33 always follows a set linear direction. It will be appreciated that the stopper rod 32 may be linearly movable, but a linear guide member needs to be additionally provided so that the linear movement direction of the stopper rod 32 is secured. In the unlocking and locking processes, the limiting rod 32 is not inserted into the locking hole 11 of the seat body 1, only the locking piece 33 is inserted into the locking hole 11, and the limiting rod 32 is always in contact with the inner chute 341 of the seat body 1, so that the strength and the sliding stability of the adjusting mechanism 3 are ensured, and the guiding function is achieved.

In the embodiments herein, the driving member 31 moves linearly toward the first direction to drive the locking member 33 to move linearly toward the second direction to disengage from or insert into the locking hole 11; the first direction and the second direction intersect, for example, at an angle of 90 °. In the embodiments herein, the first direction a refers to an up-down direction, and the second direction B refers to a horizontal direction.

The specific structure of the driving member 31 will be described below.

Referring to fig. 1 to 4, in some embodiments, the driving part 31 includes a pulling plate 34, the pulling plate 34 is provided with a sliding groove 341, and a minimum distance L1 from a top end of the sliding groove 341 to an edge of the headrest 2 is less than a minimum distance L2 from a bottom end of the sliding groove 341 to an edge of the headrest 2. Wherein, the locking member 33 is installed with a projection 331, and the projection 331 is linearly movably located inside the sliding groove 341.

The pulling plate 34 is sandwiched between the headrest 2 and a headrest 35 described later. The seat body 1 is located on the side of the headrest 2 remote from the pulling plate 34. The pulling plate 34 is provided with a recess for a handle, and the pulling plate 34 is fixedly connected with the headrest 2. Regardless of the gear of the headrest 2 relative to the seat body 1, the recess is located above the seat body 1 to facilitate the operation of the pull plate 34 by the operator.

In the process of moving the pulling plate 34 up and down, the chute 341 moves up and down synchronously with the pulling plate 34. Under the action of the side wall force of the sliding groove 341, the protrusion 331 of the locking member 33 located in the sliding groove 341 moves linearly in the horizontal direction, and the protrusion 331 moves linearly to drive the locking member 33 to move linearly and horizontally. The linear movement of the locking member 33 is also represented as a sliding movement relative to the stopper rod 32. The shape of the sliding groove 341 is set to meet the requirement of the protrusion 331 moving linearly. The protrusion 331 also serves as a limit, and when the protrusion 331 abuts against the edge of the headrest 2, the protrusion 331 cannot move any further, and the locking member 33 cannot extend any further, so that the locking member 33 is prevented from extending too far when extending.

Referring to fig. 1 to 4, in some embodiments, the sliding grooves 341 are provided in two, and each sliding groove 341 corresponds to one locking member 33. The locking elements 33 on both sides move simultaneously and either towards each other or towards each other. If the two locking pieces 33 are moved toward each other, the distance between the two locking pieces 33 becomes closer and closer, and both the locking pieces 33 are disengaged from the locking holes 11, thereby unlocking the headrest 2. After the headrest 2 is unlocked, the headrest 2 is moved integrally, so that the position of the headrest 2 relative to the seat body 1 is adjusted to be high or low. After the headrest 2 is adjusted in position relative to the seat body 1, the locking member 33 is returned to the locking position by the elastic returning member 36. It will be appreciated that without the return of the resilient return member 36, the drive member 31 may be caused to drive the latch member 33 back to the latched position by an external force, such as a manual drive.

Referring to fig. 1 to 4, in some embodiments, the adjusting mechanism 3 further includes an elastic restoring member 36, the elastic restoring member 36 is sleeved outside the limiting rod 32, and the elastic restoring member 36 is compressed during the unlocking process of the locking member 33.

The resilient return 36 comprises a spring. The elastic force generated by the deformation of the spring itself pushes the protrusion 331 to move towards the outside, the protrusion 331 moves to drive the pulling plate 34 to move downwards, and finally the pulling plate 34 returns to the original locking position, and the locking member 33 is also inserted into the locking hole 11, so that the headrest 2 and the seat body 1 are locked. As shown in fig. 6, the handle of the pulling plate 34 is located on the back of the headrest 2, and when the adjusting pulling plate 34 is pulled by an upward pulling force, each time the adjusting pulling plate 34 is displaced upward by about 15mm, the elastic restoring member 36 will be retracted inward by about 9mm, so as to unlock the locking member 33 from the locking connection with the seat body 1. The above values are merely illustrative and not restrictive.

The elastic reset piece 36 adopts the following connection mode: the headrest 2 is provided with a fixing portion 23, one end of a limiting rod 32 is fixedly connected with the fixing portion 23, the other end of the limiting rod 32 is sleeved with one end of the locking member 33 far away from the locking hole 11, and the elastic resetting member 36 is clamped between the fixing portion 23 and the end of the locking member 33.

Specifically, the headrest 2 is provided with an open groove 24. The open groove 24 extends to the edge of the headrest 2 in the width direction of the headrest 2. The edge of the headrest 2 is convex, and the edges of the two sides are provided with through holes 25 which are coaxial with the sliding grooves. The through hole 25 is used for mounting the locking member 33. The fixing portion 23 is located in the middle of the opening groove 24, and a stopper rod 32 is installed at each side of the fixing portion 23. The stopper 32 is located in the open groove 24. The locking piece 33 can slidably pass through the through hole 25, and the part of the locking piece 33 located in the opening groove 24 is sleeved with the other end of the limiting rod 32. The locking piece 33 is linearly reciprocated in the through hole 25 to perform locking and unlocking.

According to the technical scheme, the pulling plate 34 is pulled to enable the elastic resetting piece 36 to contract inwards, so that the locking piece 33 is separated from the locking hole 11 in the seat body 1, and then the headrest 2 is pulled to adjust the height position of the headrest 2.

Each side of the seat body 1 is provided with a row of locking holes 11, and the number of the locking holes 11 on each side is 10. In a normal state, the axial lines of the locking member 33, the locking hole 11, the elastic restoring member 36 and the stopper rod 32 are on the same straight line. The locking member 33 passes through a through-hole of the headrest 2, and both ends of the locking member 33 are positioned at both sides of the through-hole, respectively. The limiting rod 32 plays a synchronous and coaxial guiding role in left and right contraction of the locking piece 33.

Referring to fig. 7 to 10, fig. 7 illustrates a partial schematic view of the headrest 2 in the lowest gear position. As can be seen from comparison of fig. 7 to 10, in various shift positions, as long as the headrest 2 and the seat body 1 are in the locked state, the positions of the protrusions 331 in the sliding grooves 341 are determined and are located at the tops of the sliding grooves 341. In fig. 7, the headrest 2 is at the lowest position relative to the seat body 1, and in this position, the groove for pulling the hand on the pulling plate 34 is also above the seat body 1, as in the situation illustrated in fig. 6; fig. 5 and 6 correspond to each other, and fig. 5 illustrates a front position schematic view of the child safety seat, specifically, a left side portion of fig. 5 illustrates a front position schematic view of the child safety seat, and a right side portion of fig. 5 illustrates a position of the protrusion 331 in the sliding groove 341 after the pulling of the pulling plate 34. Figure 6 illustrates a back side position schematic of the child safety seat. Specifically, the left side portion of fig. 6 illustrates a rear position of the child safety seat when the pulling plate 34 is not pulled. The right-hand portion of fig. 6 illustrates a schematic view of the pull plate 34, and the dashed arrow in fig. 6 illustrates the location of the pull plate 34.

Referring to fig. 1, in some embodiments, the two chutes 341 are arranged in an inverted "eight" shape. The sliding groove 341, which is arranged in this shape, enables the synchronous movement of the both-end locking pieces 33 to be effectively realized.

In order to prevent the pulling plate 34 from being separated from the headrest 2 during the moving process and ensure the stability of the integral structure of the pulling plate 34 and the headrest 2, in some embodiments, the pulling plate 34 is further provided with a mounting hole 342, the headrest 2 is correspondingly provided with an upright post 21, and the upright post 21 is slidably arranged in the mounting hole 342; the length direction of the mounting hole 342 is the same as the linear movement direction of the headrest 2. In addition, the upright post 21 is matched with the mounting hole 342, and the guiding function is also provided for the movement of the pulling plate 34, so that the movement track of the pulling plate 34 is prevented from excessively deviating from the set track direction, the movement direction of the pulling plate 34 is enabled to be in accordance with the set direction, and the movement track of the locking piece 33 driven by the pulling plate 34 is enabled to be in accordance with the set second direction, so that the unlocking and locking operations of the locking piece 33 are more reliable.

Referring to fig. 1, a limit screw 22 is mounted at the end of the upright post 21, and the limit screw 22 is located at the side of the mounting hole 342 far away from the upright post 21. The head of the set screw 22 is sized larger than the opening of the mounting hole 342 to prevent the head of the set screw 22 from entering the mounting hole 342. The limit screw 22 effectively prevents the pulling plate 34 and the headrest 2 from being separated from each other.

As above, in some embodiments, the inboard edges of the seat body 1 are each provided with a row of locking holes 11. The difference in height of two adjacent locking holes 11 depends on the minimum adjustment of the headrest 2 required each time. For example, the hole center distance between two adjacent locking holes 11 may be set to be 20mm, and the maximum adjustment amount is 200mm, ten shift positions may be set, and each shift position is adjusted by 20 mm.

In some embodiments, the locking holes 11 are arranged in a manner to match the moving track of the headrest 2. This arrangement enables the locking member 33 to be effectively inserted into the locking hole 11 after the height of the headrest 2 is adjusted, so that the headrest 2 and the seat body 1 are effectively connected and fixed.

In order to increase the comfort of use, the driving part 31 further includes a headrest 35, and the headrest 35 is fixed to the top end of the pulling plate 34. The headrest 35 is made of, for example, Styrofoam. Headrest 35 effectively supports children's head to can simplify children's safety seat's overall structure, increase the travelling comfort of using, reduce headrest 35's the installation degree of difficulty, reduce manufacturing cost.
