The structure of the bolt becomes a second safety line, and in the existing practical application, the bolt is roughly of the following types:

1. ordinary cross head bolts: the bolt has almost no anti-theft function, and once the fixing and sealing buckle cover made of sheet metal is damaged, the bolt can be freely detached. Based on providing higher anti-dismantling and anti-theft capability and having a method for avoiding damaging the nut and the thread of the vehicle body during maintenance, the invention solves various insufficient factors of the bolt in reality, designs a brand-new bolt structure, subverts the concept that the traditional bolt is integrated, overcomes various defects listed in the background technology by the new structure, has relatively simple structure, realizes multiple anti-dismantling protection, achieves very strong anti-theft capability and stable and safe maintenance performance, and reasonably, effectively balances and solves the functions of the two which seem to be contradictory with each other.

The technical core of the invention is a bolt component, the bolt adopts a split structure, as shown in the attached figures 3 and 4, the bolt component is composed of a bolt body 4, a steel wire retainer ring 5 and an anti-theft cap 6, and three parts are connected into a whole after being assembled through unique structural design, so that the bolt component has the following functions:

the upper end surface of the anti-theft cap 6 is provided with a crosshead 66 structure, and the interior of the bolt part is provided with adaptive inclined surfaces 61 and 41 and step surfaces 62 and 42 which play roles of sliding and transmitting torque. When the screwdriver can be used for clockwise rotation, the torque can be transmitted to tighten the bolt body 4, when the screwdriver rotates anticlockwise, the torque can not be transmitted, and the transmission unidirectional property achieves the purposes of deep anti-dismantling and anti-theft of the bolt body 4.

When the license plate needs to be disassembled for special reasons (such as maintenance and passing), the anti-theft cap 6 is damaged, the cylindrical surface 65 on the bolt body is clamped, and the bolt body 4 can be screwed out without damaging the nut threads on the vehicle.

The fixing and sealing device is also provided with a matched anti-loosening gasket 2 and a fixing and sealing base 3. The anti-loosening gasket 2 plays a role in vibration anti-loosening, and the fixed sealing base 3 plays a role in fixing the fixed sealing buckle cover 7 and protecting the bolt component.

Four inward-concave support arms 71 (shown in figure 6) are manufactured on the periphery of the sealing buckle cover 7, a flange 31 (shown in figure 5) is arranged at the top of the sealing base 3, and after the sealing buckle cover 7 is pressed down, the support arms 71 of the sealing buckle cover and the flange 31 of the sealing base form reverse buckling connection, so that the sealing buckle cover 7 and the sealing base 3 can be connected and fastened, and the sealing buckle cover 7 cannot be detached. If destructively removed, it cannot be reused. This forms a first layer of protection;

when a screwdriver is used for applying radial force and clockwise rotation torsion to the crosshead slot 66 to the anti-theft cap 6, the step surfaces 62 and 42 are correspondingly attached and transmit the torsion to drive the bolt body 4 to rotate, so that the bolt body 4 fastens the license plate 1. As shown in fig. 2, fig. 3 and fig. 4, when assembling the bolt component, the steel wire retainer ring 5 is firstly sleeved in the middle ring groove 44 of the bolt body 4 by utilizing the opening structure and the elastic characteristic of the steel wire retainer ring 5, and then the steel wire retainer ring is assembled with the anti-theft cap 6 along with the bolt body 4. When the bolt body 4 enters the inner cavity of the anti-theft cap 6 along the axial direction, the steel wire retainer ring 5 butts against the conical surface 65 of the opening part of the anti-theft cap 6, the conical surface 65 generates radial pressure on the steel wire retainer ring 5, the steel wire retainer ring 5 is compressed to deform and contract, the steel wire retainer ring 5 completely enters the annular groove 44, the bolt body 4 continues to move in the axial direction, when the bolt body moves to the position of the annular groove 64, the radial pressure of the steel wire retainer ring 5 is relieved, and the steel wire retainer ring 5 rebounds to enter the annular groove 64. The wire retainer ring 5 is half in the ring groove 64 and half in the ring groove 44, the wire retainer ring 5 cannot axially move in the ring groove 64, and the wire retainer ring 5 can axially move in the ring groove 44 with the anti-theft cap 6 in a limited amount. When the anti-theft cap 6 rotates anticlockwise, the steel wire retainer ring 5 moves up and down along with the anti-theft cap 6. When moving upwards, the steel wire retainer ring 5 butts against between the ring groove upper side 43 and the ring groove lower side 63 to generate resistance, so as to play a positioning role, and the anti-theft cap 6 and the bolt body 4 can not be separated.

The anti-theft cap 6 is completely covered on the bolt body 4 like a cap, common tools cannot contact and apply acting force to the bolt body 4, the anti-theft cap 6 is designed into an optimal arc-shaped and conical structure, the clamping difficulty of the common tools (such as pliers) is increased, and the anti-theft capacity is greatly improved. In particular, the anti-theft cap 6 belongs to a processing structural part, and the damage prevention capability is far higher than that of a fixing and sealing buckle cover 7 belonging to a metal plate. This forms a third tamper protection.

To achieve anti-loosening during use, the anti-loosening gasket 2 is preferably an external sawtooth locking washer or a butterfly washer to assist the fastening function.

When the license plate needs to be disassembled under special conditions (such as maintenance and passing), after the anti-theft cap 6 is destructively disassembled (such as cutting), the cylindrical surface part 45 which can exert force on the head part of the bolt body 4 is clamped through a special method or a common tool (such as pliers), and the bolt body 4 can be screwed out, so that the possibility that the nut thread on a vehicle is damaged by using an electric drill is avoided.

The fixing and sealing device is made of steel or alloy materials.
