Technical Field

The invention relates to a detection device and a detection method for a pressed conductive product.

Background

The electronic product such as the camera module comprises a ceramic circuit board, a flexible circuit board and an anisotropic conductive film arranged between the ceramic circuit board and the flexible circuit board, wherein the ceramic circuit board and the flexible circuit board are pressed by the flexible circuit board to fix a resin adhesive in the anisotropic conductive film, and meanwhile, conductive particles in the anisotropic conductive film are conducted between the ceramic circuit board and the flexible circuit board. However, in the pressing process, a product warping phenomenon often occurs, so that a sunken part occurs in the product, the pressing force applied to the sunken part is small, so that the adhesive force of the corresponding resin adhesive is small, although the ceramic circuit board and the flexible circuit board at the sunken part are conducted when the product is tested, the adhesive force is generally weakened along with the passage of time, and therefore, the sunken part may be separated from the flexible circuit board due to insufficient adhesive force during subsequent application of the product, so that the yield of the product is affected.

Detailed Description

The present invention will be described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.

Referring to fig. 1 and fig. 2, the present invention provides a detecting device 100 for pressed conductive products, wherein the detecting device 100 for pressed conductive products is used to detect whether a product 20 is a good product. The product 20 includes a first electronic component 22, a second electronic component 24, and an anisotropic conductive film 26, where the anisotropic conductive film 26 is disposed between the first electronic component 22 and the second electronic component 24, and connects and conducts the first electronic component and the second electronic component 24. When the first electronic component and the second electronic component 24 are pressed on the product 20, the resin adhesive in the anisotropic conductive film 26 is used to connect the first electronic component and the second electronic component 24, and the conductive particles in the anisotropic conductive film 26 are used to electrically connect the first electronic component 22 and the second electronic component 24. In one embodiment, the product 20 is a camera module, the first electronic component 22 is a ceramic circuit board, and the second electronic component 24 is a flexible circuit board.

The detecting device 100 for the pressed conductive product comprises a heating device 28 and a testing device 30. The heating device 28 is used for heating the product 20 placed on the heating device 28 to a predetermined temperature, such as 110 ℃. The heating device 28 also continues to heat the product 20 for a predetermined time, such as 1 minute, after the product 20 reaches the predetermined temperature. The preset temperature and the preset time are temperatures and times at which the product 20 can ensure that the first electronic element 22 and the second electronic element 24 are not naturally broken due to insufficient adhesive force of the anisotropic conductive film 26 when the product 20 is applied subsequently after passing the performance test, and can be obtained through a plurality of tests.

The testing device 30 is configured to perform a performance test on the product 20 and output a performance test result when the product 20 is continuously heated for the preset time after reaching the preset temperature. The performance test results include: the product 20 is determined to be good when passing the performance test, and the product 20 is determined to be defective when not passing the performance test.

Since the product 20 that passes the performance test after heating is determined to be good, even if the product 20 determined to be good is warped when the first electronic component 22 and the second electronic component 24 are connected and conducted by pressing, and the product 20 has a sagging portion, since the adhesive force of the resin adhesive in the anisotropic conductive film 26 is reduced after heating, the adhesive force of the resin adhesive in the anisotropic conductive film 26 corresponding to the sagging portion is reduced before the performance test, if the performance test indicates that the adhesive force of the resin adhesive in the anisotropic conductive film 26 of the product 20 having the sagging portion is reduced in the subsequent application, the required performance can be achieved, thereby preventing the product 20 from passing the performance test in the prior art, but may become defective over time due to reduced adhesion of the depressed portions, thereby increasing the yield of the product 20 passing the performance test in subsequent use.

Referring to fig. 3, a flow chart of a method for detecting a pressed conductive product according to the present invention is shown, the method includes the following steps.

Step S60: heating a product 20 to a preset temperature, wherein the product 20 includes a first electronic component 22, a second electronic component 24 and an anisotropic conductive film 26, and the anisotropic conductive film 26 is disposed between the first electronic component 22 and the second electronic component 24, and connects and conducts the first electronic component and the second electronic component 24.

Step S62: the heating of the product 20 is continued for a preset time after the product 20 reaches the preset temperature. The preset temperature is 110 ℃, and the preset time is 1 minute.

Step S64: and carrying out performance test on the heated product 20 and outputting a performance test result. The test results include: the product 20 is determined to be good when passing the performance test, and the product 20 is determined to be defective when not passing the performance test.

The detection device 100 and the detection method for the pressed conductive product have the advantages that the product 20 is subjected to the performance test after being heated, and because the adhesive force of the anisotropic conductive adhesive film 26 is reduced after being heated, the possibility that the adhesive force of the anisotropic conductive adhesive film 26 of the product 20 in subsequent application is reduced is considered before the performance test, the product 20 which passes the performance test can achieve the required performance even if the adhesive force of the anisotropic conductive adhesive film 26 is reduced in the subsequent application, so that the possibility that the product 20 passes the performance test when being directly subjected to the performance test in the prior art, but becomes a defective product due to the reduction of the adhesive force along with the passage of time is avoided, and the yield of the product 20 which passes the performance test in the subsequent use is improved.

It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the above embodiments are illustrative only and not intended to be limiting, and that suitable modifications and variations to the above embodiments are within the scope of the disclosure provided that the invention is not limited thereto.
