The push rod swinging roller 68 is arranged on the upper side of the push rod swinging connecting plate 57 at the lower end of the reciprocating positioning guide rod 45, so that the push rod swinging roller 68 can be utilized to conveniently and smoothly push the disc to stop the swing rod 49 from swinging clockwise in the process that the reciprocating positioning guide rod 45 slides upwards along the vertical direction.
