1. A lift-type sheet material supply apparatus, characterized by comprising:
a lifting mechanism (100) having a bracket (120) capable of moving up and down for lifting a pack of stacked sheets of at least one sheet loaded on the bracket (120); and
and the clamping and positioning mechanism (200) is rectangular and is fixedly arranged above the bracket (120) of the lifting mechanism (100) so as to clamp and position the lifted plate.
2. The lift-type sheet supply apparatus of claim 1,
the clamp positioning mechanism (200) comprises:
a rectangular base (210) having an open middle;
the four fixing blocks (220) are respectively and fixedly arranged at four corners of the base (210);
the two ends of each screw rod unit (230) are respectively and rotatably combined on the fixed block (220), the front screw rod unit (230) and the rear screw rod unit (230) are parallel to each other, the left screw rod unit (230) and the right screw rod unit (230) are parallel to each other, and the front screw rod unit (230) and the rear screw rod unit (230) are vertical to the left screw rod unit (230) and the right screw rod unit (230) in a vertically staggered mode; and

wherein the spiral directions of the first thread part (231) and the second thread part (232) are opposite to each other.
4. The lift-type sheet supply apparatus of claim 2,
the nut moving unit (240) includes:
a long rod member (241);
a first nut assembly (242) provided at one end of the long bar member (241) for being engaged with the screw part of the screw unit (230);
a second nut assembly (243) provided at the other end of the long bar member (241) for being engaged with the screw part of the screw unit (230);
the first rotating shaft (244) is arranged on one side of the long rod piece (241) and used for clamping and positioning the plate; and
and the second rotating shaft (245) is arranged on the other side of the long rod piece (241) and is used for clamping and positioning the plate.
5. The lift-type sheet supply apparatus of claim 2,
the clamping and positioning mechanism (200) further comprises a power unit (250) for providing rotary power to the screw rod unit (230),
the power unit (250) includes:
the rotating belts (251) are arranged on belt pulleys at the tail ends of the same side of the left screw rod unit (230) and the right screw rod unit (230) and belt pulleys at the tail ends of the same side of the front screw rod unit and the rear screw rod unit (230) and are used for ensuring the synchronous rotation of the left screw rod unit and the right screw rod unit (230) and the synchronous rotation of the front screw rod unit and the rear screw rod unit (230); and
and a rotating motor (252) for supplying a rotating power to the rotating belt (251).
6. The lift-type sheet supply apparatus of claim 1,
the lifting mechanism (100) comprises:
a vertical frame (110) having rails (111) extending in the vertical direction at both ends thereof;
a bracket (120) which is provided with a slide block (121) corresponding to the track (111), and the bracket (120) moves up and down by the slide block (121) sliding on the track (111); and
and the transmission unit (130) is used for providing power for the up-and-down movement of the bracket (120).
7. The lift-type sheet supply apparatus of claim 6,
the transmission unit (130) comprises:
a transmission belt (131) which is arranged on the vertical frame (110) along the direction of the track (111) and is connected with the bracket (120); and
a transmission motor (132) for providing a rotational force to the rotation of the transmission belt (131).
8. The lift-type sheet material feeding apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 7, further comprising corner piece removing means (300) for removing the corner pieces left after the sheet material clampingly positioned by the clamping and positioning means (200) is taken out.
9. The lift-type sheet supply apparatus of claim 8,
the corner fitting removal mechanism (300) includes:
a base section (310);
a rotating part (320) rotatably arranged on the upper side of the base part (310) through a rotating shaft;
a lifting moving part (330) which can be combined on the rotating part (320) in a way of moving up and down;
a clamping part (340) which is arranged at one end of the lifting moving part (330) and is used for clamping the corner fitting;
a slide mounting part (350) having a first slide rail (351) having both ends fixed to a base (210) of the positioning and clamping mechanism (200), a slide block (353) having a bottom slidably coupled to the first slide rail (351), and a second slide rail (352) having one end fixed to a base part (310), slidably coupled to an upper side of the slide block (353), and perpendicular to the first slide rail (351);

10. The lift-type sheet material feeding apparatus according to claim 8, further comprising corner piece collecting means (400) for collecting the removed corner pieces,
the corner fitting collection mechanism (400) includes:
a collection chute (410) obliquely arranged on one side of the corner piece removing mechanism (300) for receiving the corner pieces from the corner piece removing mechanism (300); and
an engagement member (420) for angularly securing the collection chute (410) to the corner piece removal mechanism (300).
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of plate feeding, in particular to a lifting type plate feeding device.
Background
The plate is a material frequently used in the mechanical production fields of processing, assembly and the like. The plate material can be a variety of types, including but not limited to metal plate material, wood plate material, plastic plate material, and the like.
Taking a liquid crystal display as an example, the back plate included in the backlight module can be regarded as a metal plate. Typically, as shown in FIG. 1, the backplates are stored in a backplane stack that stacks a plurality of backplates P together. In order to avoid the occurrence of scraping and the like between the back plates P adjacent to each other, corner pieces 90 are provided at four corners of each back plate P, and one back plate P and the four corner pieces 90 provided at the four corners of the back plate P are stacked one by one as a group to form a back plate stack.
In the process of manufacturing the backlight module, the back plates P in the back plate stack need to be supplied to the starting end of the backlight module production line one by one. Conventionally, the back plate P at the uppermost end is manually taken from above the back plate stack and transferred to the starting end of the backlight module production line. Then, after removing the corner piece 90 left by the last back plate P, the next back plate P is taken. Therefore, not only the back plate supply precision can not reach the target required by production, but also the working efficiency is very low.
Disclosure of Invention
Technical problem to be solved
The present invention has been made to solve the above-described problems, and an object thereof is to provide a lift-type plate material supply device capable of significantly improving plate material supply accuracy.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a lift type sheet material feeding apparatus capable of remarkably improving sheet material feeding efficiency.
The technical problems to be solved by the present invention are not limited to the above-mentioned problems, and other problems not mentioned will be clearly understood by those skilled in the art from the following description.
Technical scheme
In order to achieve the above object, according to the present invention, there is provided a lift type plate material supplying apparatus comprising: a lifting mechanism having a carriage capable of moving up and down for lifting a pack of stacked sheets of at least one sheet loaded on the carriage; and the clamping and positioning mechanism is rectangular and is fixedly arranged above the bracket of the lifting mechanism so as to clamp and position the lifted plate.
Preferably, the clamp positioning mechanism comprises: the base is rectangular, and the middle part of the base is in an open state; the four fixed blocks are respectively and fixedly arranged at four corners of the base; the two ends of each screw rod unit are respectively and rotatably combined on the fixed block, the front screw rod unit and the rear screw rod unit are parallel to each other, the left screw rod unit and the right screw rod unit are parallel to each other, and the front screw rod unit and the rear screw rod unit are vertical to the left screw rod unit and the right screw rod unit in a vertically staggered mode; and the two ends of each screw moving unit are respectively in threaded connection with the screw rod units, when the left screw rod unit and the right screw rod unit synchronously rotate, the front screw rod unit and the rear screw rod unit move in opposite directions or away from each other in the front-back direction, when the front screw rod unit and the rear screw rod unit synchronously rotate, the left screw rod unit and the right screw rod unit move in opposite directions or away from each other in the left-right direction, and a plate accommodating space for clamping and positioning a plate is formed by the front screw rod unit, the rear screw rod unit, the left screw rod unit and the right screw rod unit.
Preferably, the screw unit includes: a first screw part formed at one side of the screw unit; a second screw part formed at the other side of the screw unit; and an intermediate connecting portion for connecting the first and second threaded portions, wherein the helical directions of the first and second threaded portions are opposite to each other.
Preferably, the nut moving unit includes: a long bar member; the first nut assembly is arranged at one end of the long rod piece and is used for being matched with the thread part of the screw rod unit; the second nut assembly is arranged at the other end of the long rod piece and is used for being matched with the thread part of the screw rod unit; the first rotating shaft is arranged on one side of the long rod piece and used for clamping and positioning the plate; and the second rotating shaft is arranged on the other side of the long rod piece and used for clamping and positioning the plate.
Preferably, the clamping and positioning mechanism further comprises a power unit for providing rotational power to the screw unit, the power unit comprising: the rotating belts are arranged on the belt pulleys at the tail ends of the same sides of the left screw rod unit and the right screw rod unit and the belt pulleys at the tail ends of the same sides of the front screw rod unit and the rear screw rod unit and are used for ensuring that the left screw rod unit and the right screw rod unit synchronously rotate and ensuring that the front screw rod unit and the rear screw rod unit synchronously rotate; and a rotating motor for providing a rotating power to the rotating belt.
Preferably, the lifting mechanism comprises: a vertical frame, both ends of which are respectively provided with a track extending along the up-down direction; the bracket is provided with a sliding block corresponding to the track, and the bracket moves up and down through the sliding of the sliding block on the track; and the transmission unit is used for providing power for the up-and-down movement of the bracket.
Preferably, the transmission unit includes: the transmission belt extends along the track direction on the vertical frame and is connected with the bracket; and a driving motor for providing a rotational force to the rotation of the driving belt.
Preferably, the lifting type plate material supplying device further comprises a corner piece removing mechanism for removing a corner piece left after the plate material clamped and positioned by the clamping and positioning mechanism is taken out.
Preferably, the corner piece removing mechanism includes: a base portion; a rotating part rotatably arranged on the upper side of the base part through a rotating shaft; a lifting moving part which can be combined on the rotating part in a way of moving up and down; the clamping part is arranged at one end of the lifting moving part and is used for clamping the corner fitting; the sliding installation part is provided with a first sliding rail, two ends of which are respectively fixed on the base of the positioning and clamping mechanism, a sliding block, one end of which is fixed with a base part and is slidably combined on the upper side of the sliding block, and a second sliding rail, the bottom of which is slidably combined on the first sliding rail, and one end of which is fixed with a second base part and is slidably combined on the upper side of the sliding block and is; and a sliding guide part which is provided with a guide main body combined with the basal part, a first sliding guide part with one end connected with the guide main body and the other end inserted into a sliding groove formed on a long rod part of the screw moving unit of the clamping and positioning mechanism in a sliding way, and a second sliding guide part with one end connected with the guide main body and the other end inserted into a sliding groove formed on a long rod part of the other screw moving unit in a sliding way.
Preferably, the lift-type plate material supply apparatus further includes a corner piece collecting mechanism for collecting the removed corner pieces, the corner piece collecting mechanism including: a collecting chute obliquely arranged on one side of the corner piece removing mechanism and used for receiving the corner pieces from the corner piece removing mechanism; and an engaging member for obliquely fixing the collecting chute to the corner fitting removing mechanism.
