When an operator installs the advertising board 2 on the installation frame 6, firstly, the operator connects the hanging rope 7 on the advertising board 2 with the lifting component, then the operator controls the moving adjusting component 3 and the rotating component to control the direction of the lifting component for lifting the advertising board 2 through the cab 5, and then the operator controls the lifting component to lift the advertising board 2, because the advertising board 2 is easy to shake under the condition of strong wind through the lifting component, the advertising board 2 is not easy to be installed on the installation frame 6, and accidents are easy to occur, therefore, the operator controls the two collision mechanisms to collide the advertising board 2, so that the advertising board 2 is supported by the two collision mechanisms, the advertising board 2 is convenient to be stably installed, after the advertising board 2 is hung on the installation frame 6, the operator comes to the advertising board 2 through the lifting component to fix the advertising board 2 through bolts, the installation of the billboard 2 is stable, and finally, the billboard 2 can be stably installed on the mounting rack 6 at a high position.

The movable adjusting component 3 comprises a moving groove 10 and a sliding block 11, the moving groove 10 is fixed at the top of the loading plate along the length direction of the loading plate in a horizontal state, the sliding block 11 can be arranged in the moving groove 10 in a sliding mode, two guide rods 12 are further symmetrically arranged inside the moving groove 10 along the length direction, the sliding block 11 can be sleeved on the two guide rods 12 in a sliding mode, a rack 13 is further arranged on one side of the moving groove 10 along the length direction of the moving groove 10, a driving gear 14 is further arranged on the rack 13 in a meshed mode, the driving gear 14 rotates through a driving motor 15, the driving motor 15 is fixed at one end of the top of the sliding block 11, two buffers 16 used for preventing the sliding block 11 from being collided are further arranged at two ends inside the moving groove 10, and a supporting plate 17 used for installing the rotary adjusting component 4 is further arranged at the top of the sliding. The rotary adjusting assembly 4 comprises an inner ring gear 18, a driving gear 19 and two driven gears 20, the top center of the supporting plate 17 is further provided with a circular table 21 for mounting the inner ring gear 18, the driving gear 19 and the two driven gears 20 are all arranged in the circular table 21, the outer side wall of the inner ring gear 18 is fixed on the inner side wall of the circular table 21, the inner ring gear 18 and the circular table 21 are coaxial, the driving gear 19 and the inner ring gear 18 are coaxial, the driving gear 19 is further driven by a rotary motor 22, the rotary motor 22 is fixed in a mounting hole in the top center of the supporting plate 17, and the two driven gears 20 are uniformly distributed along the circumferential direction of the driving gear 19. When the driving gear 19 drives the two driven gears 20 to rotate, the diameter of the driving gear 19 is larger than the diameters of the two driven gears 20, so that the transmission efficiency of the driving gear 19 is higher, the cross plate 23 rotates along with the two driven gears 20, when the cross plate 23 rotates, the arc blocks 24 at the bottoms of the four sides of the cross plate 23 rotate in the circular groove 25, the rotation stability of the cross plate 23 is ensured, the protective shell 26 plays a protective role, and the protective shell 26 rotates along with the cross plate 23 in the stabilizing groove 29.

The two abutting mechanisms have the same structure and are composed of a support rod 47, a telescopic rod 48 and an absorbing block 49, the top of the supporting plate 30 is positioned at two sides of the first hinged seat 34 and is respectively provided with a third hinged seat 50 for the movement of each support rod 47, one end of each support rod 47 is respectively hinged on the corresponding third hinged seat 50, the top of the supporting plate 30 is positioned below the corresponding support rod 47 and is respectively fixedly provided with a second lifting air rod 51 for lifting the support rod 47, the middle end of the bottom of each support rod 47 is also provided with a second hinged part, and each second hinge part is rotatably hinged with the output end of the corresponding second lifting air rod 51, a second telescopic opening is further formed inwards at the front end of each support rod 47, and each telescopic rod 48 can be movably arranged in the corresponding second telescopic opening. the steel cable 31 is stabilized by the first clamping ring 42, the second clamping ring 60 and the third clamping ring 43, so that the rolling of the steel cable 31 drives the billboard 2 to lift, the stability of the steel cable 31 is ensured, when the hook 45 is stretched, the phenomenon that the steel cable 31 is damaged due to overlarge friction force during stretching is prevented by the effect of the anti-slip wheel 44, when the billboard 2 is lifted by the lifting assembly, the billboard 2 is easy to shake under the condition of strong wind, therefore, an operator simultaneously controls the two collision mechanisms to support the billboard 2, when the two collision mechanisms are simultaneously driven, each support rod 47 is simultaneously adjusted by the corresponding second lifting mechanism, each support rod 47 moves on the corresponding third hinged seat 50, when each telescopic rod 48 moves in the corresponding second telescopic opening through the corresponding second push cylinder, each telescopic rod 48 moves on the corresponding second round rod 52 through the corresponding second sleeve ring 53, the stability of the movement of each telescopic rod 48 is ensured, when the two telescopic rods 48 drive the corresponding suction blocks 49 to be adjusted to one side of the advertising board 2, each double-head motor 55 drives the corresponding suction blocks 49 to adjust the direction, each suction block 49 sucks the advertising board 2 accordingly, the stable effect of the advertising board 2 in lifting installation is ensured, the advertising board 2 is stably placed on the mounting frame 6 under the action of the lifting assembly and the two abutting mechanisms, then an operator controls the moving adjusting assembly 3 and the rotating assembly to control the direction of lifting the advertising board 2 by the lifting assembly through the cab 5, when the moving adjusting assembly 3 is driven, the driving motor 15 drives the driving gear 14 to rotate, as the driving motor 15 is driven on the sliding block 11, and the driving gear 14 is meshed with the rack 13, therefore, the movement of the driving gear 14 on the rack 13 drives the sliding block 11 to move on the two guide rods 12, and because two buffers 16 are arranged at two ends inside the moving groove 10, the sliding block 11 can be buffered by the buffers 16 during movement adjustment, so as to prevent accidents, when the rotation adjusting assembly 4 is driven, the rotating motor 22 drives the driving gear 19 to rotate, because the gear teeth of the two driven gears 20 are meshed with the gear teeth of the driving gear 19 and the gear teeth of the inner ring gear 18, the two driven gears 20 rotate along the circumferential direction of the driving gear 19, because the diameter of the driving gear 19 is larger than that of the two driven gears 20, the transmission efficiency of the driving gear 19 is higher, the cross plate 23 rotates along with the two driven gears 20, and when the cross plate 23 rotates, the arc blocks 24 at the bottoms of four sides of the cross plate 23 rotate in the circular groove 25, guaranteed cross 23 pivoted stability, protective housing 26 has played the guard action, protective housing 26 is along with cross 23 at the rotation of stable trough 29, bearing board 30 is along
