Background
Soft sugar is called soft sugar for short, and is also a frequently used seasoning when making baked cakes and dishes. The soft white sugar has soft and fine texture, fine crystal particles, and about 2.0 percent of invert syrup is sprayed in the production process.
The existing method for adding invert syrup is generally manual operation, and adding invert syrup on conveying equipment of soft sugar. For example, the Chinese patent application CN 108315500A discloses a production method of soft white sugar, which uses high fructose corn syrup to replace the conversion syrup made by white granulated sugar hydrolysis, and sugar crystal grains are cleaned, filtered, evaporated, concentrated, crystallized and cleaned, and then the sugar crystal grains are put into a screw conveyer to be added with the high fructose corn syrup. In the technical scheme, no improvement is provided for the addition of the invert syrup, and the manual addition mode is generally adopted in the prior art.
The mode of manually adding the invert syrup has the following defects:
(1) special manpower is needed to take charge of the addition, and labor is consumed;
(2) the accuracy of the manually added dose cannot be kept uniform and the product quality is not stable.
In view of this, there is a need to improve the adding structure of the existing invert syrup to facilitate the operation and improve the quality of the soft sugar product.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the technical problems that the existing invert syrup adding structure is improved, manpower is consumed, and the quality of soft sugar products is unstable.

3. the invert syrup adopts a pneumatic device, the invert syrup in the storage tank is added into the separator by utilizing compressed air, and then is sprayed by utilizing the nozzle device, so that the uniformity and stability of the spraying amount and the speed are effectively ensured, the product quality is further improved, the yield of the soft sugar reducing sugar can reach more than 99 percent, the technical level of the process is improved, and the situations that the process indexes of the product are influenced by uncertain factors in manual operation and the like are avoided.
