As shown in fig. 7, when a vehicle runs on a railway track or a highway, the bolt assembly 2.1 is pulled out from the mounting holes of the movable vertical plate 1.3 and the movable flashboard 2.4, the support 2 rotates longitudinally along the vehicle body to be in a horizontal position, the bolt assembly 2.1 is inserted into the mounting holes of the hanging plate 2.5 and the positioning plate 3 fixed on the vehicle body, and the support 2 is suspended on the vehicle body.
