Background

General degreasing cleaning agents are classified into three categories: the degreasing agent mainly comprises an alkaline substance, the degreasing agent mainly comprises a surfactant, and the degreasing agent mainly comprises a solvent degreasing agent. The first two types are aqueous solutions, and after degreasing, the aqueous solutions are washed with water and dried, which brings troubles to use. Solvent degreasers, such as single compound solvents like hydrocarbons, halogenated hydrocarbons, nitroalkanes, alcohols, aldehydes, ketones, esters, phenols, alcohol ethers, organic amines, organic acids and organic sulfides, have the disadvantage of being flammable, toxic or damaging the ozone layer.

Aerosol can type degreasing cleaning agent is widely used in steel industry, precision machining, aerospace, shipbuilding, heavy industry, civil field and household cleaning, most of aerosol can cleaning agents in the current market are inflammable and explosive products, the content generally adopts low-boiling-point hydrocarbon solvent, acetone, methyl ethyl ketone, methylal and low-carbon chain fatty alcohol to form, the propellant generally is Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG), dimethyl ether (DME) and the like which are easy to burn and explode, the products are easy to burn and accident in the using process, the cleaning agent can be used for cleaning after the workpiece is completely cooled, and meanwhile, high temperature and open fire areas need to be kept away, physical impact is avoided, otherwise, the untestable phenomenon is easy to occur. Meanwhile, the storage and transportation processes of the products also need to be strictly controlled according to flammable and explosive materials. Because most of hydrocarbon and oxygen-containing solvents are combustible liquids determined by chemical properties, the common cleaning agent adopts low boiling point solvents to ensure the cleaning capability and certain volatility, so that the final product becomes extremely flammable. The main raw materials adopted in the cleaning agent for solvent degreasing are halogenated hydrocarbon and petroleum hydrocarbon substances, and in the specific degreasing agent, the two raw materials are used respectively or mixed in a certain proportion. Halogenated hydrocarbons are generally high in toxicity and large in ODP value, some halogenated hydrocarbons are forbidden and some halogenated hydrocarbons are regulated to be used for a limited period, and petroleum hydrocarbon degreasing agents have the defects of low flash point, flammability, high risk and the like.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to solve the technical problems, the first aspect of the invention provides a non-combustible degreasing cleaning agent, which at least comprises 80-100 parts of halogenated hydrocarbon and 1-10 parts of fatty alcohol by weight.

As a preferable technical scheme, the fatty alcohol of C7-C13 is selected from one or more of n-heptanol, n-octanol, isooctanol, lauryl alcohol, n-decanol, capryl-decanol and n-undecanol.

The technical features of the technical solutions provided by the present invention are further clearly and completely described below with reference to the specific embodiments, and the scope of protection is not limited thereto.

In the present invention, the fluorinated hydrocarbon includes, but is not limited to, one or more of 1,1,1, 2-tetrafluoroethane, pentafluoroethane, hexafluoropropene and heptafluoropropane.

In the present invention, the chlorofluorocarbon refers to a hydrocarbon containing both fluorine and chlorine substitution.

In the present invention, the chlorofluorocarbon includes, but is not limited to, one or more of monofluorodichloroethane, 1-chloro-1, 1-difluoroethane, 1-dichloro-2, 2, 2-trifluoroethane, dichlorodifluoromethane, trichlorotrifluoroethane, chlorotrifluoroethylene, chloropentafluoroethane, dichlorotetrafluoroethane.

In a preferred embodiment, the halogenated hydrocarbon is a chlorofluorocarbon.

In the invention, the C15-C18 fatty alcohol comprises one or more of cetyl alcohol, stearyl alcohol, pentadecyl alcohol and 1-heptadecyl alcohol.

In one embodiment, the non-flammable degreasing cleaning agent further comprises 0.5-5 parts by weight of a fatty ester.

In a preferred embodiment, the non-flammable degreasing cleaning agent further comprises 4 parts by weight of a fatty ester.

Fatty esters

In one embodiment, the fatty ester is selected from one or more of myristyl myristate, cetyl myristate, stearyl myristate, myristyl palmitate, cetyl palmitate, stearyl palmitate, myristyl stearate, cetyl stearate, stearyl stearate and behenyl behenate, isocetyl myristate.

Preferably, the fatty ester is a mixture of myristyl myristate and isocetyl myristate.

In a preferred embodiment, the mass ratio of myristyl myristate to isocetyl myristate is 1: (1-3); more preferably, the mass ratio of myristyl myristate to isocetyl myristate is 1: 2.

The inventor finds that the addition of the octadecanol and the n-undecanol into the monofluoro dichloroethane not only has incombustibility, but also can enhance the cleaning effect on polar or non-polar dirt, and the inventor believes that the reason is that the octadecanol and the n-undecanol are not low boiling point substances, have the characteristics of incombustibility, low toxicity, quick volatilization and no residue, can be normally used in a high-temperature environment, and the monofluoro dichloroethane has no flash point, has very low surface tension and very high KB value, has super-strong dissolving capacity on the non-polar dirt, and simultaneously has stronger polarity of the octadecanol and the n-undecanol, thereby further enhancing the cleaning effect on the polar oil stain. In addition, the applicant also unexpectedly found that when the fatty ester is myristyl myristate or isocetyl myristate, the non-flammable degreasing cleaning agent prepared by the invention has good chemical stability under high-temperature environment and is non-corrosive to the surface to be cleaned, and the reason presumed by the inventor is that monofluorodichloroethane has strong penetration capacity, and the myristyl myristate and isocetyl myristate interact with each other, so that the cleaning power of the octyldecanol, the n-undecanol and the monofluorodichloroethane is enhanced, the surface to be cleaned is non-corrosive, the extremely high stability can be maintained in the transportation process, the non-flammable degreasing cleaning agent is particularly suitable for aerosol can type cleaning agents, and the non-flammable degreasing cleaning agent has a spraying effect with good spitting amount and atomization effect.

The second aspect of the invention provides an application of the non-combustible degreasing cleaning agent, wherein the non-combustible degreasing cleaning agent is used for an aerosol can with the vacuum degree of-0.8 to-0.6 MPa.

In one embodiment, the aerosol canister uses carbon dioxide gas as a propellant that is completely non-combustible.
