Background

It affects the beauty of the body if the patient is light, and causes various general symptoms if the patient is heavy. If the emergency treatment or treatment is not carried out, the patient is often greatly suffered from pain and scars, and even the infection is caused to cause complications and sequelae.

At present, the conventional method for treating burns and scalds is mainly to apply external medicines on the wound surface or apply the external medicines on the wound surface and wrap the wound to prevent infection. The composition for scalds and burns comprises, by weight, 0.3-0.6 part of chlorphenamine maleate, 0.3-0.6 part of dextrin, 0.3-0.6 part of starch, 0.3-0.6 part of calcium hydrophosphate, 0.3-0.6 part of sodium carboxymethyl starch, 0.3-0.6 part of magnesium stearate, 0.3-0.6 part of acetate, 0.3-0.6 part of nitroglycerin, 4500-5500 parts of sucrose and 8000-12000 parts of vaseline.

The composition for scalds and burns comprises, by weight, 0.5 part of chlorphenamine maleate, 0.5 part of dextrin, 0.5 part of starch, 0.5 part of calcium hydrophosphate, 0.5 part of sodium carboxymethyl starch, 0.5 part of magnesium stearate, 0.5 part of acetate, 0.5 part of nitroglycerin, 5000 parts of cane sugar and 10000 parts of vaseline.

The composition for scalds and burns comprises 0.5mg of chlorpheniramine maleate, 0.5mg of dextrin, 0.5mg of starch, 0.5mg of calcium hydrophosphate, 0.5mg of sodium carboxymethyl starch, 0.5mg of magnesium stearate, 0.5mg of acetate, 0.5mg of nitroglycerin, 5g of cane sugar and 10g of vaseline by weight.

The invention also provides a preparation method of the composition for scalds and burns, wherein the method comprises the following steps: firstly, preparing materials, then grinding solid raw materials into powder, uniformly mixing the powder with other raw materials according to a proportion, and preparing the mixture into a paste.

The preparation method of the composition for scalds and burns comprises the step of grinding the mixture into powder with the granularity of 50-80 meshes.

The invention also provides the application of the composition for scalds and burns prepared by the method, wherein the composition is used for preparing the external ointment for burns and scalds.

When the ointment is used, a wound surface is cleaned by sterile normal saline, the ointment is applied to the wound surface after debridement, the thickness of the ointment is 1-2 mm, and the ointment is changed every 4-6 hours.

The invention provides a composition for scalds and burns, which comprises the following components: chlorphenamine maleate, dextrin, starch, calcium hydrogen phosphate, sodium carboxymethyl starch, magnesium stearate, acetic ester, sucrose, nitroglycerin and vaseline.

Preferably, the composition comprises, by weight, 0.3-0.6 part of chlorpheniramine maleate, 0.3-0.6 part of dextrin, 0.3-0.6 part of starch, 0.3-0.6 part of calcium hydrophosphate, 0.3-0.6 part of sodium carboxymethyl starch, 0.3-0.6 part of magnesium stearate, 0.3-0.6 part of acetate, 0.3-0.6 part of nitroglycerin, 4500-5500 parts of sucrose and 8000-12000 parts of vaseline.

Examples 1 to 4

In each example, a composition was prepared according to the raw material composition ratios shown in table 1 below. All the raw materials respectively accord with the corresponding national standards.
