At present, when an engineering machine (such as a crane) is excited by the impact load of a bumpy road surface during running, a frame and a swing supporting leg are loaded badly. The problem solved by the invention is how to limit the vertical displacement of the supporting leg so as to reduce the potential safety hazard.

To solve the above problems, the present invention provides a leg locking device, including: a support base adapted to be connected to a vehicle frame;

As shown in fig. 1, the supporting seat 11 includes a first body 111 and a second body 112, the first body 111 is suitable for being connected to the frame 2, the second body 112 is disposed on the first body 111, and the first limiting member 121, the transmission assembly 122 and the second limiting member 123 are disposed on the second body 112. As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the present invention further includes a limiting seat 16, the limiting seat 16 is disposed on the second body 112, the limiting seat 16 is provided with a fixing groove 161 that is matched with the cylinder ball 311 of the vertical cylinder 31, and the second limiting member 123 is adapted to be located in the fixing groove 161.

In this embodiment, the shape of the limiting seat 16 is not limited, and it may be square or circular, according to specific requirements, wherein the limiting seat 16 is disposed on the second body 112, and the two may be welded, bonded, or bolted. The top surface of the stopper base 16 is provided with a fixing groove 161, and the inner wall shape of the fixing groove 161 is matched with the cylinder ball 311 of the supporting leg 3, for example, the cylinder ball 311 is generally spherical, so the fixing groove 161 is entirely ball-and-socket shaped.

With such an arrangement, when the vertical cylinder 31 of the leg 3 extends downward, a part of the cylinder ball 311 moves into the fixing groove 161 and fits with the inner wall of the fixing groove 161, thereby supporting the cylinder ball 311.

Meanwhile, a proximity switch is arranged in the fixing groove 161, so that when the vertical cylinder 31 extends and contracts, the position of the cylinder ball 311 can be monitored through the proximity switch, and the stroke of the vertical cylinder 31 can be controlled.

As shown in fig. 2 and 4, the display device further includes a first supporting rod 17 and a second supporting rod 18, the first supporting rod 17 and the second supporting rod 18 are disposed on the second body 112, the second supporting rod 18 is rotatably connected to the first limiting member 121, the transmission assembly 122 includes a first connecting rod 1221 and a second connecting rod 1222, the first connecting rod 1221 is rotatably connected to the first supporting rod 17, and the first connecting rod 1221, the second connecting rod 1222 and the first limiting member 121 are sequentially rotatably connected.

A working machine according to another embodiment of the present invention includes the leg lock apparatus 1 as described above, and/or the leg assembly as described above.

In this embodiment, the engineering machine may be a crane, a truck crane, an aerial work vehicle, or the like. As shown in fig. 7, it comprises a frame for mounting the leg lock 1.
