The invention relates to the technical field of dumpling cooking, in particular to an automatic dumpling cooking machine.

Background

The dumplings are eaten by people with a long history and are deeply popular with common people, and people have a common language of 'good eating but not eating dumplings'; every time a new spring festival is good, the dumplings become an indispensable delicacy. At present, a restaurant is operated manually when dumplings are cooked, but the dumplings are easy to be broken by controlling the temperature and time when the dumplings are cooked; therefore, the staff in the restaurant needs to pay more attention to observe when cooking dumplings and cannot cook too many dumplings at the same time; this results in inefficient dumpling cooking and longer waiting time after a restaurant guest orders a dumpling. Therefore, in order to improve the efficiency of cooking dumplings and shorten the waiting time of guests, it is necessary to develop an automatic dumpling cooking machine.

Disclosure of Invention

Aiming at the defects, the invention provides an automatic dumpling cooking machine, which is used for solving the problem that workers cannot cook too many dumplings at the same time when the dumplings are cooked at present.

the bumping slideway comprises a slideway smooth section, a slideway ascending section and a dumping notch, and the dumping notch is arranged between the two water baffles.

The strainer assembly comprises a jolting wheel, an installation shaft, an installation plate, a rocking rod shaft, a strainer, a rotary sleeve, a large gear, a nylon sleeve, a rocking sleeve, a locking sleeve and a fastening screw, wherein the installation plate is fixed on the oscillating bar; the swing rod is also sleeved with a swing sleeve, the swing rods at the two ends of the swing sleeve are sleeved with locking sleeves, and the locking sleeves are fixed with the swing rods through fastening screws; a nylon sleeve is sleeved on the outer side wall of the bottom end of the swinging sleeve, a rotating sleeve is sleeved on the outer side of the nylon sleeve and connected with the swinging sleeve through the nylon sleeve, and a strainer is clamped at the lower end of the rotating sleeve; and a large gear is also fixed on the outer side wall of the rotating sleeve and is meshed with the semi-annular inner gear ring.

Furthermore, a supporting plate is fixed on the outer side wall of the base, an upper cover is placed on the supporting plate, and the upper cover covers the base.

The invention has the beneficial effects that: the device solves the problem that restaurant workers cannot cook too many dumplings at the same time, improves the working efficiency of dumpling cooking, shortens the waiting time of guests, and improves the satisfaction degree of the guests; meanwhile, the cooking quality of the dumplings is ensured.
