1. A pipeline rehabilitation device, characterized in that it comprises:

the lining pipe laying mechanism is used for laying the resin lining pipe (103) inside the pipeline (3) to be repaired; the steam walking mechanism generates steam to fasten the resin lining pipe (103) inside the pipeline (3) to be repaired;

4. The device for repairing a pipe according to claim 3, wherein an accumulator (207) is fixed inside said annular housing (2), said accumulator (207) being electrically connected to said driving motor (204) and said heating rod (209), respectively.

The pipeline repairing device according to claim 4, wherein a temperature control module (210) electrically connected with the heating rod (209) is arranged on the steam box (208), and the temperature control module (210) is used for controlling the heating temperature and the heating time of the heating rod (209).

The pipeline rehabilitation device according to claim 4, wherein a forward and reverse rotation controller (206) electrically connected with the driving motor (204) is fixed on the driving motor (204), and the forward and reverse rotation controller (206) is used for controlling the rotation speed and the rotation direction of the driving motor (204).

7. The device for repairing a pipe according to claim 1, wherein a positioning pipe (214) is coaxially arranged inside the annular housing (2), and the positioning pipe (214) is connected with the inner wall of the annular housing (2) through a plurality of struts (215).

10. A method of repair, comprising performing repair using the repair apparatus of claim 9;

a. putting the steam travelling mechanism into the pipeline (3) to be repaired, and introducing one end of the resin lining pipe (103) into the pipeline (3) to be repaired and penetrating through the annular shell (2) of the steam travelling mechanism;

b. butting an annular fastening part (105) on the shell (1) with one end of a pipeline (3) to be repaired, clamping at least part of the end part of the resin lining pipe (103) between the annular fastening part (105) and the outer wall of the pipeline (3) to be repaired, and fastening by using a locking screw (106);

c. ventilating the shell (1) from the air inlet pipe (101), and turning over and attaching the resin lining pipe (103) to the inner wall of the pipeline (3) to be repaired;

d. and starting the heating rod (209), starting the driving motor (204) after steam is generated, enabling the steam walking mechanism to move in the pipeline (3) to be repaired along the length direction of the pipeline, and spraying the steam to accelerate the drying and solidification of the resin lining pipe (103).

Technical Field

The invention relates to the field of pipeline repair, in particular to a pipeline repair device and a pipeline repair method.

Background

A CIPP in-situ solidification method for repairing underground pipeline in non-excavation industry includes such steps as coating polymer coating (PU or PE) on the inner liner tube and its external layer, impregnating with polyester resin or epoxy resin, turning it to sewer or sewage pipe by water gravity or compressed air, and solidifying the liner to form a new structural pipeline. For example, chinese patent No. CN201520274257.6 provides a hydraulic inversion device for repairing trenchless integral lining of pipeline, which is used to participate in CIPP inversion construction operation, and includes: the device comprises a guide cylinder, a fixing frame for erecting the guide cylinder, a pressurizing sleeve fixedly connected with the lower port of the guide cylinder, an overturning cylinder fixedly connected with the lower port of the pressurizing sleeve, a first water pipeline horizontally penetrating into the overturning cylinder, and a second water pipeline which is arranged in the guide cylinder and extends to the tail part of an overturned material from the cylinder port of the guide cylinder through the overturning cylinder; on one hand, the use cost of the lining repair material is saved, and on the other hand, the self-overturning of the lining repair material can be met. However, the lining pipe is dried and fixed in the pipeline slowly, and if the drying and fixing time is not shortened, the lining pipe can fall off after a long time, so that the lining pipe can bubble or be attached loosely in the pipeline.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a pipeline repairing device and a pipeline repairing method, which solve the problems that when a CIPP (CIPP) in-situ curing method is used for repairing a pipeline, the drying and fixing time of a lining pipe in the pipeline is slow, if the drying and fixing time is not shortened, the lining pipe can fall off after a long time, and the lining pipe bubbles or is not tightly attached in the pipeline.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a pipe rehabilitation device, comprising:

the lining pipe laying mechanism is used for laying the resin lining pipe inside the pipeline to be repaired; the steam walking mechanism generates steam to fasten the resin lining pipe inside the pipeline to be repaired;

the steam walking mechanism comprises a circular ring shell, a plurality of pulley mechanisms are arranged on the side face of the circumference of the circular ring shell, a driving motor is fixed in the circular ring shell and connected with the pulley mechanisms through a gear assembly, a steam box is further fixed in the circular ring shell and internally fixed with a heating rod, a steam pipeline is further fixed on the circular ring shell and communicated with a plurality of steam nozzles, the steam nozzles are distributed on the outer side wall of the circular ring shell in a surrounding mode, and the steam box is communicated with the steam pipeline through a pipeline, so that steam generated by the steam box passes through the steam pipeline and reaches the surface of a resin lining pipe through the steam nozzles.

Preferably, the outer side surface of the circular ring shell is recessed inwards to form a groove, and the pulley mechanism comprises a rotating shaft and a roller, wherein the rotating shaft is rotatably arranged in the groove, and the roller is fixed on the rotating shaft.

Preferably, the gear assembly comprises a first gear coaxially fixed on the rotating shaft and a second gear coaxially fixed on the rotating head of the driving motor; the first gear and the second gear are meshed.

Preferably, a storage battery is fixed inside the circular ring shell, and the storage battery is electrically connected with the driving motor and the heating rod respectively.

Preferably, the steam box is provided with a temperature control module electrically connected with the heating rod, and the temperature control module is used for controlling the heating temperature and the heating time of the heating rod.

Preferably, a forward and reverse rotation controller electrically connected with the driving motor is fixed on the driving motor, and the forward and reverse rotation controller is used for controlling the rotating speed and the rotating direction of the driving motor.

Preferably, the inside of the circular shell is coaxially provided with a positioning pipeline, and the positioning pipeline is connected with the inner wall of the circular shell through a plurality of supporting rods.

Preferably, the lining pipe laying mechanism comprises a shell, a central shaft is fixed inside the shell, a resin lining pipe is wound on the central shaft, one end of the shell is communicated with an air inlet pipe, and the other end of the shell is communicated with a butt joint pipeline.

Preferably, an annular fastening portion is formed at one end, far away from the shell, of the butt joint pipeline, the annular fastening portion is in butt joint with one end of the pipeline to be repaired, and a locking screw is arranged at a contact portion, with the outer side of the pipeline to be repaired, of the annular fastening portion.

The invention also provides a repairing method, which comprises the steps of repairing by using the repairing device;

a. putting the steam travelling mechanism into the pipeline to be repaired, and introducing one end of the resin lining pipe into the pipeline to be repaired and penetrating through the circular shell of the steam travelling mechanism;

b. butting an annular fastening part on the shell with one end of the pipeline to be repaired, clamping at least part of the end part of the resin lining pipe between the annular fastening part and the outer wall of the pipeline to be repaired, and fastening by using a locking screw;

c. ventilating from the air inlet pipe to the inside of the shell, and turning over the resin lining pipe in the pipeline to be repaired and attaching the resin lining pipe to the inner wall of the pipeline to be repaired;

d. and starting the heating rod, starting the driving motor after steam is generated, enabling the steam walking mechanism to move in the pipeline to be repaired along the length direction of the pipeline, and spraying the steam to accelerate the drying and solidification of the resin lining pipe.

The invention provides a pipeline repairing device, which comprises: the lining pipe laying mechanism is used for laying the resin lining pipe inside the pipeline to be repaired; the steam walking mechanism generates steam to fasten the resin lining pipe inside the pipeline to be repaired; the steam walking mechanism comprises a circular ring shell, a plurality of pulley mechanisms are arranged on the side face of the circumference of the circular ring shell, a driving motor is fixed in the circular ring shell and connected with the pulley mechanisms through a gear assembly, a steam box is further fixed in the circular ring shell and internally fixed with a heating rod, a steam pipeline is further fixed on the circular ring shell and communicated with a plurality of steam nozzles, the steam nozzles are distributed on the outer side wall of the circular ring shell in a surrounding mode, and the steam box is communicated with the steam pipeline through a pipeline, so that steam generated by the steam box passes through the steam pipeline and reaches the surface of a resin lining pipe through the steam nozzles. When the device is actually used, the steam travelling mechanism is firstly placed in a pipeline to be repaired, one end of the resin lining pipe is led into the pipeline to be repaired and penetrates through the circular shell of the steam travelling mechanism; butting an annular fastening part on the shell with one end of the pipeline to be repaired, clamping at least part of the end part of the resin lining pipe between the annular fastening part and the outer wall of the pipeline to be repaired, and fastening by using a locking screw; ventilating from the air inlet pipe to the inside of the shell, and turning over the resin lining pipe in the pipeline to be repaired and attaching the resin lining pipe to the inner wall of the pipeline to be repaired; starting the heating rod, starting the driving motor after steam is generated, enabling the steam walking mechanism to move in the pipeline to be repaired along the length direction of the pipeline, and spraying the steam to accelerate the drying and solidification of the resin lining pipe; the repairing device provided by the invention can accelerate the dry fixation of the lining pipe through the hot steam generated by the steam walking mechanism, and avoid the situations that the lining pipe is slow in dry fixation time and bubbling or loose in lamination.

Detailed Description

The following detailed description of embodiments of the invention refers to the accompanying drawings. It should be understood that the detailed description and specific examples, while indicating the present invention, are given by way of illustration and explanation only, not limitation.

As shown in fig. 1-3: the invention provides a pipeline repairing device, which comprises:

the lining pipe laying mechanism is used for laying the resin lining pipe 103 inside the pipeline 3 to be repaired; the steam walking mechanism generates steam to fasten the resin lining pipe 103 inside the pipeline 3 to be repaired; the steam walking mechanism comprises a circular ring shell 2, a plurality of pulley mechanisms are arranged on the circumferential side surface of the circular ring shell 2, a driving motor 204 is fixed in the circular ring shell 2, the driving motor 204 is connected with the pulley mechanisms through a gear assembly, a steam box 208 is further fixed in the circular ring shell 2, a heating rod 209 is fixed in the steam box 208, a steam pipeline 212 is further fixed on the circular ring shell 2, the steam pipeline 212 is communicated with a plurality of steam nozzles 213, the steam nozzles 213 are distributed on the outer side wall of the circular ring shell 2 in a surrounding mode, and the steam box 208 is communicated with the steam pipeline 212 through a pipeline 211, so that steam generated by the steam box 208 passes through the steam pipeline 212 and the steam nozzles 213 to reach the surface of the resin lining pipe 103. When the device is actually used, the steam travelling mechanism is firstly placed in a pipeline to be repaired, one end of the resin lining pipe is led into the pipeline to be repaired and penetrates through the circular shell of the steam travelling mechanism; butting an annular fastening part on the shell with one end of the pipeline to be repaired, clamping at least part of the end part of the resin lining pipe between the annular fastening part and the outer wall of the pipeline to be repaired, and fastening by using a locking screw; ventilating from the air inlet pipe to the inside of the shell, and turning over the resin lining pipe in the pipeline to be repaired and attaching the resin lining pipe to the inner wall of the pipeline to be repaired; starting the heating rod, starting the driving motor after steam is generated, enabling the steam walking mechanism to move in the pipeline to be repaired along the length direction of the pipeline, and spraying the steam to accelerate the drying and solidification of the resin lining pipe; the repairing device provided by the invention can accelerate the dry fixation of the lining pipe through the hot steam generated by the steam walking mechanism, and avoid the situations that the lining pipe is slow in dry fixation time and bubbling or loose in lamination.

In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, in order to enable the steam walking mechanism to move smoothly in the pipeline to be repaired, the outer side surface of the annular housing 2 is recessed inward to form a groove, and the pulley mechanism includes a rotating shaft 202 rotatably disposed in the groove and a roller 201 fixed on the rotating shaft 202.

In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, in order to enable the driving motor 204 to smoothly drive the roller 201 to rotate, the gear assembly includes a first gear 203 coaxially fixed on the rotating shaft 202, and a second gear 205 coaxially fixed on the rotating head of the driving motor 204; the first gear 203 and the second gear 205 are engaged.

In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, a battery 207 is fixed inside the circular ring housing 2 to drive the driving motor 204, and the battery 207 is electrically connected to the driving motor 204 and the heating rod 209, respectively. The storage battery 207 can be charged before use, and the storage battery 207 can be of a type commonly used in the art as long as the driving motor 204 is supplied with power.

In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the steam box 208 is provided with a temperature control module 210 electrically connected to the heating rod 209, and the temperature control module 210 is configured to control a heating temperature and a heating time of the heating rod 209. The temperature control module 210 may be of a type commonly used in the art as long as temperature control and heating time control capable of controlling the heating rod 209 are satisfied.

In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, a forward/reverse controller 206 electrically connected to the driving motor 204 is fixed to the driving motor 204, and the forward/reverse controller 206 is configured to control the rotation speed and the rotation direction of the driving motor 204. The forward/reverse rotation controller 206 may be of a type known and used by those skilled in the art, provided that it is capable of controlling the rotational speed and the rotational direction of the drive motor 204. The forward/reverse controller 206 here includes a remote control module for remotely controlling the switching of the drive motor 204.

In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, a positioning pipe 214 is coaxially disposed inside the circular ring housing 2, and the positioning pipe 214 is connected to the inner wall of the circular ring housing 2 through a plurality of struts 215. The positioning pipe 214 is provided to allow the resin-lined pipe 103 to pass through the positioning pipe 214, so as to prevent the resin-lined pipe 103 from affecting the internal components of the steam running mechanism during swelling and avoid winding.

In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the lining pipe laying mechanism includes a housing 1, a central shaft 102 is fixed inside the housing 1, a resin lining pipe 103 is wound around the central shaft 102, one end of the housing 1 is communicated with an air inlet pipe 101, the other end is communicated with a butt joint pipe 104, one end of the butt joint pipe 104, which is far away from the housing 1, is formed with an annular fastening portion 105, the annular fastening portion 105 is abutted against one end of the pipe 3 to be repaired, and a locking screw 106 is arranged at a portion of the annular fastening portion 105, which is in contact with the outer side of the pipe 3 to be repaired.

The present invention also provides a repair method comprising performing a repair using the repair apparatus of claim 9; a. putting the steam travelling mechanism into the pipeline 3 to be repaired, introducing one end of the resin lining pipe 103 into the pipeline 3 to be repaired and penetrating through the annular shell 2 of the steam travelling mechanism; b. butting an annular fastening part 105 on the shell 1 with one end of the pipeline 3 to be repaired, clamping at least part of the end part of the resin lining pipe 103 between the annular fastening part 105 and the outer wall of the pipeline 3 to be repaired, and fastening by using a locking screw 106; c. ventilating from the air inlet pipe 101 to the interior of the shell 1, and turning over and attaching the resin lining pipe 103 to the inner wall of the pipeline 3 to be repaired; d. and starting the heating rod 209, starting the driving motor 204 after steam is generated, enabling the steam walking mechanism to move in the pipeline 3 to be repaired along the length direction of the pipeline, and spraying the steam to accelerate the drying and solidification of the resin lining pipe 103.

The preferred embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings, however, the present invention is not limited to the specific details of the above embodiments, and various simple modifications can be made to the technical solution of the present invention within the technical idea of the present invention, and these simple modifications are within the protective scope of the present invention.

It should be noted that the various technical features described in the above embodiments can be combined in any suitable manner without contradiction, and the invention is not described in any way for the possible combinations in order to avoid unnecessary repetition.

In addition, any combination of the various embodiments of the present invention is also possible, and the same should be considered as the disclosure of the present invention as long as it does not depart from the spirit of the present invention.
