At present, the push-pull mechanisms of three-roller star precision rolling mills on the rolling line of industrial steel mills are commonly used as hydraulic push-pull mechanisms and chain push-pull mechanisms.

The hydraulic push-pull structure pushes a piston rod through hydraulic oil in a hydraulic cylinder, and a rolling mill push-pull seat connected with the piston rod realizes the pushing and pulling of the three-roller star-shaped precision rolling mill. The three-roller star-shaped precision rolling mill has longer propelling and pulling-out stroke, so the device has larger and longer overall dimension and larger space for field installation and use; meanwhile, oil leakage often occurs in the using process, the environment is seriously polluted, the maintenance period is too frequent, the production is seriously influenced, and the productivity is influenced.

The chain push-pull mechanism drives the chain to transmit through the chain wheel, and the chain is connected with the rolling mill push-pull seat through the bolt, so that the three-roller star-shaped precision rolling mill is pushed and pulled out. As the preferred scheme of the invention, the motor is a servo speed reducing motor, and a position sensor is arranged at the installation position of the rolling mill base; the intelligent control system is electrically connected with the servo speed reducing motor and the position sensor respectively. As a preferable scheme of the invention, the number of the draw hooks connected to the push-pull seat is two, and the two draw hooks are hinged with the push-pull seat through a rotating shaft. The two draw hooks can pull different positions of the rolling mill, so that the stress of the rolling mill is more balanced, and the rolling mill moves more stably.

As a preferable scheme of the invention, a stabilizer bar is connected between the two drag hooks. The stabilizer bar can improve the stability of two drag hooks, avoids the drag hook incline or during operation to rock.

The invention has the beneficial effects that:

The number of the transmission screw rods 4 may be one or more, and the present embodiment is exemplified by the case of two transmission screw rods 4. As shown in fig. 3, when only one transmission screw 4 is provided, the slide rail of the rolling mill base 1 is sleeved in the slide groove 61 of the push-pull seat 6 to limit the rotation of the nut 7, so that the draw hook 9 can also move linearly and smoothly. When the number of the transmission screw rods 4 is two, the two transmission screw rods 4 can block the push-pull seat 6 from rotating, and the stability of the pull hook 9 in moving is further improved by enabling the push-pull seat 6 to be in sliding connection with the rolling mill base 1.

When the driving mechanism 3 drives the transmission screw rod 4 to rotate, the nut 7 moves linearly under the driving of the transmission screw rod 4, and the push-pull seat 6 moves linearly correspondingly. The invention has low maintenance cost and short maintenance time. The nut 7 of the present invention is a trapezoidal nut 7 made of copper, and the trapezoidal nut 7 made of copper is a wearing part of the present invention. The coupling 32 is a constant torque coupling 32, and the motor 33 is a servo reduction motor. When the automatic transmission device works, the motor 33 drives the coupler 32 to rotate, and the coupler 32 drives one of the transmission screw rods 4 to rotate. The driving gear 312 on the transmission screw 4 drives the reversing gear 313 to rotate, and the reversing gear 313 drives the driving gear 312 on the other transmission screw 4 to rotate. After reversing through the reversing gear 313, the two driving gears 312 rotate in the same direction, and the motion interference is avoided. The two driving gears 312 are the same gear, and the teeth number of the two driving gears is the same; and the tooth profiles of the two drive gears 312 must be the same since both are meshed with the reversing gear 313. Therefore, the rotation speeds of the two driving gears 312 are the same, and the two transmission screws 4 rotate in the same direction and at the same speed. When the two transmission screw rods 4 synchronously rotate, the two nuts 7 on the push-pull seat 6 synchronously and linearly move, so that the push-pull seat 6 and the drag hook 9 can stably and linearly move.

Because the motor 33 is a servo speed reducing motor, the rotating speed of the motor 33 is controlled in real time according to the actual load condition, so that the electric energy waste caused by overload use of the motor 33 is avoided, and the effects of energy conservation and environmental protection are achieved. The servo speed reducing motor can be connected with an intelligent control system, and the intelligent control system realizes the accurate rotation of the transmission screw rod 4 by controlling the servo speed reducing motor. The mounting position of the rolling mill 8 of the rolling mill base 1 can be provided with a position sensor, the position sensor can send a signal in place to an intelligent control system, the intelligent control system can control the servo speed reduction motor to stop in time, and the three-roller star-shaped precision rolling mill 8 can be pushed and pulled to an accurate position, so that the mounting precision and the operation convenience are improved.

As shown in fig. 8 to 10, in order to further improve the stability and reliability of the pulling operation of the pulling hook 9 on the rolling mill 8, the number of the pulling hooks 9 connected to the push-pull seat 6 is two, and the two pulling hooks 9 are hinged to the push-pull seat 6 through a rotating shaft; a stabilizing bar 91 is connected between the two drag hooks 9. Two drag hooks 9 can hold different positions of rolling mill 8, and then the atress of rolling mill 8 is more balanced, and rolling mill 8 removes more steadily. The stabilizer bar 91 can improve the stability of the two drag hooks 9 and avoid the deviation of the drag hooks 9 or the shaking during the work. The two draw hooks 9 are hinged with the push-pull seat 6 through a rotating shaft, so that the draw hooks 9 can rotate, and the draw hooks 9 can be conveniently connected with or disconnected from the rolling mill 8.

The working principle is as follows:

the draw hook 9 is turned down, so that the draw hook 9 hooks the pulling rod of the rolling mill 8. The motor 33 is started, the motor 33 drives the coupler 32 to rotate, and the coupler 32 drives one of the transmission screw rods 4 to rotate. The driving gear 312 on the transmission screw 4 drives the reversing gear 313 to rotate, and the reversing gear 313 drives the driving gear 312 on the other transmission screw 4 to rotate. The two transmission screw rods 4 synchronously rotate and drive the nut 7 to linearly move, and the nut 7 drives the push-pull seat 6 and the drag hook 9 to stably and linearly move. When the push-pull seat 6 moves, the sliding groove 61 of the push-pull seat 6 slides relative to the sliding rail of the rolling mill base 1, so that the moving stability of the push-pull seat 6 is ensured. After the rolling mill 8 moves to the right position, the draw hook 9 is turned upwards, the draw hook 9 is separated from the rolling mill 8, and then the rolling mill 8 is installed in place.

In order to improve the automation degree of the invention, the motor 33 is controlled by an intelligent control system, and the position sensor sends an in-place signal to the intelligent control system, so that the intelligent control system can control the servo speed reducing motor to stop in time.
