Background

When the tractor operates in the field, the working condition is complex and changeable, the vibration with large amplitude mainly generated is close to the natural frequency of human organs, and the health of a driver can be seriously influenced by working in the environment for a long time. In the process of operation of a driver, external vibration mainly comes from two aspects, namely the first vibration comes from excitation of uneven ground, the second vibration comes from vibration generated by an engine, and both the first vibration and the second vibration generate a large amount of low-frequency vibration close to the working frequency of organs of a human body, and the superposition of the external vibration and the working frequency of the organs can cause people to feel uncomfortable, influence driving and even improve the probability of vehicle accidents.

The seat suspension system is used for relieving the vibration transmitted to a human body by the cab, provides a good riding environment for a driver, and has important significance for improving riding comfort. Most of current seat suspension all are nonadjustable damping suspension, and the intensity to the change damping of topography is the same, and to a great extent has reduced the comfort level. The rigidity of the existing driver chair suspension is higher, the natural frequency of a chair suspension system is increased, and the attenuation of vibration caused by low frequency is less, so that the aim of improving the comfort of a driver is not fulfilled. On the other hand, if the rigidity is low, the driver touches the seat to cause a large displacement of the seat. The trade-off between linearity and stiffness is particularly important.

CN2018109560115 discloses a nonlinear seat suspension, which has the characteristics of large rigidity in static state and small rigidity in dynamic state, and can achieve a good vibration damping effect, but the vibration damping stroke of the nonlinear seat suspension is not adjustable.

The pneumatic damper is widely applied to occasions with high precision, such as vehicle vibration reduction and ultra-precision equipment vibration isolation. The air pressure damper has the characteristics of large bearing capacity and low rigidity, has stronger nonlinear rigidity, can realize the optimal damping effect by designing a proper damping hole between the main air chamber and the auxiliary air chamber, and further reduces the rigidity of the air spring by the bypass air chamber. But also has certain disadvantages that the air tightness of materials and connection modes needs to be strictly controlled. The driving chair used in the current market is particularly applied to driving chairs of wheel tractors, forklifts and the like, a driver needs to work while driving, and the function requirement of the driving chair is high, but most of the prior driving chairs have simple structures and single functions, and the functions which are very important for the driver, such as auxiliary driving function, driving comfort and the like, cannot be embodied. Meanwhile, the semi-automatic and active damping suspension is high in manufacturing cost, high in precision and difficult to machine.

Therefore, the vibration damping suspension with scientific design structure and proper vibration damping stroke is particularly important, and the method has great help for improving the subjective comfort of drivers.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to overcome the defects and shortcomings of fixed damping effect, uncontrollable stroke, high cost and high energy consumption of the conventional seat suspension and provides a stroke-adjustable seat suspension. The stroke-adjustable seat suspension provided by the invention has the advantages of obvious vibration reduction effect, good vibration isolation effect, low static rigidity and the like, overcomes the defects of over-strong or over-weak resilience and uncontrollable phenomenon in the motion process of the traditional suspension, has better comfort level and is simple in design.

Another object of the present invention is to provide a driving chair.

In order to achieve the purpose of the invention, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:

a stroke-adjustable seat suspension comprises a frame body, a lifting mechanism and a control mechanism, wherein the frame body comprises an upper suspension, a telescopic suspension and a lower suspension, and the telescopic suspension is arranged between the upper suspension and the lower suspension and is connected with the upper suspension and the lower suspension; and an elastic compression part and an air pressure adjustable air pressure damper which are respectively connected with the upper suspension and the lower suspension are arranged in the telescopic suspension.

In the stroke-adjustable seat suspension provided by the invention, the upper suspension and the lower suspension play a role in supporting and fixing, when the seat suspension is subjected to the weight force (vertically downward), the seat suspension with the adjustable stroke generates vibration in the vertical direction, the air pressure damper and the elastic compression part generate rebound, and the magnitude of air pressure (the amount of air) in the air pressure damper influences the rebound speed, so that the characteristics of stroke adjustability in a certain range and small dynamic rigidity are realized, and a good vibration damping effect can be achieved on vibration with various amplitudes.

The suspension disclosed by the invention is simple in structure and low in manufacturing cost, has the advantages of obvious vibration reduction effect, good vibration isolation effect, low static rigidity, strong nonlinearity and the like by combining the air pressure damper and the elastic compression part, overcomes the defect that the strength cannot be adjusted according to the use condition in the motion process of the traditional suspension, obviously reduces the vibration transmitted to a human body from the outside, and improves the driving comfort of people.

Preferably, the telescopic suspension is a scissor suspension, and the scissor suspension is in threaded connection with the upper suspension and is fixedly connected with the lower suspension.

Preferably, the resilient compression member comprises a spring.

More preferably, the elastic compression part further comprises an oil pressure damper, the spring is sleeved on the oil pressure damper, and the oil pressure damper is connected with the upper suspension and the lower suspension through screws.

The spring and the oil pressure damper are combined in series, two-stage vibration reduction is realized, and better compression and recovery performance is realized.

Air pressure adjustable air dampers conventional in the art may be used in the present invention.

Preferably, the pneumatic dampers are 2 air dampers, and are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the elastic compression part, and the air dampers are provided with air supplement ports (302).

Preferably, the pneumatic damper is connected with the upper suspension through a screw, and the pneumatic damper is fixedly connected with the lower suspension.

In order to control the upper limit of the stroke of the air pressure damper, the situation that the rack is damaged due to an overlarge angle is avoided; preferably, the pneumatic damper is further provided with a limiter for limiting the movement of the pneumatic damper.
