Background
At present, neither a frying furnace nor a noodle boiling furnace used in the market can automatically operate, food materials need to be taken out manually after being processed, and food needs to be taken out manually after the processed food is processed. The equipment needs more hands, has high operation cost and non-uniform product quality.

more than one group of mounting brackets, more than one blanking box structure and more than one blanking rotary power structure; each group of mounting brackets is mounted on the rack and positioned beside the corresponding pocket, the blanking rotary power structure is mounted at the upper part of the corresponding mounting bracket, and the blanking box structure is connected with the rotary end of the corresponding blanking rotary power structure, so that food materials to be processed in the blanking box structure are poured into the corresponding pocket; and
more than one heating structure; each heating structure is installed at a corresponding cooking bath to heat the cooking bath.
In the technical scheme, the device also comprises more than one cooking guide chute and more than one blanking guide chute; each cooking guide chute is arranged on the corresponding rotating seat, and the lower end of each cooking guide chute is fixedly connected with the corresponding material bag so as to drive the material bag to turn over and pour out food; the unloading baffle box is rotationally installed on the corresponding installing support and is located below the unloading box structure, the edge of the unloading box structure can abut against the upper portion of the unloading baffle box to drive the unloading baffle box to rotate, and the lower portion of the unloading baffle box after rotation is located at the corresponding material pocket to guide food materials into the material pocket.

In the technical scheme, the blanking device further comprises a magnet, wherein the magnet is arranged on the rotating seat, and the blanking guide chute is attracted on the magnet.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages that: the method realizes the unmanned line production of the cooked and fried food, saves the operation cost of operators to the maximum extent, saves the human resources and has uniform product quality.
