Technical Field

The invention relates to an automatic cooking kitchen device, in particular to an automatic cooking kitchen device with dual purposes of frying and boiling.

Background

At present, neither a frying furnace nor a noodle boiling furnace used in the market can automatically operate, food materials need to be taken out manually after being processed, and food needs to be taken out manually after the processed food is processed. The equipment needs more hands, has high operation cost and non-uniform product quality.

Disclosure of Invention

more than one group of mounting brackets, more than one blanking box structure and more than one blanking rotary power structure; each group of mounting brackets is mounted on the rack and positioned beside the corresponding pocket, the blanking rotary power structure is mounted at the upper part of the corresponding mounting bracket, and the blanking box structure is connected with the rotary end of the corresponding blanking rotary power structure, so that food materials to be processed in the blanking box structure are poured into the corresponding pocket; and

more than one heating structure; each heating structure is installed at a corresponding cooking bath to heat the cooking bath.

In the technical scheme, the device further comprises more than one first touch switch, more than one first cam, more than one second touch switch and more than one second cam; each first cam is sleeved on the corresponding output shaft of the cooking rotating structure, the first touch switch is installed on the corresponding lifting frame, and the protruding part of each first cam can abut against the corresponding contact piece of the corresponding first touch switch so as to limit the rotating angle of the rotating seat; every the second cam suit is in the pivot that corresponding unloading rotation power structure and unloading structure are connected, second touch switch installs on the installation frame that corresponds, thereby the protruding position of second cam can be leaned on with the contact counterbalance of the second touch switch that corresponds and restrict unloading structure's turned angle.

The following further describes embodiments of the present invention with reference to the drawings. In this embodiment, the oil storage tank 2, the oil return tank structure 16, the first oil pump 17, two first electromagnetic valves 18 and two second electromagnetic valves 20 are further included; the oil return tank structure 16 is positioned at the lower part of the rack 1, an oil return port and an oil outlet are formed in the oil return tank structure 16, the oil storage tank 2 is mounted on the rack 1, the oil outlet is formed in the oil storage tank 2, and two of the five cooking grooves 21 are used for frying; the one end of first oil pump 17 passes through oil pipe and the oil-out intercommunication of batch oil tank 2, and the other end of first oil pump 17 passes through oil pipe and the one end intercommunication of every second solenoid valve 20, every the other end of second solenoid valve 20 passes through oil pipe respectively with the corresponding inlet 212 intercommunication that is used for the culinary art groove 21 of frying, every the one end of first solenoid valve 18 passes through oil pipe respectively with the corresponding liquid outlet 211 intercommunication that is used for the culinary art groove 21 of frying, every first solenoid valve 18's the other end passes through oil pipe all with oil return opening intercommunication of oil return tank structure 16.

In the embodiment, three third electromagnetic valves 19 and three fourth electromagnetic valves 22 are further included, and three of the five cooking grooves 21 are used for water boiling; one end of each third electromagnetic valve 19 is communicated with a corresponding liquid outlet 211 of the cooking groove 21 for water boiling through a water pipe, the other end of each third electromagnetic valve 19 is communicated with an external water outlet, one end of each fourth electromagnetic valve 22 is communicated with a corresponding liquid inlet 212 of the cooking groove 21 for water boiling through a water pipe, and the other end of each fourth electromagnetic valve 22 is communicated with an external water inlet.
