The vomiting-preventing infant yak formula milk powder is characterized in that the main raw materials for producing each ton of products are as follows: 500kg of yak milk and/or 75kg of full-fat yak milk powder, 900kg of raw milk, 20kg of whey protein powder, 400kg of whey powder, 7.5kg of isomerized lactose liquid, 1.2kg of locust bean gum, 150kg of OPO structural grease, 5kg of walnut oil, 3kg of casein phosphopeptide, 18kg of fructo-oligosaccharide, 24kg of galacto-oligosaccharide, 0.3kg of nucleotide, 13kg of docosahexaenoic acid (DHA), 16kg of arachidonic acid (ARA), 2.7kg of lactoferrin and the number of viable probiotics not less than 106CFU/g, vitamins: retinyl acetate 8g, cholecalciferol 0.2g, dl-alpha-tocopherol acetate 179g, and phytochrome0.9g of menadione, 9g of thiamine hydrochloride, 2g of riboflavin, 8g of pyridoxine hydrochloride, 0.023g of cyanocobalamine, 50g of nicotinic acid, 1.6g of folic acid, 38g of D-calcium pantothenate, 1600g of L-ascorbic acid, 0.2g of D-biotin, 300g of inositol, 480g of taurine, 150g of L-carnitine, 290g of nucleotide and 1100g of choline chloride, and minerals: 3000g of calcium carbonate, 2000g of tricalcium phosphate, 258g of ferrous sulfate, 145g of zinc sulfate, 9g of manganese sulfate, 14g of copper sulfate, 600g of magnesium sulfate, 0.5g of sodium selenite and 2g of potassium iodate.

The preparation method of this example is the same as example 1.
