1. The concrete pavement paving and vibrating integrated construction process is characterized by comprising the following steps of:

s1, construction preparation: comprises the acceptance of a basic layer; preparing mixing station personnel, matched mechanical equipment, materials and raw material testing equipment; the supporting machinery comprises: the device comprises a suspension type laser truss concrete paver, a driving type troweling machine, a walking type napping machine, transportation equipment and a measuring instrument; the material comprises: sand and stone materials, cement, concrete, and steel bars;

s2, erecting the template: the template adopts channel steel, and the height of the channel steel is the same as that of the concrete; 1 supporting and fixing device is arranged every 0.5-1 m; a dowel bar inserting hole and a positioning sleeve are arranged on the transverse construction joint end template according to the dowel bar diameter and the distance specified by design; the distance between the two edge dowel bars and the free edge is not smaller than 150 mm; each meter is provided with a vertical fixed hole sleeve; after the template is installed and inspected, a release agent is smeared on the surface which is in contact with the concrete mixture, and the joint is sealed by sticking an adhesive tape or a plastic film and the like; debugging a suspended laser truss concrete paver;

s8.2, adhesive tape pasting: a layer of adhesive tape with the width of 5cm is stuck in the range of 5cm on each side of the gap, so that the gap filling adhesive is prevented from overflowing to pollute the road surface;

s8.3, layering: manually pressing a porous foam plastic backing strip with the width of 1.0cm into the pavement by using a special layering tool until the distance between the backing strip and the top of the pavement is 1.5-2.0 cm;

s8.4, crack pouring: adopting polyurethane joint pouring materials approved by supervision engineers, performing joint pouring twice by using a joint pouring kettle, pouring for the first time by 1cm, and continuing pouring for the second time after 15min, wherein the pouring is performed properly according to the temperature condition of the joint pouring, so that the requirements of fullness, compactness, uniformity, consistent thickness and continuous through are met;

s8.5, maintaining and opening traffic: after the crack pouring is finished, the health preserving is carried out for 24 hours, a specially-assigned person nurses, motor vehicles and pedestrians are prohibited from entering the crack pouring box, and after the health preserving period, the traffic is opened.

2. The concrete pavement paving and vibrating integrated construction process as claimed in claim 1, further comprising the following steps before the pavement concrete is integrally paved:

installing pavement layer steel bars: after the side forms are installed, installing the dowel bars, the pull rods and the corner reinforcing steel bars of the pavement layer according to the requirements of design drawings; when concrete slabs are continuously poured, a dowel bar can be installed by adopting a steel bar bracket method; when concrete slabs are not poured continuously, a dowel bar can be installed by adopting a top wood formwork fixing method.

The concrete pavement paving and vibrating integrated construction process as claimed in claim 1, wherein sand in the sand material requires that the mud content is not more than 3%, the fineness modulus is more than 2.5, and the gradation is good; the stone is required to have good gradation, the content of the needle-shaped pieces is controlled within 10 percent, and the maximum grain diameter is controlled within 30 mm.

4. The concrete pavement paving and vibrating integrated construction process as claimed in claim 1, wherein ordinary portland cement with final setting time not more than 6h is adopted.

Background

The conventional construction process of the concrete pavement layer mainly comprises the following steps: construction preparation → formwork installation → steel bar installation → artificial cloth of half-width concrete → artificial vibration of half-width concrete → paving and compaction of half-width concrete paver → surface finishing → roughening and joint cutting treatment of surface layer → joint filling and maintenance → repetition of the same construction step of the other half-width → open traffic. In the conventional concrete pavement construction process, because the material distribution and the vibration are manually operated, the construction labor intensity is high, the efficiency is low, and the construction quality is greatly influenced by manual operation; paving and compacting operations are limited by construction equipment, the construction width of a road surface cannot be flexibly adjusted, framing construction has to be adopted, the structural integrity of a road surface layer is damaged, the service life is shortened, meanwhile, the construction process is complicated, the construction efficiency is low, more operators need to be matched, and the labor intensity is high; the surface layer finishing operation is greatly influenced by manual operation, and the quality is difficult to ensure.

s8.4, crack pouring: adopting polyurethane joint pouring materials approved by supervision engineers, performing joint pouring twice by using a joint pouring kettle, pouring for the first time by 1cm, and continuing pouring for the second time after 15min, wherein the pouring is performed properly according to the temperature condition of the joint pouring, so that the requirements of fullness, compactness, uniformity, consistent thickness and continuous through are met;

s8.5, maintaining and opening traffic: after the crack pouring is finished, the health preserving is carried out for 24 hours, a specially-assigned person nurses, motor vehicles and pedestrians are prohibited from entering the crack pouring box, and after the health preserving period, the traffic is opened.

Preferably, before the surface layer concrete is integrally paved, the method further comprises the following steps:

installing pavement layer steel bars: after the side forms are installed, installing the dowel bars, the pull rods and the corner reinforcing steel bars of the pavement layer according to the requirements of design drawings; when concrete slabs are continuously poured, a dowel bar can be installed by adopting a steel bar bracket method; when concrete slabs are not poured continuously, a dowel bar can be installed by adopting a top wood formwork fixing method.

Preferably, the sand in the sand stone material requires that the mud content is not more than 3 percent, the fineness modulus is more than 2.5, and the gradation is good; the stone is required to have good gradation, the content of the needle-shaped pieces is controlled within 10 percent, and the maximum grain diameter is controlled within 30 mm.

Preferably, the ordinary portland cement with final setting time not more than 6h is adopted.

Preferably, the concrete has the following working properties: design slump of 160 mm, factory slump of 165mm, one-hour slump of 155mm, two-hour slump of 130mm, initial setting time of 6 hours and final setting time of 8 hours.

The invention has the beneficial effects that: the concrete pavement paving and vibrating integrated construction process is implemented by introducing new equipment, namely a laser ultrasonic dual-system split roller paver, a row vibrator and a driving troweling machine; the construction progress is improved, the construction quality is guaranteed, meanwhile, the manual investment is reduced, the cost is saved, and the mechanization degree is greatly improved.

Detailed Description

The technical solutions of the present invention will be described clearly and completely with reference to the following embodiments of the present invention, and it should be understood that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.

The concrete pavement paving and vibrating integrated construction process includes the following steps:

1. construction preparation:

(1) and (4) acceptance of the basic layer: the surface of the base layer is required to be smooth, the surface elevation, the transverse gradient, the width, the flatness, the compactness, the strength and the like are required to meet the design requirements, the qualified approval of process acceptance of a field supervision engineer is provided, the base layer is subjected to comprehensive inspection before the construction of the concrete surface layer, and a strict handover system is established;

(2) mixing station personnel, matched mechanical equipment, material, raw material testing equipment and personnel are prepared, and the concrete after mixing and production meets the requirements;

(3) construction equipment: a suspension type laser truss concrete paver, a driving troweling machine, a walking type napping machine, transportation equipment, a measuring instrument and the like;

(4) preparing sand and stone materials: the sand requires that the mud content is not more than 3 percent, the fineness modulus is more than 2.5, and the gradation is good; the stone is required to have good gradation, the content of the needle-shaped pieces is controlled within 10 percent, and the maximum grain diameter is controlled within 30 mm;

(5) preparing cement: ordinary portland cement with final setting time not more than 6h is preferably used, and the agglomerated cement is strictly forbidden to use;

(6) working performance of concrete: designing slump of 160 mm, factory slump of 165mm, slump of 155mm in one hour, slump of 130mm in two hours, initial setting time of 6 hours and final setting time of 8 hours;

(7) and (3) transporting the concrete: the concrete is transported by a dump truck, a carriage is required to be flat, smooth, tight and free of slurry leakage, the concrete is washed before and after use, a concrete mixture is discharged by a stirrer, covered by tarpaulin and prevented from shaking to cause segregation in the transportation process, the longest time of transporting to the site casting is not more than 1 hour, the longest time of transporting to the site casting is not more than 45 minutes at the temperature of 25-30 ℃, the concrete transported to the casting site is required to have slump and uniformity meeting the standard requirements, a special person is arranged to command when a vehicle backs and unloads, the concrete is unloaded in multiple piles, and the transport truck rapidly leaves the site after the unloading is in place;

(8) preparing steel bars: the steel bars entering the field need to have relevant certification documents such as delivery qualification certificates, test detection certificates and the like, and the specification and the number of the steel bars meet the construction requirements;

2. erecting a template: the template adopts channel steel, and the height of the channel steel is the same as that of the concrete; 1 supporting and fixing device is arranged every 0.5-1 m; a dowel bar inserting hole and a positioning sleeve are arranged on the transverse construction joint end template according to the dowel bar diameter and the distance specified by design; the distance between the two edge dowel bars and the free edge is not smaller than 150 mm; each meter is provided with a vertical fixed hole sleeve; the method comprises the following steps that templates are laid according to pre-divided plates, the templates are stable, straight, smooth and free of distortion in installation, adjacent templates are connected tightly and smoothly, the phenomena of bottom slurry leakage, front and back stubble staggering, high and low platform staggering and the like cannot be avoided, the templates can bear the load of paving, compacting and leveling equipment, displacement cannot occur during impact and vibration, grooving on a base layer is strictly forbidden, and a blind rotation template is embedded; after the template is installed and inspected, a release agent is smeared on the surface which is in contact with the concrete mixture, and the joint is sealed by sticking an adhesive tape or a plastic film and the like; the top elevation of the template is the elevation of the concrete pavement, and the top elevation of the template is controlled within an allowable range by adopting a leveling instrument for measurement and control; debugging a paving machine, and integrally paving at one time according to the width of a designed road surface; the concrete panel is rectangular, and transverse seams are vertically intersected;

3. installing pavement layer steel bars: after the side forms are installed, installing the dowel bars, the pull rods and the corner reinforcing steel bars of the pavement layer according to the requirements of design drawings; when concrete slabs are continuously poured, a dowel bar can be installed by adopting a steel bar support method, namely, round holes are reserved on a caulking plate so that the dowel bar can pass through, wooden or iron seam pressing laths are arranged on the caulking plate, inverted U-shaped grooves are formed in the lower part of a seam template according to the positions and the intervals of the dowel bar, the dowel bar passes through the inverted U-shaped grooves, two ends of the dowel bar are fixed on a support, and support feet are inserted into a base layer; when concrete slab is poured discontinuously, a head wood formwork fixing method is adopted to install the transmission rods, namely a positioning template is added on the outer side of the end template, and the transmission rods penetrate through the eyelets of the end template and reach the eyelets of the outer positioning template according to the distance, the diameter and the drilling holes of the transmission rods on the slab. The two templates can be fixed by a cross bar with half the length of the dowel bar. When the concrete of the adjacent slab continues to be poured, the baffle, the cross beam and the positioning template are removed, and the joint plate, the wooden joint pressing lath and the dowel bar sleeve are arranged;

4. paving the surface concrete integrally, wherein a pavement concrete row type vibrator is adopted for distributing and vibrating the concrete in the integral construction of the surface concrete; a suspension type laser truss concrete paver is adopted for paving and compacting; the closing surface adopts a driving type troweling machine;

4.1, distributing and vibrating surface layer concrete:

4.1.1 concrete row-type vibrator operation process

Installing a row vibrator → testing equipment operation → distributing concrete system operation → vibrating system operation → disassembling the vibrator after construction

4.1.2, the operation requirement of the row vibrator:

firstly, a power supply is switched on, and each vibrating rod is started to normally operate in no-load operation;

slowly descending the array rod to enable the vibrating spear to be immersed into the concrete to a proper depth, and then starting a walking system to walk forwards;

the running speed of the row-type vibrating machine is preferably 5m/min, the vibrating rod can be lifted after the concrete is uniformly vibrated, the concrete is strictly prohibited to retreat during working, and the vibration discharging rod is lifted during retreat;

and fourthly, the working performance of the concrete, the design slump is 160-180mm, the factory slump is 165mm, the one-hour slump is 155mm, the two-hour slump is 130mm, the initial setting time is 6 hours, and the final setting time is 8 hours.

4.2, paving and compacting a concrete surface course: the suspension type laser truss concrete paver is equipment which takes laser emitted by an emitter as a reference plane and controls a leveling head in real time through a laser receiver on a laser leveling machine so as to realize high-precision and quick leveling of concrete;

4.2.1 operating requirements of the suspension type laser truss concrete paver:

1) the slump is 160-180mm, and the loose paving coefficient is 1.12-1.15.

2) The suspension type laser truss concrete paver is used for leveling the concrete in sections according to the operation units, the length of each operation unit is preferably 20-30 m, and the time interval between the two procedures of compaction and leveling of the vibrating rod is not more than 15 min.

3) The height difference of the rolling compaction material level of the roll shaft is preferably 5-20 mm higher than the top surface of the template.

4) The roll shaft leveling machine adopts forward vibration and backward static rolling modes for operation within the length of one operation unit, and the rolling is preferably performed for 2-3 times respectively. The optimum number of rolling passes was determined by trial laying.

5) When the roll shaft leveling machine works, a specially-assigned person can handle the height condition of the material level in front of the shaft.

6) After rolling, lifting the vibrating roller shaft away from the template, and leveling by using a leveling shaft through front and back static rolling until the flatness meets the requirement and the surface mortar is uniform in thickness;

s4.3, concrete surface layer finishing: after the surface concrete is compacted, a driving type troweling machine is adopted to process the surface in time before the surface concrete is finally set;

5. joint construction: transverse construction joint

1) The transverse contraction joint of the concrete pavement is preferably arranged according to the existing pavement and design, and the plate length cannot be adjusted at will.

2) The reinforcing steel bar support has enough rigidity, the dowel bar is accurately positioned, the surface of the base layer is lofted before paving, the base layer is anchored by using a steel chisel, a hand-held vibrating rod is preferably used for compacting concrete below the height of the dowel bar, and then mechanical paving is carried out.

3) All seam grooves of the concrete panel are filled with joint filling materials according to the specification of a drawing. The caulking material and method of caulking are approved by a supervisory engineer.

4) The seam slot is filled after the concrete is cured and before filling the seam, the inside of the seam must be kept dry and clean to prevent sundries such as sand and stone from falling into the seam. The joints are inspected by a supervisory engineer before filling.

5) The seam material is tightly adhered to the wall of the concrete seam, and the pouring depth of the seam material is preferably 2 times of the width of the seam.

6) Before the traffic is opened, the joint compound has sufficient time to be hardened;

6. removing the mold:

(1) when the concrete compressive strength is not less than 5MPa, the mould can be disassembled, and when the actual measurement data of the strength is lacked, the judgment can be made according to the strength of a test piece in a laboratory.

(2) The mould can not be removed along with the damaged plate edge, plate corner and concrete around the dowel bar, and the dowel bar and the pull rod can not be loosened or deformed. The special wedge pulling tool is suitable for the template disassembly, and the large hammer is strictly forbidden to be used for forcibly disassembling the template.

(3) The removed template is used for removing the adhered mortar and correcting local damage;

7. cutting and maintaining: the joint cutting of the cement concrete pavement is carried out after the template is dismantled, and is completely finished before the concrete has a temperature shrinkage crack, the joint cutting time is controlled according to the construction experience, and the joint cutting time is properly adjusted according to the site and the weather environment during construction. Ink lines are put in advance at the joint cutting position, the joint cutting is uniform in gap, smooth and straight in seam path and timely in joint cutting, the phenomenon of plate breakage caused by temperature shrinkage of concrete which exceeds the cutting time for too long is strictly prevented, after the work is finished, a double-layer health-preserving blanket is covered in time, water is sprayed for maintenance for 21 days, and traffic is sealed during the maintenance period;

8. engraving: cleaning a working surface before engraving, lofting ink lines at equal intervals according to the plate arrangement condition and the engraving machine performance after the flatness meets the standard requirement, then carrying out transverse engraving operation, wherein the engraving depth is determined according to a field test, the groove width is 3mm, the groove interval is randomly adjusted between 12 and 24mm, the lines are required to be straight during engraving, the straight line is connected without dislocation, the engraving depth is consistent, and the direction is coordinated with the transverse contraction joint;

9. crack pouring, open traffic, including:

9.1, cleaning the joints and the road surface: firstly, removing gravels and condensed slurry in the joint by using a crack cleaning saw, and completely removing dust and other pollutants in the joint by using compressed air of more than 0.5mpa to ensure that the wall and the inside of the joint are clean and dry;

9.3, pressing a strip: manually pressing a porous foam plastic backing strip with the width of 1.0cm into the pavement by using a special layering tool until the distance between the backing strip and the top of the pavement is 1.5-2.0 cm;

9.4, crack pouring: adopting polyurethane joint pouring materials approved by supervision engineers, performing joint pouring twice by using a joint pouring kettle, pouring for the first time by 1cm, and continuing pouring for the second time after 15min, wherein the pouring is performed properly according to the temperature condition of the joint pouring, so that the requirements of fullness, compactness, uniformity, consistent thickness and continuous through are met;

9.5, maintaining and opening traffic: after the crack pouring is finished, the health preserving is carried out for 24 hours, a specially-assigned person nurses, motor vehicles and pedestrians are prohibited from entering the crack pouring box, and after the health preserving period, the traffic is opened.
