As shown in fig. 1, a clothing buckle bending and forming machine comprises a frame 1, a feeding device 2, a cutting device 3, a forming device 4 and a blanking device 5; the machine frame 1 comprises a base plate 11 and a section frame 12 arranged on the base plate, the feeding device 2 is arranged on the base plate 11, and the cutting device 3 is arranged in the middle of the feeding device 2; the forming device 4 is arranged on the section frame 12, the blanking device 5 is arranged on the section frame 12, and the blanking device 5 is positioned on the side of the forming device 4.

The hot melting assembly 23 comprises a base 231, a lower heating plate 232, an upper heating plate 233, a lifting cylinder 234, an upper side moving cylinder 235 and a lower side moving cylinder 236; the base 231 is fixedly arranged on the frame, the lower heating plate 232 is movably connected to the base 231 through a sliding rail, the telescopic end of the lower moving cylinder 236 is connected with the lower heating plate 232, and the lower moving cylinder 236 is fixedly arranged on the base 231; the upper heating plate 233 is connected to the base 231 through a vertical lifting cylinder 234 and a horizontal upper side moving cylinder 235, and the lower heating plate 232 and the upper heating plate 233 are vertically corresponding; a second wire clamping mechanism 237 is further disposed on a side of the base 231.

The traction assembly 24 comprises a moving plate 241, a clamping cylinder 242, a clamping plate 243 and a lead screw assembly 244; the moving plate 241 is movably connected to the rack through a vertical plate 245, the screw rod assembly 244 is installed on the side of the vertical plate 245, and the screw rod assembly 244 drives the moving plate 241 to move back and forth; the gripping cylinder 242 is installed on the moving plate 241, and the clamping plates 243 are installed at both moving ends of the gripping cylinder 242.

When the feeding device 2 works, the roller assembly 22 drives the clamped material rope, the material rope is straightened through the groove wheel 216 and the follower wheel 217, and the two ends of the material rope are firstly clamped by the first wire clamping mechanism 213 and the second wire clamping mechanism 237 at the position of the hot melting assembly 23; the lifting cylinder 234 descends the upper heating plate 233 downwards to press the material rope, and then the upper side moving cylinder 235 and the lower side moving cylinder 236 drive the upper heating plate 233 and the lower heating plate 232 to move oppositely to melt the material rope; and the end of the rear rope is clamped by the clamp plate 243, and the screw assembly 244 drives the clamped rope to be led out, so that the feeding is realized.

As shown in fig. 3, the cutting device 3 includes a connecting plate 31, an upper cutting cylinder 32, an upper cutter 33, a lower cutting cylinder 34 and a lower cutter 35; the connecting plate 31 is arranged on the side edge of the base 231, the upper cutting cylinder 32 is arranged above the connecting plate 31, and the lower cutting cylinder 34 is arranged below the connecting plate 31; the upper cutter 33 is arranged at the telescopic end of the upper cutting cylinder 32, the lower cutter 35 is arranged at the telescopic end of the lower cutting cylinder 34, and the upper cutter 33 and the lower cutter 35 are vertically corresponding.

As shown in fig. 4, the forming device 4 includes a lifting frame 41, a lifting cylinder 42, a rear end clamping mechanism 43, a front end clamping mechanism 44 and a lifting mechanism 45; the lifting cylinder 42 is vertically arranged on the rack, the lifting frame 41 is movably connected to the rack through a sliding rail, and the telescopic end of the lifting cylinder 42 is connected with the lifting frame 41; the rear end clamping mechanism 43 and the front end clamping mechanism 44 are arranged at two ends of the lifting frame 41, and the lifting mechanism 45 is arranged in the middle of the lifting frame 41; the rear end clamping mechanism 43 and the front end clamping mechanism 44 are respectively used for clamping two ends of the material rope, and the lifting mechanism 45 is used for lifting the middle part of the material rope to enable the middle part of the material rope to deform.

As shown in fig. 4 and 6, the lifting mechanism 45 includes a third sliding plate 451, a third screw assembly 452, a lifting screw assembly 453, a lifting plate 454 and a clamping jaw assembly 455; the third sliding plate 451 is movably connected to the lifting frame 41 through a sliding rail, the third screw group 452 is mounted on the lifting frame 41, and the moving part of the third screw group 452 is connected with the third sliding plate 451 to drive the third sliding plate 451 to move; the lifting screw assembly 453 is arranged on the third sliding plate 451, and the lifting plate 454 is arranged on the moving part of the lifting screw assembly 453 and connected with the moving part; the clamping jaw assembly 455 is mounted on the lifting plate 454; the clamping jaw assembly 455 comprises a connecting frame 4551, a clamping jaw driving cylinder 4552, a driving slide bar 4553, a first clamping jaw 4554 and a second clamping jaw 4555; the clamping jaw driving air cylinder 4552 is arranged at the upper end of the connecting frame 4551, and the telescopic end of the clamping jaw driving air cylinder 4552 is connected with the driving slide bar 4553; an inclined surface 4556 is arranged at the end part of the driving slide bar 4553, a matched inclined surface is arranged in the connecting frame 4551, and the driving slide bar 4553 can move along the inclined surface in the connecting frame 4551; the middle parts of the first clamping jaw 4554 and the second clamping jaw 4555 are hinged to the connecting frame 4551, and the hinged parts of the first clamping jaw 4554 and the second clamping jaw 4555 are provided with meshed gear tooth profile shapes; a sliding groove 4557 is arranged on the driving slide bar 4553; the upper end of the first jaw 4554 is pinned to a slot 4557 in a drive slide 4553.

When the forming device 4 works, the rear end clamping mechanism 43 clamps the rear end of the material rope, and the clamping cylinder 4353 drives the movable pressure rod 4352 to be close to the fixed rotating shaft 4351 to clamp the material rope therein; the front end clamping mechanism 44 clamps the front end of the material rope by the same mechanism; then the lifting screw rod assembly 453 drives the clamping jaw assembly 455 to descend, the clamping jaw driving cylinder 4552 drives the driving slide bar 4553 to move to drive the first clamping jaw 4554 to swing, the first clamping jaw 4554 and the second clamping jaw 4555 clamp the material rope through gear tooth profile transmission, then the lifting screw rod assembly 453 drives the middle part of the clamped material rope to lift, and meanwhile, the rear end clamping mechanism 43 and the front end clamping mechanism 44 are close to the middle part to finish bending and forming of the middle part; then the first turning component 436 drives the first clamping component 435 to rotate for a certain angle, and the second turning component 446 drives the second clamping component 445 to rotate for a certain angle, so as to complete the bending of the two ends.

The forming device 4 solves the problems that the shape of the clothes buckle is complex, the clothes buckle needs to be obtained by bending in multiple steps, and the forming speed is low; the production efficiency of the single buckle is low; the rear end clamping mechanism 43 and the front end clamping mechanism 44 with two movable ends are arranged and matched with the lifting mechanism 45 with the middle capable of lifting, so that the middle part of the buckle is bent to a larger extent; the bending of the two ends is completed by arranging the first clamping assembly 435 and the second clamping assembly 445 which can rotate, so that the small-amplitude bending of the ends is realized, the clamping assemblies can simultaneously realize the clamping of a plurality of strands of material ropes only through one air cylinder, and the clamping jaw assembly 455 can also realize the clamping of a plurality of material ropes under the action of a single power source; forming device 4 can buckle a plurality of buckles simultaneously, has improved work efficiency.

As shown in fig. 7 and 8, the blanking device of the clothing buckle bending forming machine comprises a platform plate 51, a longitudinal moving cylinder 52, a longitudinal moving mounting rack 53, a transverse moving cylinder 54, a material taking mechanism 55, a blanking base 56, a blanking belt assembly 57, a discharging cylinder 58, a discharging plate 59 and a discharging connecting plate 510; the platform plate 51 is arranged on the frame, and the longitudinal movement mounting rack 53 is arranged on the platform plate 51 through a linear bearing; the material taking mechanism 55 is movably connected to the bottom of the longitudinal moving mounting frame 53, the transverse moving air cylinder 54 is installed on the longitudinal moving mounting frame 53, and the telescopic end of the transverse moving air cylinder 54 is connected with the material taking mechanism 55; the blanking base 56 is arranged on the frame, the blanking belt component 57 is arranged on the side of the blanking base 56, the discharging plates 59 are uniformly arranged on the discharging connecting plate 510, the discharging connecting plate 510 is movably connected to the blanking base 56 through a sliding rail, the discharging cylinder 58 is arranged on the blanking base 56, and the telescopic end of the discharging cylinder 58 is connected with the discharging connecting plate 510.

The material taking mechanism 55 comprises a transverse moving mounting frame 551, a material taking air cylinder 552, a synchronous driving strip 553, a mounting frame 554, a long material taking claw 555 and a short material taking claw 556; the material taking cylinder 552 is arranged on the transverse mounting frame 551, the synchronous driving strip 553 is arranged at the telescopic end of the material taking cylinder 552, the mounting frame 554 is fixedly arranged at the side end of the transverse mounting frame 551, and the synchronous driving strip 553 is connected in the mounting frame 554 in a matching way; the long material taking claw 555 and the short material taking claw 556 are hinged to the mounting frame 554, and the long material taking claw 555 and the short material taking claw 556 are meshed at the hinged position through a gear pair; slotted holes are formed in the synchronous driving strips 553, a pin shaft is arranged at the end part of the long material taking claw 555, and a slotted pair connection is formed between the end part of the long material taking claw 555 and the synchronous driving strips 553.

A cavity is formed between the long fetching claw 555 and the short fetching claw 556, and the discharging plate 59 can be accommodated in the cavity; the side of the discharge plate 59 is also provided with a connecting plate 511, the connecting plate 511 is positioned at the side of the blanking belt assembly 57, and the connecting plate 511 is used for pushing the buckle into the blanking belt assembly 57.

The blanking belt component 57 comprises a motor, a conveying belt, a roller and a transmission belt; the conveying belt is wound on the roller, and an output shaft of the motor is connected with the roller through the driving belt.

When the blanking device of the clothing buckle bending forming machine works, vertical movement is realized by the longitudinal moving mounting rack 53, horizontal movement is realized by the transverse moving air cylinder 54, the material taking mechanism 55 is firstly stretched in to clamp the bent buckle, so that the buckle is hung between the long material taking claw 555 and the short material taking claw 556, then the material taking air cylinder 552 drives the synchronous driving strip 553 to move, the synchronous driving strip 553 drives the long material taking claw 555 to rotate around a shaft, and the short material taking claw 556 is driven to rotate through the action of a gear; then the cylinder 58 of unloading drives stripper 59 and releases, and the buckle that will be between long claw 555 and the short claw 556 of getting pushes down to unloading belt subassembly 57 on and carries out the unloading.

The blanking device of the clothing buckle bending forming machine solves the problems that deformation is caused when an unshaped buckle is clamped by blanking of the buckle, blanking speed is low due to the fact that the buckle needs to be naturally cooled, and blanking of the buckle is easy to remain; the long material taking claws 555 and the short material taking claws 556 are arranged to clamp the cavity in the middle of the buckle, so that the buckle is naturally hung on the two material claws and does not act on the buckle, and the shape of the buckle is protected; blanking can be carried out when the buckles are not completely cooled, and the blanking speed is improved by adopting a whole-row blanking mode; push away the buckle through having set up stripper 59 and fall, make partly hang and grab the buckle that the upper ear did not freely fall and carry out the mode unloading that pushes away once more falling in the material, improve the success rate of unloading.

When the garment buckle bending forming machine works, the garment buckle bending forming machine sequentially performs the following steps:

feeding a material rope: the roller assembly 22 drives the clamped material rope, the material rope is straightened through the groove wheel 216 and the follow-up wheel 217, and the two ends of the material rope are clamped by the first wire clamping mechanism 213 and the second wire clamping mechanism 237 at the position of the hot melting assembly 23; the lifting cylinder 234 descends the upper heating plate 233 downwards to press the material rope, and then the upper side moving cylinder 235 and the lower side moving cylinder 236 drive the upper heating plate 233 and the lower heating plate 232 to move oppositely to melt the material rope; the end part of the rear material rope is clamped by the clamping plate 243, and the screw rod component 244 drives the clamped material rope to be led out, so that the material loading is realized;

(II) bending the material rope: the rear end clamping mechanism 43 clamps the rear end of the material rope, and the clamping cylinder 4353 drives the movable pressure rod 4352 to be close to the fixed rotating shaft 4351 to clamp the material rope; the front end clamping mechanism 44 clamps the front end of the material rope by the same mechanism; then the cutting device 3 cuts off the material rope sent out by the feeding device 2; then the lifting screw rod assembly 453 drives the clamping jaw assembly 455 to descend, the clamping jaw driving cylinder 4552 drives the driving slide bar 4553 to move to drive the first clamping jaw 4554 to swing, the first clamping jaw 4554 and the second clamping jaw 4555 clamp the material rope through gear tooth profile transmission, then the lifting screw rod assembly 453 drives the middle part of the clamped material rope to lift, and meanwhile, the rear end clamping mechanism 43 and the front end clamping mechanism 44 are close to the middle part to finish bending and forming of the middle part; then the first turning component 436 drives the first clamping component 435 to rotate for a certain angle, and the second turning component 446 drives the second clamping component 445 to rotate for a certain angle, so as to complete the bending of the two end parts;

(III) buckle blanking: the vertical movement is realized by the longitudinal moving mounting rack 53, the horizontal movement is realized by the transverse moving air cylinder 54, the material taking mechanism 55 is firstly stretched in to clamp the bent buckle, so that the buckle is hung between the long material taking claw 555 and the short material taking claw 556, then the material taking air cylinder 552 drives the synchronous driving strip 553 to move, the synchronous driving strip 553 drives the long material taking claw 555 to rotate around a shaft, and the short material taking claw 556 is driven to rotate through the action of a gear; then the cylinder 58 of unloading drives stripper 59 and releases, and the buckle that will be between long claw 555 and the short claw 556 of getting pushes down to unloading belt subassembly 57 on and carries out the unloading.
