and 5: after high-temperature heating, the positioning output rod is retracted, then the trimming hole horizontal movement adjusting motor is started to drive the horizontal adjusting screw rod to move and adjust the limiting vertical frame to move horizontally, and the trimming hole vertical movement adjusting motor is started to drive the vertical adjusting threaded rod to further adjust the adjusting slide block to move vertically;

step 6: the adjusting slide block is adjusted to drive the cutting adjusting electric telescopic rod to move in the horizontal plane direction, and then the cross-shaped cutting drill bit is aligned with the hole of the trimming gear;

and 7: starting the cutting adjusting electric telescopic rod, enabling the cross-shaped cutting drill bit to be inserted into the hole of the trimming gear, and then starting the rotary cutting motor to drive the cross-shaped cutting drill bit to rotate for cutting;

and 8: after cutting, starting the clamping electric telescopic rod to drive the clamping output rod to recover, and removing the clamping of the clamping strip cone on the dressing gear through the recovery of the clamping output rod so that the dressing gear falls into a cooling pool to be rapidly cooled;

and step 9: starting an opening plate adjusting motor to drive a driving gear to move, driving a driven gear to move through the driving gear, and further driving a driving rotating rod and a driven rotating rod to move, so that a hinged baffle is opened to enable a trimming gear to fall to the top of a filter screen placing plate;

step 10: the cooling liquid enters the inner side of the cooling liquid recovery bin for recovery after being filtered by the filter screen placing plate;

step 11: and pumping the cooling liquid into the cooling pool by starting the water suction pump to add liquid.

The invention has the beneficial technical effects that:

the invention provides a positioning reference hole surface finishing tool after gear quenching and a using method thereof, wherein a finishing gear to be subjected to positioning reference hole surface finishing is sleeved into a positioning output rod, a hole key is inserted in alignment with a high-temperature heating strip, a positioning electric telescopic rod is started to drive the positioning output rod to move, the finishing gear is positioned at the end part of a clamping output rod and is positioned at the inner side of a clamping strip cone, the clamping electric telescopic rod is started to drive the clamping output rod to move, the clamping strip cone is driven by the clamping output rod to move to clamp tooth sockets at the outer side of the gear, an electric heater is started to rapidly heat the hole key of the finishing gear by supplying power to the high-temperature heating strip through a high-temperature conductive wire, the positioning output rod is retracted after high-temperature heating, then a finishing hole horizontal movement adjusting motor is started to drive a horizontal adjusting screw rod to move and adjust the horizontal movement of a limiting vertical bracket, starting a trimming hole vertical motion adjusting motor to drive a vertical adjusting threaded rod to further adjust the adjusting slide block to vertically move, driving a cutting adjusting electric telescopic rod to move in the horizontal plane direction through adjustment of the adjusting slide block, further aligning a cross-shaped cutting drill bit to the hole of a trimming gear, starting the cutting adjusting electric telescopic rod and inserting the cross-shaped cutting drill bit into the hole of the trimming gear, then starting a rotary cutting motor to drive the cross-shaped cutting drill bit to rotate for cutting, starting a clamping electric telescopic rod to drive a clamping output rod to recover after the cutting is finished, relieving the clamping of a clamping strip cone to the trimming gear through the recovery of the clamping output rod to enable the trimming gear to fall into a cooling pool for rapid cooling, starting a plate opening adjusting motor to drive a driving gear to move, and driving a driven gear to move through the driving gear, and further driving a driving rotating rod and a driven rotating rod to move, thereby open articulated baffle and make its gear of repairing drop to the filter screen and place the board top, place the inboard that board filtration back coolant liquid got into to coolant liquid recovery storehouse through the filter screen and retrieve, carry out the liquid feeding in with the coolant liquid suction to the cooling bath through starting the suction pump.

Detailed Description

In order to make the technical solutions of the present invention more clear and definite for those skilled in the art, the present invention is further described in detail below with reference to the examples and the accompanying drawings, but the embodiments of the present invention are not limited thereto.

As shown in fig. 1 to 11, the positioning reference hole surface finishing tool after gear quenching provided in this embodiment includes a workbench 1, a base 8 is installed at the bottom of the workbench 1, a filter bin assembly is installed on the inner side of the base 8 through a limiting sliding assembly, a U-shaped adjusting frame 3 is installed at the top middle portion of the workbench 1, a horizontal adjusting driving assembly is installed on the inner side of the U-shaped adjusting frame 3 along the axial direction of the U-shaped adjusting frame 3, a vertical adjusting driving assembly capable of sliding on the top of the U-shaped adjusting frame 3 is installed on the top of the U-shaped adjusting frame 3, a top groove 5 is formed on the top of the U-shaped adjusting frame 3 along the axial direction of the U-shaped adjusting frame 3, a vertical adjusting sliding block assembly is inserted into the inner side of the top groove 5, a cutting adjusting electric telescopic rod 32 is installed on the vertical adjusting sliding block assembly, a connecting plate frame 33 is installed at the output end of the cutting adjusting electric telescopic rod 32, a rotary cutting assembly is installed at the middle portion of the outer side of the connecting plate frame 33, the cooling bath 51 is installed at the top of workstation 1 and is located connecting plate frame 33 below, cooling liquid storage assembly is installed at 1 apex bight of workstation, and cooling liquid storage assembly and cooling bath 51 intercommunication, cooling bath 51 runs through workstation 1 intercommunication end square frame 13, the top at the filter house subassembly is installed to end square frame 13, gear adjusting seal cover subassembly is installed with the outside of end square frame 13 in the inner wall bottom of end square frame 13, the supporting plate subassembly is installed to the both sides at workstation 1 top, the supporting plate subassembly top is run through and is installed electronic flexible centre gripping subassembly, workstation 1 top side mid-mounting has end plate 38, location electric telescopic handle subassembly is installed at the inboard top of end plate 38, and be equipped with electric heating strip subassembly between end plate 38 and the electronic flexible pole subassembly in location.

Sheathing a trimming gear 49 which needs to perform positioning reference hole surface trimming into a positioning output rod 50, inserting a hole key into a high-temperature heating strip 48, starting a positioning electric telescopic rod 47 to drive the positioning output rod 50 to move, enabling the trimming gear 49 to be positioned at the end part of a clamping output rod 43 and positioned on the inner side of the clamping strip cone 34, starting a clamping electric telescopic rod 35 to drive the clamping output rod 43 to move, driving the clamping strip cone 34 to move through the clamping output rod 43 to clamp a tooth socket on the outer side of the gear, starting an electric heater 39 to supply power to the high-temperature heating strip 48 through a high-temperature resistant lead 46 to rapidly heat the hole key of the trimming gear 49 at high temperature, withdrawing the positioning output rod 50 after high-temperature heating, starting a trimming hole horizontal movement adjusting motor 6 to drive a horizontal adjusting screw 7 to move and adjust the horizontal movement of a limiting vertical hanging frame 29, starting a trimming hole vertical movement adjusting motor 4 to drive a vertical adjusting screw rod 30 to further adjust the vertical movement of an adjusting slider 31, the adjusting slide block 31 is adjusted to drive the cutting adjusting electric telescopic rod 32 to move in the horizontal plane direction, so that the cross cutting drill 42 is aligned with the hole of the trimming gear 49, the cutting adjusting electric telescopic rod 32 is started, the cross cutting drill 42 is inserted into the hole of the trimming gear 49, the rotary cutting motor 40 is started to drive the cross cutting drill 42 to rotate for cutting, after the cutting is finished, the clamping electric telescopic rod 35 is started to drive the clamping output rod 43 to recover, the clamping of the trimming gear 49 by the clamping strip cone 34 is released through the recovery of the clamping output rod 43, so that the trimming gear 49 falls into the cooling pool 51 to be rapidly cooled, the plate opening adjusting motor 23 is started to drive the driving gear 25 to move, the driving gear 25 drives the driven gear 24 to move, the driving rotating rod 26 and the driven rotating rod 27 are driven to move, and the hinged baffle 21 is opened to enable the trimming gear 49 to fall to the top of the filter screen placing plate 14, the coolant enters the inside of the coolant recovery bin 9 for recovery after being filtered by the filter screen placing plate 14, and the coolant is pumped into the cooling tank 51 for liquid charging by starting the water suction pump 37.

In this embodiment, the limiting sliding component includes a sliding groove strip 19, a side limiting sliding rod 15 and a side receiving square groove 20, the side receiving square groove 20 is formed on the inner side of the base 8, the sliding groove strip 19 is installed on both sides of the inner wall of the side receiving square groove 20, the side limiting sliding rod 15 capable of sliding on the inner side of the sliding groove strip 19 is installed on the inner side of the sliding groove strip 19, a filtering bin component is installed on the inner side of the side limiting sliding rod 15, the filtering bin component includes a gear receiving bin 10, a cooling liquid recycling bin 9, a filter screen placing plate 14, a first handle 16, a second handle 17, the filter screen placing plate 14 and a liquid outlet valve 18, the gear receiving bin 10 is installed on the inner side of the side limiting sliding rod 15, the filter screen placing plate 14 is recessed on the top of the gear receiving bin 10, the second handle 17 is installed on the top of the outer side of the filter screen placing plate 14, the cooling liquid recycling bin 9 is located on the inner side of the gear receiving bin 10 and below the filter screen placing plate 14, the middle part of the outer side of the cooling liquid recovery bin 9 is provided with a first handle 16, the corner part of the outer side of the cooling liquid recovery bin 9 is communicated with a liquid outlet valve 18, a gear adjusting sealing cover component comprises a hinged baffle 21, an L frame plate 22, an opening plate adjusting motor 23, a driven gear 24, a driven rotating rod 27 and a driving rotating rod 26, the bottom of the outer side of the bottom square frame 13 is provided with the L frame plate 22, the middle part of the outer side of the L frame plate 22 is provided with the opening plate adjusting motor 23, the output end of the opening plate adjusting motor 23 penetrates through the L frame plate 22 to be provided with the driving rotating rod 26, the part of the outer side of the bottom square frame 13, which is close to the driving rotating rod 26, is provided with the driven rotating rod 27 through a bearing, the outer side of the driven rotating rod 27 is sleeved with the driven gear 24, the outer side of the driving rotating rod 26 is sleeved with a driving gear 25, the driven gear 24 is mutually meshed with the driving gear 25, the driving rotating rod 26 and the driven rotating rod 27 penetrate through the bottom square frame 13 to be provided with the hinged baffle 21, and the hinged flap 21 is located inside the bottom square frame 13.

Start opening board accommodate motor 23 and drive driving gear 25 motion, and drive driven gear 24 motion through driving gear 25, and then drive initiative bull stick 26 and the motion of driven bull stick 27, thereby open articulated baffle 21 and make its finishing gear 49 drop to the filter screen and place board 14 top, place board 14 through the filter screen and filter the back coolant liquid and get into the inboard of coolant liquid recovery storehouse 9 and retrieve, make its gear containing storehouse 10 pull out and can pull first handle 16 and take out the coolant liquid of collecting from side containing square groove 20 through pulling second handle 17, and can filter out finishing gear 49 and the piece of cutting on board 14 is placed to the filter screen, the piece also can drop to cooling bath 51 and collect and cool off more conveniently when carrying out the cutting in addition.

In the embodiment, the horizontal adjusting driving component comprises a trimming hole horizontal movement adjusting motor 6 and a horizontal adjusting screw 7, the trimming hole horizontal movement adjusting motor 6 is arranged at the bottom of the side of the U-shaped adjusting frame 3, the output end of the trimming hole horizontal movement adjusting motor 6 penetrates through the U-shaped adjusting frame 3 and is provided with the horizontal adjusting screw 7, the outer side of the horizontal adjusting screw 7 penetrates through the bottom of the vertical adjusting sliding block component and is meshed with the bottom of the vertical adjusting sliding block component, the vertical adjusting sliding block component comprises a limiting vertical frame 29, a limiting sliding block 28 and an adjusting sliding block 31, the inner side of the top groove 5 is provided with the limiting sliding block 28 capable of sliding in the inner side of the top groove 5, the bottom of the limiting sliding block 28 is provided with the limiting vertical frame 29, the horizontal adjusting screw 7 penetrates through the bottom of the limiting vertical frame 29 and is meshed with the horizontal adjusting screw 7, the inner side of the limiting vertical frame 29 is provided with the adjusting sliding block 31 capable of sliding in the inner side of the limiting vertical frame 29, the vertical adjustment driving assembly comprises a trimming hole vertical movement adjusting motor 4 and a vertical adjusting threaded rod 30, the trimming hole vertical movement adjusting motor 4 is installed in the middle of the top of the limiting sliding block 28, the vertical adjusting threaded rod 30 penetrating through the limiting sliding block 28 into the limiting vertical frame 29 is installed at the output end of the trimming hole vertical movement adjusting motor 4, the vertical adjusting threaded rod 30 penetrates through the adjusting sliding block 31 and is meshed with the adjusting sliding block 31, and the cutting adjusting electric telescopic rod 32 is installed on the outer side of the adjusting sliding block 31.

The trimming hole vertical movement adjusting motor 4 is started to drive the vertical adjusting threaded rod 30 to adjust the adjusting slide block 31 to move vertically, and the adjusting slide block 31 is adjusted to drive the cutting adjusting electric telescopic rod 32 to move in the horizontal plane direction.

In this embodiment, the rotary cutting assembly comprises a rotary cutting motor 40, a clamping head 41, a cross-shaped cutting drill bit 42 and arc-shaped cutting strips 45, the rotary cutting motor 40 is installed in the middle of the outer side of the connecting plate frame 33, the clamping head 41 is arranged at the output end of the rotary cutting motor 40, the cross-shaped cutting drill bit 42 is clamped on the clamping head 41, the arc-shaped cutting strips 45 are integrally formed on the edge portion of the cross-shaped cutting drill bit 42 in the axial direction of the cross-shaped cutting drill bit 42, the cooling liquid storage assembly comprises a cooling liquid storage tank 12, a liquid inlet valve 36 and a water suction pump 37, the cooling liquid storage tank 12 is installed at the top corner of the workbench 1, the top middle of the cooling liquid storage tank 12 is communicated with the water suction pump 37, the output end of the water suction pump 37 is communicated with the cooling pool 51, and the bottom of the outer side of the cooling liquid storage tank 12 is communicated with the liquid inlet valve 36.

The cutting adjustment electric telescopic rod 32 is started, the cross-shaped cutting drill 42 of the cutting adjustment electric telescopic rod is inserted into the hole of the trimming gear 49, the rotary cutting motor 40 is started again to drive the cross-shaped cutting drill 42 to rotate for cutting, and the cooling liquid is pumped into the cooling pool 51 for liquid adding by starting the water suction pump 37.

In this embodiment, the supporting plate assembly comprises a side supporting plate 11 and an L-shaped side plate 44, the side supporting plate 11 is installed at two sides of the top of the workbench 1, the L-shaped side plate 44 is integrally formed at the middle of the inner side of the side supporting plate 11, an electric telescopic clamping assembly is arranged between the side supporting plate 11 and the L-shaped side plate 44, the electric telescopic clamping assembly comprises a clamping electric telescopic rod 35, a clamping output rod 43 and a clamping strip cone 34, the clamping electric telescopic rod 35 is installed at the top of the inner side of the side supporting plate 11, the output end of the clamping electric telescopic rod 35 penetrates through the L-shaped side plate 44 to be installed with the clamping output rod 43, the end of the clamping output rod 43 is installed with the clamping strip cone 34, the end of the clamping strip cone 34 clamps a trimming gear 49, the positioning electric telescopic rod assembly comprises a positioning electric telescopic rod 47 and a positioning output rod 50, the positioning electric telescopic rod 47 is installed at the top of the inner side of the end plate 38, the output end of the positioning electric telescopic rod 47 is provided with a positioning output rod 50, an electric heating strip assembly is arranged between the end plate 38 and the positioning output rod 50, the electric heating strip assembly comprises an electric heater 39, a high-temperature heating strip 48 and a high-temperature resistant electric lead 46, the electric heater 39 is arranged on the outer side of the end plate 38, the high-temperature heating strip 48 is arranged on the outer side of the positioning output rod 50 and the positioning output rod 50 in the axial direction, the high-temperature heating strip 48 is electrically connected with the electric heater 39, and the side supporting leg 2 is arranged on the side portion of the bottom edge of the workbench 1.

The positioning electric telescopic rod 47 is started to drive the positioning output rod 50 to move and enable the trimming gear 49 to be located at the end part of the clamping output rod 43 and located on the inner side of the clamping strip cone 34, the clamping output rod 43 is driven to move by starting the clamping electric telescopic rod 35, and the clamping strip cone 34 is driven to move by the clamping output rod 43 to clamp tooth sockets on the outer side of the gear.

The electric heater 39 is started to supply power to the high-temperature heating strip 48 through the high-temperature resistant conducting wire 46 to rapidly heat the hole key of the trimming gear 49.

A positioning reference hole surface finishing tool after gear quenching and a using method thereof comprise the following steps:

step 1: a trimming gear 49 which needs to perform positioning reference hole surface trimming is sleeved into the positioning output rod 50, and a hole key is inserted into the high-temperature heating strip 48 in alignment;

step 2: starting the positioning electric telescopic rod 47 to drive the positioning output rod 50 to move and enable the trimming gear 49 to be positioned at the end part of the clamping output rod 43 and positioned on the inner side of the clamping strip cone 34;

and step 3: the clamping output rod 43 is driven to move by starting the clamping electric telescopic rod 35, and the clamping strip cone 34 is driven to move by the clamping output rod 43 to clamp tooth sockets on the outer side of the gear;

and 4, step 4: starting the electric heater 39 to supply power to the high-temperature heating strip 48 through the high-temperature resistant conducting wire 46 to rapidly heat the hole key of the trimming gear 49;

and 5: after high-temperature heating, the positioning output rod 50 is retracted, then the trimming hole horizontal movement adjusting motor 6 is started to drive the horizontal adjusting screw 7 to move and adjust the limiting vertical frame 29 to move horizontally, and the trimming hole vertical movement adjusting motor 4 is started to drive the vertical adjusting threaded rod 30 so as to adjust the adjusting slide block 31 to move vertically;

step 6: the adjusting slide block 31 is adjusted to drive the cutting adjusting electric telescopic rod 32 to move in the horizontal plane direction, and then the cross-shaped cutting drill 42 is aligned with the hole of the trimming gear 49;

and 7: starting the cutting adjustment electric telescopic rod 32, inserting the cross cutting drill 42 into the hole of the trimming gear 49, and then starting the rotary cutting motor 40 to drive the cross cutting drill 42 to rotate for cutting;

and 8: after cutting, starting the clamping electric telescopic rod 35 to drive the clamping output rod 43 to be recovered, and releasing the clamping of the clamping strip cone 34 on the trimming gear 49 through the recovery of the clamping output rod 43 so as to enable the trimming gear 49 to fall into the cooling pool 51 for rapid cooling;

and step 9: starting the plate opening adjusting motor 23 to drive the driving gear 25 to move, and driving the driven gear 24 to move through the driving gear 25, so as to drive the driving rotating rod 26 and the driven rotating rod 27 to move, thereby opening the hinged baffle 21 and enabling the trimming gear 49 to fall to the top of the filter screen placing plate 14;

step 10: the cooling liquid enters the inner side of the cooling liquid recovery bin 9 for recovery after being filtered by the filter screen placing plate 14;

step 11: the coolant is pumped into the cooling bath 51 by activating the suction pump 37.
