Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of balancing devices, in particular to a tricycle balancing suspension and a tricycle.

Background

The suspension of tricycle mainly used supports the whole weight of tricycle, and when riding, ordinary suspension is when turning or controlling the level of two-wheeled not the same, because the characteristic drawback of tricycle self, the situation of easily tumbling can appear, brings more serious potential safety hazard for the driving. Mainly because the uneven road surface leads to the centre of gravity of tricycle to shift in the driving process to cause the skew of vehicle, turn on one's side.

The prior art for balancing the tricycle generally adopts a mode of matching a balancing rod and a buffer block to make up the problem of stress deflection caused by the deviation of the center of gravity, so that the impact on a frame is reduced, but the problem of side turning of the tricycle cannot be solved essentially.

Also like this balance mechanism of "tricycle rear suspension balance mechanism" that chinese patent CN208812921U disclosed, this balance mechanism includes balancing pole, gum cover, staple bolt, lock nut, buffer block, connecting rod, and joint bearing, the pole body of balancing pole is fixed with the gum cover symmetrically, the staple bolt cladding is in the gum cover outside, connect fixedly through bolt and frame part, make balancing pole and frame part zonulae occludens, be fixed with the connecting rod through lock nut at the both ends of balancing pole, there is joint bearing at the lower extreme threaded connection of connecting rod, its joint bearing is installed on the axle of trailing arm, can restrain the focus of tricycle and rise, prevent to heeling. But the side-turning condition of the tricycle is only partially relieved, and when the tricycle is in the condition of uneven load caused in other driving processes, the balance problem of the tricycle cannot be really solved by the scheme.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention discloses a balance suspension of a tricycle, aiming at solving the problems of vehicle deflection and side turning caused by gravity center shift due to uneven road surface in the process of driving the tricycle by using a common suspension of the tricycle.

The invention adopts the following scheme:

a balance suspension of a tricycle comprises a swing frame, a mounting frame and a balance mechanism, wherein the swing frame is provided with an upper cross beam and a lower cross beam, and the left end and the right end of each of the two cross beams are hinged with a connecting rod to form an integral frame; the upper cross beam and the lower cross beam can rotate around an external frame along the middle parts of the upper cross beam and the lower cross beam so as to drive the two ends of the cross beam and the connecting rods which are respectively connected to the two ends of the cross beam to swing up and down in an angle change manner; the outer side surfaces of the two connecting rods are provided with the mounting frames used for assembling the rear wheels. The balancing mechanism is disposed within the swing frame and provides resilient cushioning and balancing adjustment for the swing frame rotation such that the center of gravity of the tricycle is substantially maintained on a vertical plane of the counterbalanced suspension along the frame centerline.

As a further improvement, the upper cross beam and the lower cross beam are arranged oppositely, and the connecting rod is approximately vertically arranged in the swing frame and is hinged with the two cross beams through the hinge block.

As a further improvement, at least one detachable gasket is arranged between each cross beam and the hinge block to adjust the included angle between the connecting rod and the cross beam, so that the angle of the mounting frame is adjustable, and the inner inclination angle of the rear wheel is correspondingly adjusted.

As a further improvement, the upper cross beam and the lower cross beam are roughly rhombic frames, the rhombic frames are positioned at two ends of a diagonal line and are respectively hinged with the hinging blocks, two ends of the other diagonal line are connected with a cross rod, and the cross rod penetrates through the rhombic frames along the central line direction of the frame.

As a further improvement, the upper cross beam and the cross beam arranged on the lower cross beam are connected and fixed through a hinge seat; the two hinge seats are respectively arranged at two ends of the cross rod extending out of the cross beam; the hinged seat is provided with a shaft hole approximately positioned on the center line of the frame, so that a main beam of the frame can rotatably penetrate through the shaft hole.

As a further improvement, the balance mechanism comprises an elastic member arranged in the swinging frame in a generally oblique manner; the two elastic pieces are symmetrically arranged along the two sides of the center line direction of the frame; one end of each elastic piece is fixed in the middle of the cross rod of one cross beam, the other end of each elastic piece is arranged on the hinge block on one side of the other cross beam, and the two elastic pieces are correspondingly in a stretching or compressing state along with the rotation of the cross beams so as to adaptively adjust the gravity center position.

As a further improvement, a connecting part of the hinge block and the elastic member is provided with a trigger part protruding towards the direction of the elastic member, and the trigger part moves towards the direction close to or far from the elastic member under the driving of the hinge block through the rotation of the swing frame, and correspondingly presses or pulls the elastic member.

As a further improvement, the elastic part comprises a sleeve with a hollow tubular structure, an inner rod telescopically arranged in the sleeve and a spring sleeved on the inner rod; the sleeve is arranged on the cross rod, and the inner rod is arranged on the hinge block;

one end of the inner rod is sleeved in the sleeve, and the other end of the inner rod is provided with a first supporting seat; the end part of the sleeve, which is close to the inner rod, is correspondingly provided with a second supporting seat, and the spring is arranged between the two supporting seats; the inner rod reciprocates in the sleeve by compressing or extending the spring.

As a further improvement, the elastic part is also provided with an adjusting nut which is used for adjusting the relative position of each supporting seat, so that the preload of the spring sleeved in the supporting seat is adjusted and controlled.

A tricycle comprises a frame and the tricycle balance suspension provided with the frame, wherein a front wheel is arranged at the front end of a main beam of the frame.

By adopting the technical scheme, the invention can obtain the following technical effects:

the application balanced suspension of tricycle, the rear wheel is in a high low position when driving on hollow ground, the connecting rod is vertical approximately along with the motion of wheel, the swing span is one-to-one swing with the connecting rod is articulated, arrange the balance mechanism in the swing span and provide elasticity buffering and balance adjustment for the swing span. When the tricycle runs on a curve or a slope, the two rear wheels form a certain included angle with the ground due to different loads, the connecting rod moves along with the wheels in an approximately oblique mode, the swing frame swings in a hinged mode with the connecting rod to balance the loads of the two wheels through the balance mechanism, the gravity center of the tricycle is adjusted in a self-adaptive mode to be kept on a vertical surface along the center line of the frame, the situation that the balance is broken due to gravity center deviation and the like in the running process is avoided, and therefore the tricycle is balanced to improve safety of the tricycle.
