Referring to fig. 4, in the present embodiment, the conveying and packaging device further includes a metering mechanism 5 disposed on the inclined section 24, and the inclined section 24 of the conveying pipe 2 is provided with the metering mechanism 5, so that on one hand, the quantity of the product conveyed to the storage pipe at each time can be kept consistent, and on the other hand, the blockage caused by the excessive quantity of the product conveyed to the discharge port 22 in the conveying pipe 2 can be avoided. The metering mechanism 5 comprises a first material blocking assembly 51 and a second material blocking assembly 52 which are arranged at intervals, the first material blocking assembly 51 comprises a first material blocking cylinder 511, a first material blocking part 512 connected with the first material blocking cylinder 511 and a first material blocking sensor 513 connected with the first material blocking cylinder 511, the second material blocking assembly 52 comprises a second material blocking cylinder 521, a second material blocking part 522 connected with the second material blocking cylinder 521 and a second material blocking sensor 523 connected with the second material blocking cylinder 521, the conveying pipeline 2 is provided with a penetrating part which is communicated with the inside of the conveying pipeline 2 and used for placing the first material blocking part 512 and the second material blocking part 522 into the inside of the conveying pipeline 2, a metering section for temporarily storing products is formed between the first material blocking part 512 and the second material blocking part 522 of the conveying pipeline 2, and the product amount conveyed to the inside of the material storage pipe can be controlled by adjusting the length of the metering section. When the product is conveyed to reach the metering section and the first material blocking sensor 513 of the first material blocking assembly 51 monitors that the product exists, the first material blocking cylinder 511 continues to keep driving the first material blocking member 512 to press down to the penetrating part penetrating through the conveying pipeline 2 and partially put into the conveying pipeline 2, so that the product is prevented from continuing to move; when the temporary storage amount of the product is increased to a value detected by the second blocking sensor 523 of the second blocking assembly 52, the second blocking cylinder 521 of the second blocking assembly 52 drives the second blocking member 522 to press down to a penetrating part penetrating through the conveying pipeline 2 and to be partially placed inside the conveying pipeline 2, so that the product is blocked to move continuously and the temporary storage amount of the product in the metering section is controlled, at the moment, the first blocking cylinder 511 of the first blocking assembly 51 drives the first blocking member 512 to ascend to the discharge conveying pipeline 2, and the product in the metering section is moved to the material storage discharge port 22 relative to the conveying pipeline 2 under the combined action of the acting force of the first inflating member 25 and the gravity and is conveyed into the pipe; when the first material blocking sensor 513 and the second material blocking sensor 523 both monitor the product, the second material blocking cylinder 521 of the second material blocking assembly 52 drives the second material blocking member 522 to ascend to the delivery pipe 2, and meanwhile, the first material blocking cylinder 511 drives the first material blocking member 512 to press down to the penetrating part penetrating through the delivery pipe 2 and partially put into the delivery pipe 2, so that the product is prevented from continuously moving, and the above operation flow is repeated. Referring to fig. 1, in the present embodiment, a second adjusting assembly 13 for installing the conveying pipeline 2 is disposed on the frame 1, and the specific structure of the second adjusting assembly 13 and the connection manner between the second adjusting assembly 13 and the conveying pipeline 2 are not limited herein; the second adjusting assembly 13 includes an adjusting seat 131 connected to the frame 1 and at least one second adjusting member for connecting the adjusting seat 131 and the frame 1, preferably, the second adjusting member is a fixing screw, the frame 1 is opened with at least one fixing hole for installing the at least one second adjusting member, the adjusting seat 131 is opened with at least one adjusting hole 1311 for the second adjusting member to penetrate and partially insert into the fixing hole, the adjusting hole 1311 is but not limited to a kidney-shaped hole, the fixing hole is but not limited to a threaded hole, by tightening or loosening the connection between the second adjusting member and the fixing hole of the frame 1, and adjusting the relative position of the second adjusting member and the adjusting seat 131, that is, loosening the second adjusting member, moving the position of the adjusting seat 131, changing the position of the second adjusting member at the adjusting hole 1311, thereby adjusting the position of the material inlet 21 of the conveying pipe 2, calibrating the output position of the main rotary table and the position of the material inlet 21, guarantee in the product can carry pipeline 2, improve the reliability and the application scope of carrying packing plant.

The invention also provides a test sorting device which comprises the conveying and packaging device, and the test sorting device with the conveying and packaging device jointly acts on the products in the conveying pipeline 2 by adopting the acting force and the gravity action of the first inflatable part 25 arranged on the conveying pipeline 2, so that the products can be conveyed into the material storage pipe arranged on the material storage mechanism 3, the reliability of the test sorting device is improved, and the production efficiency is improved.
