The speed bump is a traffic facility which is arranged on a highway and used for decelerating passing vehicles, the speed bump is made of rubber usually, part of the speed bump is made of iron, and the speed bump controls the speed of the vehicles in a mandatory and warning mode, so that traffic accidents are reduced.

The uncomfortable feeling generated when the driver drives the vehicle through the speed reducing device is the key point for effectively controlling the vehicle speed, and the stronger the uncomfortable feeling is, the stronger the deceleration desire of the driver is.

However, the conventional deceleration strip is inconvenient to traffic, and the height of the deceleration strip cannot be adjusted according to the difference of traffic flow in different time periods, so that the deceleration strip is often unwilling and unfavorable for vehicle traffic.

Detailed Description

As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the speed reducer with adjustable height of the invention is positioned in a mounting groove of the ground, and comprises a mounting plate 1, a fixed box 2, a lifting rod 4, an adjusting component and a bearing component; wherein, the adjusting component drives the bearing component to move through the lifting rod 4.

The adjusting component comprises a motor 10, a rotating rod 12, two screw units with opposite rotation directions, a lifting plate 5, a connecting rod 15 and a connecting plate 16; the connecting rod 15 drives the connecting plate 16 and the lifting rod 4 to lift through the screw unit.

The bearing component comprises a tilting plate 6, a bearing plate 7 and a sliding rod 9, wherein the tilting plate 6 is connected with the sliding rod 9 through the bearing plate 7.

The both sides of mounting panel 1 are the slope setting, and fixed case 2 is located the lower extreme of mounting panel 1. The opening 3 has been seted up on the mounting panel 1, is connected with a plurality of lifter 4 through adjusting part in the fixed case 2, and lifter 4 passes fixed case 2, and slides in fixed case 2.

When the speed reducer with the adjustable height is installed, an installation groove is dug in a road, and then the fixing box 2 is fixed in the installation groove, so that the installation plate 1 is pressed on the road surface and can be used. When the height of the speed reducer is reduced, the lifting rods 4 are driven to move downwards through the adjusting assembly, so that the lifting plate 5 moves downwards, the two bearing plates 7 are driven to move downwards, meanwhile, the sliding rods 9 move in the sliding rod grooves 8, and finally the height of the speed reducer is changed.

When the speed reducer is lifted, the lifting rods 4 are driven to move upwards through the adjusting assembly, so that the height of the speed reducer can be adjusted to adapt to different road traffic conditions.
