1. A height limiting device is characterized by comprising a portal frame, an intelligent identification module and an alarm module;

2. The height limiting device of claim 1, wherein the intelligent recognition module comprises at least one image acquisition device and a state recognition system;

the at least one image acquisition device is arranged on the portal frame and used for acquiring image information of construction vehicles passing through the portal frame and transmitting the image information to the state identification system;

and the state recognition system determines whether a hopper and a bucket arm of the construction vehicle passing through the portal frame are in an extension state or not based on the image information and a preset neural network model.

3. The height limiting device of claim 2, wherein the state identification system comprises a feature extraction sub-module and a feature classification sub-module;

the characteristic extraction submodule extracts characteristic parameters of the construction vehicle from the image information, and the characteristic parameters are used for representing the extension states of a hopper and a bucket arm of the construction vehicle;

and the characteristic classification submodule determines the extension states of a hopper and a bucket arm of the construction vehicle based on the extracted characteristic parameters.

4. The height limiting device of claim 2, wherein the image capture device is a camera.

5. The height limiting device of claim 1, wherein the gantry comprises two bases, a horizontal cross bar and two vertical columns;

the vertical upright columns are arranged on the base, the horizontal cross rod is arranged between the two vertical upright columns, and the arrangement height of the horizontal cross rod is the height for limiting the construction vehicle to pass through;

the intelligent identification module is arranged on the horizontal cross rod.

6. The height limiting device of claim 5, wherein the base comprises a main shaft and at least four branch fixing shafts;

the accommodating groove is arranged on the main shaft, one accommodating groove corresponds to one branch fixing shaft in position, and the branch fixing shaft is stored in the accommodating groove when not opened.

8. The height limiting device of claim 1, further comprising a plurality of solar panels and an energy storage module;

the plurality of solar panels are electrically connected with the energy storage module; the energy storage module is electrically connected with the intelligent identification module and the alarm module.

9. The height limiting device of claim 1, wherein the alarm module comprises a buzzer and an LED warning light.

Technical Field

The embodiment of the invention relates to the technical field of construction safety, in particular to a height limiting device.

Background

When construction equipment such as large-scale mud-head trucks, transport vehicles, excavators and the like on a construction site is communicated below a power line or is constructed nearby the power line, if a bucket or a bucket arm of a construction vehicle is in an unfolded state, normal operation of an overhead transmission line cannot be influenced; however, when the construction car hopper or the bucket arm is in an extended state, the height of the construction car and the car hopper or the bucket arm can reach dozens of meters, so that the construction car can not only collide with a height-limiting portal frame, but also hang up an overhead transmission line.

The current portal frame function is comparatively single, whether to the current vehicle car hopper of line below or the arm of a dipper expansion this condition often can't effectively distinguish, and then can't carry out differentiation countermeasure, can only regard as limit for height equipment, in addition driver's experience and careful avoid the emergence of accident, in case the driver is to the judgement error of height, or forget with car hopper or arm of a dipper reconversion, will take place the accident that the construction vehicle touched portal frame or overhead transmission line, the power equipment damage incident and the personal safety hidden danger that cause.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention provides a height limiting device, which solves the technical problem that a portal frame in the prior art cannot identify whether a hopper or a bucket arm of a construction vehicle is in an extending state and further cannot warn a driver.

The embodiment of the invention provides a height limiting device, which comprises a portal frame, an intelligent identification module and an alarm module;

the portal frame is arranged at a position where the passing height of the construction vehicle needs to be limited;

the intelligent identification module is arranged on the portal frame and used for acquiring image information of a construction vehicle passing through the portal frame and determining whether a hopper and a bucket arm of the construction vehicle are in an extending state or not based on the image information;

the alarm module is arranged on the portal frame and electrically connected with the intelligent identification module, and executes alarm action when the intelligent identification module determines that the hopper and the bucket arm of the construction vehicle are in the extending state.

Further, the intelligent identification module comprises at least one image acquisition device and a state identification system;

the at least one image acquisition device is arranged on the portal frame and used for acquiring image information of construction vehicles passing through the portal frame and transmitting the image information to the state identification system;

and the state recognition system determines whether a hopper and a bucket arm of the construction vehicle passing through the portal frame are in an extension state or not based on the image information and a preset neural network model.

Further, the state identification system comprises a feature extraction submodule and a feature classification submodule;

the characteristic extraction submodule extracts characteristic parameters of the construction vehicle from the image information, and the characteristic parameters are used for representing the extension states of a hopper and a bucket arm of the construction vehicle;

and the characteristic classification submodule determines the extension states of a hopper and a bucket arm of the construction vehicle based on the extracted characteristic parameters.

Further, the image acquisition device is a camera.

Furthermore, the portal frame comprises two bases, a horizontal cross bar and two vertical columns;

the vertical upright columns are arranged on the base, the horizontal cross rod is arranged between the two vertical upright columns, and the arrangement height of the horizontal cross rod is the height for limiting the construction vehicle to pass through;

the intelligent identification module is arranged on the horizontal cross rod.

Further, the base comprises a main shaft and at least four branch fixing shafts;

the vertical upright column is connected with the main shaft;

one ends of the four branch fixing shafts are fixed on the main shaft, and the other ends of the four branch fixing shafts are fixed on the ground in an opening mode.

Further, the base further comprises a plurality of accommodating grooves, and the number of the accommodating grooves is equal to that of the branch fixing shafts;

the accommodating groove is arranged on the main shaft, one accommodating groove corresponds to one branch fixing shaft in position, and the branch fixing shaft is stored in the accommodating groove when not opened.

Further, the height limiting device further comprises a plurality of solar panels and an energy storage module;

the plurality of solar panels are electrically connected with the energy storage module; the energy storage module is electrically connected with the intelligent identification module and the alarm module.

Detailed Description

The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples. It is to be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not limiting of the invention. It should be further noted that, for the convenience of description, only some of the structures related to the present invention are shown in the drawings, not all of the structures.

It should be noted that the terms "first", "second", and the like in the description and claims of the present invention and the accompanying drawings are used for distinguishing different objects, and are not used for limiting a specific order. The following embodiments of the present invention may be implemented individually, or in combination with each other, and the embodiments of the present invention are not limited in this respect.

Fig. 1 is a structural diagram of a height limiting device according to an embodiment of the present invention.

As shown in fig. 1, the height limiting device comprises a portal frame 10, an intelligent identification module 20 and an alarm module 30; the portal frame 10 is arranged at a position where the passing height of a construction vehicle needs to be limited; the intelligent identification module 20 is arranged on the portal frame 10 and is used for acquiring image information of a construction vehicle passing through the portal frame 10 and determining whether a hopper and a bucket arm of the construction vehicle are in an extending state or not based on the image information; the alarm module 30 is disposed on the gantry 10 and electrically connected to the intelligent recognition module 20, and the alarm module 20 performs an alarm operation when the intelligent recognition module 30 determines that the hopper and the arm of the construction vehicle are in the extended state.

Specifically, the intelligent recognition module 20 can acquire image information of a construction vehicle passing through the portal frame 10 in real time, and judge whether a hopper or an arm of the construction vehicle is in a stretching state according to the acquired image information based on a preset neural network model, and if the judgment result is that the hopper or the arm of the construction vehicle is in the stretching state, send an alarm signal to the alarm module 20, and the alarm signal 30 executes an alarm action based on the received alarm signal, including sending an alarm prompt tone, a voice prompt, flashing an LED warning light, a text prompt and the like, so as to prompt a driver that the construction vehicle currently driven cannot safely pass through the portal frame 10.

According to the embodiment of the invention, the intelligent identification module 20 is arranged, and whether the current construction vehicle can safely pass through the portal frame 10 is judged by utilizing the preset neural network model and the acquired image information of the passing construction vehicle, so that the technical problem that the portal frame in the prior art cannot identify whether the hopper or the arm of the construction vehicle is in the stretching state and further cannot warn a driver is solved, the technical effects that whether the hopper or the arm of the construction vehicle is in the stretching state can be identified in time and the construction vehicle in the stretching state is warned are achieved, the occurrence of accidents is effectively avoided, and the personal safety is ensured.

Fig. 2 is a structural diagram of another height limiting device according to an embodiment of the present invention.

Optionally, as shown in fig. 2, the smart identification module 20 includes at least one image capturing device 21 and a state identification system 22; at least one image acquisition device 21 is arranged on the portal frame 10 and used for acquiring image information of construction vehicles passing through the portal frame 10 and transmitting the image information to a state identification system 22; the state recognition system 22 determines whether the hopper and the arm of the construction vehicle passing through the gantry 10 are in the extended state based on the image information and a preset neural network model. Optionally, the image acquisition device 21 is a camera.

Specifically, the image acquisition device 21 may select a camera and be arranged on the gantry 10, so as to acquire image information of a construction vehicle passing through the gantry 10 in real time, in order to acquire multi-angle image information and ensure accuracy of state identification, a plurality of image acquisition devices 21 may be arranged, the image information of the construction vehicle is acquired from different angles, and the acquired image information is transmitted to the state identification system 22, the state identification system 22 may perform processing such as feature extraction, classification and identification on the image information through a preset neural network model, the preset neural network model includes, but is not limited to, a deep residual error neural network and a convolutional neural network, and finally, whether a hopper or a bucket arm of the construction vehicle is in a stretching state or not is judged. The preset neural network model is an intelligent recognition algorithm model which trains and tests the model by means of the established picture data set so as to obtain the state recognition of a hopper and a bucket arm of mechanical equipment such as a construction vehicle.

Optionally, as shown in fig. 2, the state recognition system 22 includes a feature extraction sub-module 201 and a feature classification sub-module 202; the feature extraction submodule 201 extracts feature parameters of the construction vehicle from the image information, wherein the feature parameters are used for representing the extension states of a hopper and a bucket arm of the construction vehicle; the feature classification submodule 202 determines the extension states of the hopper and the arm of the construction vehicle based on the extracted feature parameters.

Specifically, the feature extraction sub-module 201 may automatically extract feature parameters of the construction vehicle in the image information through a deep convolutional neural network, and perform feature fusion through a Feature Pyramid Network (FPN) architecture, and the feature classification sub-module 202 may determine the position of the construction vehicle in the picture and the state of the hopper or arm of the construction vehicle by using a deep learning classification network and a recurrent neural network and using the fused features.

Fig. 3 is a structural diagram of another height limiting device according to an embodiment of the present invention.

Alternatively, as shown in fig. 3, the gantry 10 includes two bases 11, a horizontal cross bar 12 and two vertical columns 13; a vertical upright column 13 is arranged on a base 11, a horizontal cross bar 12 is arranged between the two vertical upright columns 13, and the arrangement height of the horizontal cross bar 12 is the height for limiting the passing through of a construction vehicle; the intelligent recognition module 20 is arranged on the horizontal cross bar 12.

Specifically, horizontal cross-bar 12 is used for carrying out the limit for height to the construction vehicle that passes through, sets up intelligent recognition module 20 on the higher horizontal cross-bar 12 in portal frame 10 position, especially sets up image acquisition device 21 in intelligent recognition module 20 on horizontal cross-bar 12, and the field of vision is wider and do not have the sheltering from, helps image acquisition device 21 to the collection of construction vehicle's image information.

Alternatively, as shown in fig. 3, the base 11 includes a main shaft 101 and at least four branch fixing shafts 102; the vertical upright 13 is connected with a main shaft 101; one end of the four branch fixing shafts 102 is fixed to the main shaft 101 (only one branch fixing shaft 102 is exemplarily marked in fig. 3), and the other end is fixed to the ground while being opened.

Specifically, the base 11 is further provided with at least four branch fixing shafts 102, and the four branch fixing shafts 102 are in a cross-shaped structure when being fully opened and are fixed to the ground, so that the portal frame 10 is more stable.

Alternatively, as shown in fig. 3, the base 11 further includes a plurality of accommodating grooves 103 (a schematic view of two accommodating grooves 103 is exemplarily given in fig. 3), the number of accommodating grooves 103 being equal to the number of the branch fixing shafts 102; the accommodating groove 103 is disposed on the main shaft 101, one accommodating groove 103 is located corresponding to one branch fixing shaft 102, and the branch fixing shaft 102 is stored in the accommodating groove 103 when not opened.

Specifically, for the convenience of transportation of the gantry 10, the branch fixing shaft 102 may be retracted and inserted into the receiving groove 103 when the branch fixing shaft 102 is not used.

Optionally, as shown in fig. 1 and 3, the height limiting device further includes a plurality of solar panels 40 (a schematic diagram of two solar panels 40 is exemplarily shown in fig. 3) and an energy storage module 50; the plurality of solar panels 40 are electrically connected with the energy storage module 50; the energy storage module 50 is electrically connected with the intelligent identification module 20 and the alarm module 30.

Specifically, the solar cell panel 40 is disposed on the horizontal cross bar 12 of the gantry 10, and is configured to convert solar energy into electric energy, store the converted electric energy in the energy storage module 50, and the energy storage module 50 sends the electric energy to the intelligent recognition module 20 and the alarm module 30, so as to provide electric energy for the intelligent recognition module 20 and the alarm module 30.

Optionally, as shown in fig. 3, the alarm module 30 includes a buzzer 31 and an LED warning light 32.

Specifically, after the alarm module 30 receives the alarm signal transmitted from the smart identification module 20, the buzzer 31 may send an alarm prompt tone or voice prompt, and flash the LED warning light 32 to warn, so as to prompt the driver that the current construction vehicle cannot safely pass through the portal frame 10.

Optionally, as shown in fig. 3, the alarm module 30 further comprises an LED display screen 33.

Specifically, after the alarm module 30 receives the alarm signal transmitted from the smart identification module 20, a preset alarm text such as "the limited height has been exceeded" may be displayed through the LED display 33 to prompt the driver that the current construction vehicle cannot safely pass through the gantry 10.
