(1) weighing 100 parts of tolane silane resin and 1-100 parts of 1, 7-dimercapto-1, 7-carborane according to the mass part ratio;

(2) fully mixing the tolane silane resin and the 1, 7-dimercapto-1, 7-carborane in the acetone organic solvent according to the mass ratio;

(3) performing click chemical reaction under ultraviolet UV irradiation by using benzoin dimethyl ether (DMPA) as a photoinitiator, wherein the concentration of the photoinitiator is 1-3 wt%, and the reaction time is 10-30 minutes;

(4) and distilling the product to remove the solvent to obtain the 1, 7-dimercapto-1, 7-carborane/phenylethynyl silane hybrid resin.

Background

The silicon alkyne resin is an organic-inorganic hybrid polymer, has extremely high heat resistance and good processing performance, and simultaneously has excellent dielectric property and high-temperature mechanical property, thereby being widely applied to the high-tech fields of aerospace and the like. The prior methyldiphenylethynyl silane resin (MDPES) has good heat resistance and easy processing and molding, and can be used for preparing various advanced composite materials; however, with the development of aerospace and defense industries, higher requirements are also made on the performance of materials, and the developed silicone resin cannot meet the requirements on the thermal oxidation resistance, so that how to improve the thermal oxidation resistance is very important.

Carborane (Carborane) is a compound containing carbon, boron and hydrogen elements at the same time, wherein 2 carbon atoms and 10 boron atoms form an icosahedral cage structure, the structure can play a role of an energy tank, so that the whole molecule is very stable, and meanwhile, the super-aromatic cage structure has a large volume, has a shielding effect on adjacent groups and endows the molecule and derivatives thereof with high thermal stability, so that the introduction of Carborane groups can obviously improve the heat resistance of substances.
