1. An injection molding system, comprising:

a mold clamping device having a fixed platen and a movable platen, and capable of mounting a mold device on the fixed platen and the movable platen;

a mold replacing device for replacing the mold device mounted to the mold clamping device; and

a control unit for controlling the mold clamping unit and the mold replacing unit,

the mold device is provided with an opening prevention mechanism having a locked state in which the fixed mold and the movable mold are prevented from opening, and a lock-released state in which the opening prevention of the fixed mold and the movable mold is released,

the control portion controls the locked state and the unlocked state of the opening prevention mechanism.

2. The injection molding system according to claim 1, comprising:

a detection unit that detects the locked state and the unlocked state of the opening prevention mechanism.

3. The injection molding system of claim 2,

the mold device is provided with the detection unit.

4. The injection molding system of claim 2 or 3,

the detection unit includes a camera for photographing the opening prevention mechanism of the mold device.

5. The injection molding system of any one of claims 2 to 4,

the control portion allows the mold apparatus to be conveyed using the mold exchanging apparatus if the opening prevention mechanism is detected to be in the locked state.

6. The injection molding system of any one of claims 2 to 5,

the control unit allows the mold to be opened using the mold clamping unit when the unlocking state of the opening prevention mechanism of the mold device attached to the mold clamping unit is detected.

The present invention relates to an injection molding system.

Background

Patent document 1 describes a molding method using a plurality of molds, as follows: when the mold to be transferred is attached to the molded article take-out device, the opening prevention mechanism provided in the mold is released. Further, the following are disclosed: the mold from which the molded product has been taken out is closed and opened to prevent locking, and is transferred to the next step.

However, as an opening prevention mechanism for preventing the mold from being opened during the transfer, for example, a method of fixing a plate body to a movable mold and a fixed mold with bolts is known. In this method, after the mold is mounted on the body, the operator needs to detach the bolt and the plate body. Therefore, even if the mold exchange work can be automated using the automatic mold exchanging carriage, a worker is required to detach the bolt or the plate, and there is a problem that the automation cannot be achieved. Further, if the mold is opened before the bolt or the plate is removed, there is a risk that the bolt or the plate is broken or the mold is damaged.

Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide an injection molding system capable of appropriately performing mold replacement.

An injection molding system according to an embodiment includes: a mold clamping device having a fixed platen and a movable platen, and capable of mounting a mold device on the fixed platen and the movable platen; a mold replacing device for replacing the mold device mounted to the mold clamping device; and a control unit that controls the mold clamping device and the mold exchanging device, wherein the mold device includes an opening prevention mechanism having a locked state in which opening prevention of a fixed mold and a movable mold is prevented, and a lock released state in which the opening prevention of the fixed mold and the movable mold is released, and the control unit controls the locked state and the lock released state of the opening prevention mechanism.

Effects of the invention

According to the present invention, it is possible to provide an injection molding system capable of appropriately performing mold replacement.
