Background

With the increase of social economy and the continuous improvement of the consumption level of people, automobiles have entered every family as a travel tool, and the travel mode of people is continuously influenced. The air outlet of the automotive interior air conditioner serves as a terminal of an air conditioning ventilation system, plays an important role in adjusting the air flow in the automobile and the temperature in the automobile in a balanced manner, and directly influences the comfortable driving of passengers.

The wind sweeping function is widely applied in the fields of household air conditioners, household electric fans and the like, and determines the blowing range and the use area of the household air conditioners and the electric fans. However, in the automobile industry, the blowing direction of most automobile models is changed by mechanically adjusting the air inlet blades, the blowing mode is direct blowing, air flow is directly blown to the face of a user, the comfort is poor, and the air flow diffusion and the temperature balance in the automobile are not facilitated. The invention aims to provide an automatic air sweeping air outlet and an automobile, so as to realize the automatic air sweeping function of an air outlet of an automobile air conditioner.

Referring to fig. 1 to 4, an embodiment of the present invention provides an automatic air outlet, including: the air outlet body 1 is provided with an air outlet, and the air outlet of the air outlet body 1 is circular; the rotating structure 2 is rotatably assembled on the air outlet body 1, the rotating structure 2 is provided with at least two blades 22 rotating along with air conditioner air outlet of the air outlet body 1, and a gap for blowing air conditioner air outlet of the air outlet body 1 into a vehicle is arranged between every two adjacent blades 22.

During operation, the air outlet of air conditioner flows out through the wind gap of air outlet body 1, and blade 22 rotates under the drive of air conditioner air-out, and the air outlet of air conditioner disperses the air-out under the rotation of blade 22, realizes the effect of automatic sweeping the wind. Particularly, in order to enable the blades 22 to rotate along with the air conditioner outlet air of the air outlet body 1, the blades 22 are arranged in a spiral mode, the number of the blades of the spiral blades 22 is 3-12, an included angle of 0-90 degrees is formed between the stress surface of each blade 22 and the air conditioner outlet air direction of the air outlet body 1, and the stress surface of each blade 22 is the surface of the blade 22, which receives the wind power of the air conditioner outlet air of the air outlet body 1. In this embodiment, in contrast to a method of autonomously volatilizing a fragrance by a fragrance, which is generally known in the art, the fragrance emission is not realized by the autonomously volatilized fragrance of the fragrance particles 2111 in this embodiment. In this embodiment, the fragrance particles 2111 can emit fragrance, and a part of air-conditioning outlet air of the air outlet body 1 enters the fragrance accommodating cavity 211 through the airflow inlet to contact with the fragrance particles 2111, and fine particles on the outer surface of the fragrance particles 2111 fall off under the action of the airflow and flow out of the fragrance outlet 231 along with the airflow and enter the interior of the vehicle cabin, so that the fragrance in the vehicle is maintained, and the riding feeling of drivers and passengers is improved. Compared with the prior art, when no airflow is introduced into the fragrance accommodating cavity 211, the fragrance particles 2111 can be kept to be little or no particles fall off, so that fragrance is not emitted into the vehicle, and thus, the fragrance is not emitted into the vehicle under the parking condition, and waste can be reduced.

To achieve that the fragrance particles 2111 can flow out under the action of an air flow, with reference to fig. 1, 2 and 4, the rotating structure 2 comprises: one ends of at least two blades 22 are uniformly arranged on the outer surface of the inner ring 21 and are connected with the inner ring 21; one end of the inner ring 21 is opened to form the fragrance accommodating cavity 211; and the cover plate 23 is used for covering one end opening of the inner ring 21, and the fragrance outlet 231 is arranged on the cover plate 23. Wherein, fragrance export 231 can set up to a plurality ofly, and a plurality of fragrance exports 231 evenly distributed to improve the outward appearance aesthetic property of the air outlet of this application, and make more even that the fragrance distributes. The fragrance outlet 231 can be arranged on the end face of the cover plate 23, which is far away from the inner ring 21, and is used for emitting fragrance to the carriage; or, the fragrance emission is performed from the side surface by being provided on the side wall of the cover plate 23 adjacent to the inner ring 21.

The cover plate 23 is fixed with the inner ring 21 in a clamping manner or a screwing manner, so that the phenomenon that the fragrance particles 2111 are exposed or fall off due to the separation of the cover plate 23 and the inner ring 21 in the driving process is avoided. For example, in some embodiments, not shown, the cover plate 23 is threadably coupled to the inner ring 21, one of the cover plate 23 and the inner ring 21 has external threads, and the other of the cover plate 23 and the inner ring 21 has internal threads, and the external threads are threadably engaged with the internal threads, thereby achieving assembly of the cover plate 23 and the inner ring 21. For example, the outer circumferential surface of the cover plate 23 has external threads, and the inner circumferential surface of the inner ring 21 has internal threads, whereby the screw connection of the cover plate 23 and the inner ring 21 can be achieved. The fragrance inside the fragrance accommodating chamber 211 is replaced by opening/closing by rotating the cover plate 23 clockwise/counterclockwise.

Referring to fig. 2, a surface of the cover plate 23 facing away from the fragrance receiving cavity 211 is provided with a mounting and dismounting groove 232 having a square shape, and a user uses a specific tool (e.g., a straight screwdriver) to cooperate with the mounting and dismounting groove 232, so as to perform a screwing or unscrewing operation on the cover plate 23. The assembling groove 232 can be provided with a decorative bright strip to beautify the cover plate 23, so as to improve the aesthetic property of the air outlet.

In other embodiments, as shown in fig. 1, the cover plate 23 is snap-fit connected to the inner ring 21, one of the cover plate 23 and the inner ring 21 has a snap, and the other of the cover plate 23 and the inner ring 21 has a snap adapted to snap fit with the snap. For example, the cover plate 23 is provided with a buckle, the inner ring 21 is provided with a clamping groove, the cover plate 23 is connected with the inner ring 21 in a clamping mode, the clamping mode is simple in structure, the operation is quick and convenient, and the assembly and disassembly time of the cover plate 23 and the inner ring 21 is saved.

As shown in fig. 1 and 4, an end surface of the inner ring 21 facing the air outlet body 1 is provided with a mounting hole 212 communicating with the fragrance accommodating cavity 211, and the rotating structure 2 further includes: the bearing support 24 is installed at the air conditioner air outlet of the air outlet body 1, the bearing support 24 is in interference fit with an inner cavity of the air conditioner air outlet of the air outlet body 1, the bearing support 24 is provided with a through hole for the air conditioner air outlet to pass through, a central hole 241 is formed in the bearing support 24 and faces the end face of the air outlet body 1, and the central hole 241 is an inner hole with a small aperture so that a small part of the air conditioner air outlet of the air outlet body 1 enters the central hole; a hollow shaft 25, an inner hole 251 of the shaft 25 penetrates through two ends of the hollow shaft, one end of the shaft 25 is fixed on the bearing support 24, and the inner hole 251 of the shaft 25 is communicated with the central hole 241; the bearing 26 is assembled in the mounting hole 212 in an interference fit mode; the other end of the shaft 25 is communicated to the fragrance accommodating cavity 211 through the bearing 26, and the inner hole 251 and the central hole 241 of the shaft 25 form the air flow inlet. The inner race 21 and the blades 22 are allowed to rotate relative to the shaft 25 due to the provision of the bearing 26.

As shown in fig. 1 and 3, the method further includes: the decoration piece 3 covers the edge of the rotating structure 2 and is detachably connected with the air outlet body 1; the decorative piece 3 is provided with an opening for enabling the fragrance flowing out from the fragrance outlet 231 and the air conditioner air outlet diffused by the blades 22 to flow into the vehicle, and the decorative piece 3 wraps the annular rotating structure 2 and the part matched with the air outlet body 1, so that the attractive performance is improved. Meanwhile, a pattern for improving the appearance effect can be engraved on the outer surface of the garnish 3. Wherein, the decoration 3 is connected with the air outlet body 1 through clamping or screw connection. For example, in some embodiments, not shown, the decoration 3 is screwed to the outlet body 1, one of the decoration 3 and the outlet body 1 has an external thread, and the other of the decoration 3 and the outlet body 1 has an internal thread, and the external thread is screwed to the internal thread, so that the decoration 3 is assembled to the outlet body 1. For example, the outer peripheral surface of the garnish 3 has external threads, and the inner peripheral surface of the outlet body 1 has internal threads, whereby the screwed connection of the garnish 3 to the outlet body 1 can be achieved. The decoration 3 is opened/closed by rotating the decoration 3 clockwise/counterclockwise, thereby detaching the decoration 3.

In other embodiments, the decoration 3 is connected with the air outlet body 1 in a clamping manner, one of the decoration 3 and the air outlet body 1 is provided with a buckle, the other of the decoration 3 and the air outlet body 1 is provided with a clamping groove, and the buckle is suitable for being matched with the clamping groove in a clamping manner. For example, the decorating part 3 is provided with a buckle, the air outlet body 1 is provided with a clamping groove, the decorating part 3 is connected with the air outlet body 1 in a clamping mode, the clamping mode is simple in structure, operation is fast and convenient, and the assembling and disassembling time of the decorating part 3 and the air outlet body 1 is saved.

According to the embodiment of the invention, air conditioner outlet air is discharged from the air port of the air outlet body 1, most of the air conditioner outlet air passes through the through holes of the bearing support 24 and flows to the blades 22, and the blades 22 rotate spirally under the action of air flow, so that the air conditioner outlet air is diffused and discharged, the effect of automatic air sweeping is achieved, and the manufacturing cost is reduced; a small part of air conditioner outlet air enters the fragrance accommodating cavity 211 through the central hole 241 and the inner hole 251 of the shaft 25 to be in contact with the outer surfaces of the fragrance particles 2111, and fine particles on the outer surfaces of the fragrance particles 2111 flow into a compartment through the fragrance outlet 231 along with air flow, so that the interior of the vehicle is full of fragrance.

According to another aspect of the invention, the invention also provides an automobile which comprises the automatic wind sweeping air outlet.
