Background

The speed-multiplying line is a material conveying device which is important for assembly and production processing procedures in the production and manufacturing industry, and the line body is usually composed of a head-tail elevator, a speed-multiplying line body and the like when in use. The upper-layer line body is used for enabling the tooling plate to flow to a working position and waiting for corresponding assembling or processing procedures of a manipulator or manual operation; the lower-layer line body is used for backflow of the tooling plate, and the head-tail lifter is used for switching and conveying the upper line body and the lower line body of the tooling plate. Such wires are typically in a linear or racetrack arrangement.

A heavy-load head-tail elevator is a classic traditional device, is widely used in common production and assembly, and is particularly common in the electronic automobile industry. The invention aims to provide a heavy-load head-tail elevator with a novel structure, so as to realize the purposes of easy manufacture, convenient installation and low cost.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to solve the technical problem, the invention provides a double-speed line heavy-load head-tail elevator which comprises a rack, and a lifting assembly and a conveying assembly which are arranged on the rack;

the lifting assembly comprises a lifting cylinder, a jacking assembly, a lifting chain, an auxiliary guide rail and a sliding block; the lifting cylinder is arranged on a bottom plate of the rack, the auxiliary guide rails are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the lifting cylinder, and the sliding blocks are fixed on the auxiliary sliding rails; the jacking assembly is arranged at the telescopic end of the lifting cylinder and drives a lifting chain in meshed connection with the jacking assembly, and the conveying assembly is fixedly connected with the sliding block and the lifting chain so as to drive the jacking assembly and the lifting chain through the jacking assembly and further drive the conveying assembly to realize a lifting function along the auxiliary guide rail under the action of the sliding block;

the conveying assembly comprises chain transmission components at the left side and the right side, a middle driving component, an end power shaft and a lifting base component; the chain transmission assembly, the middle driving assembly and the end power shaft are all arranged on the lifting base assembly, and two sides of the lifting base assembly are fixedly connected with the sliding blocks and the lifting chains on two sides of the rack, so that the lifting assembly drives the lifting assembly and the lifting chains through the lifting assembly and further drives the conveying assembly to realize a lifting function along the auxiliary guide rail under the action of the sliding blocks; the middle driving assembly drives the chain transmission assemblies on the left side and the right side through the end power shaft to realize synchronous transmission so as to realize the horizontal transmission function of workpieces.

Furthermore, chain supports on the inner sides of the conveying chains are arranged in the middle of the supporting side plates on the two sides in the upward direction and used for supporting the conveying chains, and guiding parts are arranged on the upper portions of the supporting side plates on the two sides and used for conveying and guiding workpieces on the conveying chains.

The middle driving assembly comprises a speed reducer arranged on the lifting side plate through a motor base, the output end of the speed reducer is connected to a first chain wheel arranged on the end power shaft through a first chain, and the first chain wheel is used for transmitting torque to drive the end power shaft and further drive the conveying chains on two sides, so that the horizontal conveying function of workpieces is realized.

Optionally, telescopic and vertically adjustable anti-collision buffer positioning devices are arranged on two sides of the driving end of the chain transmission assembly, and each positioning device comprises a buffer frame arranged on two sides of the driving end of the chain transmission assembly, and a second buffer and a buffer block which are arranged on the buffer frame; the middle of the chain transmission assembly is provided with a sensing element, and the driving end of the chain transmission assembly is provided with a sensing bracket.

Optionally, a lifting ring is mounted on a top plate of the rack to realize a lifting function, and a foot cup and a foot margin are mounted at the bottom of the bottom plate to realize a stable supporting function; the frame is also provided with a drag chain corresponding to the conveying assembly so as to realize a lifting function by matching with the lifting assembly; the side edge of the rack is also provided with a sealing plate to realize the functions of dust prevention and safety protection; and the side edge of the rack is also provided with a connecting plate to realize the positioning and installation of the head-tail lifter in a speed doubling line.

Referring to fig. 2, the jacking assembly 5 comprises a jacking shaft block 5-4 arranged at the telescopic end of the lifting cylinder 4, a jacking shaft 5-1 horizontally penetrating through the jacking shaft block 5-4, and two chain wheels 5-2 mounted at two ends of the jacking shaft 5-1 through bearings 5-3 and meshed with the lifting chain 6, wherein one end of the lifting chain 6 is fixedly connected with a bottom plate 18 of the frame 1 and the other end is fixedly connected with the lifting base assembly 3-4.

Referring to fig. 3, the conveying assembly 3 comprises a left side chain transmission component 3-1, a right side chain transmission component 3-1, a middle driving component 3-2, an end power shaft 3-3 and a lifting base component 3-4; the chain transmission component 3-1, the middle driving component 3-2 and the end power shaft 3-3 are all arranged on the lifting base component 3-4, and two sides of the lifting base component 3-4 are fixedly connected with the sliding blocks 8 and the lifting chains 6 on two sides of the rack 1, so that the lifting component 5 drives the lifting component 5 and the lifting chains 6 to drive the conveying assembly 3 to realize a lifting function along the auxiliary guide rail 7 under the action of the sliding blocks 8; the middle driving component 3-2 drives the chain transmission components 3-1 at the left side and the right side through the end power shaft 3-3 to realize synchronous transmission so as to realize the horizontal transmission function of the workpiece.

Referring to FIG. 3, the chain transmission assembly 3-1 comprises two groups of supporting side plates 3-1-a which correspond to the two side sliding plates 3-4-a respectively and are installed through connecting blocks 3-4-d, the two groups of supporting side plates 3-1-a are connected through a fixed width shaft II 13, two ends of each group of supporting side plates 3-1-a are in supporting connection through a fixed width shaft I3-1-b, two ends of an end head power shaft 3-3 are in rotating connection with driving ends of the supporting side plates 3-1-a at two sides through vertical bearing seats 3-1-d, two ends of the end head power shaft 3-3 are in driving connection with driving chain wheels 3-1-c arranged between the supporting side plates 3-1-a at two sides respectively, driven ends of the supporting side plates 3-1-a at two sides are provided with tensioning shafts 3-1-i The driven chain wheel 3-1-h is arranged on the tensioning block 3-1-j, and the driving chain wheel 3-1-c and the driven chain wheel 3-1-h are in chain transmission connection through the conveying chain 3-1-e so as to realize the horizontal conveying of the workpiece through the conveying chain 3-1-e; a chain support 3-1-f at the inner side of the conveying chain 3-1-e is arranged above the middle of the supporting side plate 3-1-a at two sides, and the upper parts of the supporting side plates 3-1-a at two sides are provided with guide pieces 3-1-g for conveying and guiding the workpiece on the conveying chain 3-1-e; the middle driving assembly 3-2 comprises a speed reducer 3-2-a which is arranged on a lifting side plate 3-4-b through a motor base 14, the output end of the speed reducer 3-2-a is connected to a chain wheel I3-2-c arranged on the end power shaft 3-3 through a chain I3-2-b, and the end power shaft 3-3 is driven by the torque transmitted by the chain I3-2-b and then the conveying chains 3-1-e on the two sides are driven, so that the horizontal conveying function of the workpiece is realized.

Referring to fig. 3, both sides of the driving end of the chain transmission assembly 3-1 are provided with a positioning device 10 which is telescopic and can adjust up and down for crash prevention and buffer, and the positioning device 10 comprises a buffer frame 10-3 arranged on both sides of the driving end of the chain transmission assembly 3-1, a second buffer 10-1 and a buffer block 10-2 arranged on the buffer frame 10-3; the chain drive assembly 3-1 is equipped with a sensor element 11 in the middle and the drive end is provided with a sensor carrier 12.

Referring to fig. 1, a top plate 15 of a frame 1 is provided with a lifting ring 16 to realize a lifting function, and the bottom of a bottom plate 18 is provided with a foot cup 19 and a foot 20 to realize a stable supporting function; the frame 1 is also provided with a drag chain 21 corresponding to the conveying assembly 3 to realize the lifting function by matching with the lifting assembly 2; the side of the frame 1 is also provided with a sealing plate 22 to realize the functions of dust prevention and safety protection; the side of the frame 1 is also provided with a connecting plate 17 to realize the positioning and installation of the head-tail lifter in the speed doubling line.

The lifting cylinder 4 acts to drive the jacking assembly 5 and the conveying assembly 3 to move up and down along the auxiliary guide rail 7, so that the workpiece is lifted; the conveying assembly 3 drives the end power shaft 3-3 through the speed reducer 3-2-a to synchronously drive the conveying chains 3-1-e at the two sides to synchronously transmit so as to realize the front and back translation of the workpiece, and has the advantages of easy manufacture, convenient installation, low price and large load.
