And performing corresponding process extraction on the obtained crude protein powder, crude total flavonoids and crude SOD according to different purity requirements.

(1) taking 100 kg of fresh and tender moringa leaves, selecting, hammering, cutting, kneading, squeezing, and filtering with a 30-mesh filter screen to remove branch and leaf residues to obtain 72.4 kg of moringa tender branch and leaf pulp;

(2) heating the moringa oleifera tender branch leaf pulp obtained in the step (1) to 70 ℃, preserving heat for 30 minutes, filtering and collecting leaf protein flocculation by using a 60-mesh filter screen, filtering the leaf protein flocculation by using 120-mesh filter cloth and 0.1Mpa pressure to obtain a filter cake, drying and drying the filter cake at the temperature of 120-mesh and 130 ℃, and crushing after drying to obtain 2.35 kg of a crude moringa oleifera tender leaf protein powder product with the protein content of more than 68%;

(4) and (3) removing the total flavonoids from the concentrated leaf clear juice obtained in the step (3), and then performing the process steps of extracting SOD, namely: adding ammonium sulfate salt into the concentrated leaf juice without total flavonoids at 4 ℃ to 85% of saturated concentration, keeping for 3-4 hours, then using a high-speed tubular centrifuge with the centrifugal speed of 16000r/min to recover SOD precipitate separated out by the ammonium sulfate salt, and freeze-drying the recovered SOD precipitate to obtain crude moringa oleifera tender leaf SOD freeze-dried powder 0.155 with the enzyme activity of more than 2000U/mg.

And performing corresponding process extraction on the obtained crude protein powder, crude total flavonoids and crude SOD according to different purity requirements.
