The invention aims to provide a pretreatment method for preparing a metal coating on the surface of a cast metal piece, which can improve the bonding force between the cast metal piece and the metal coating and reduce the occurrence of metal coating blistering.

The pinholes are very small, if the pinholes are not treated, the subsequent conventional metal coating preparation pretreatments such as acid washing and the like are carried out, the pinholes still remain on the surfaces of the manufactured parts, and after the metal coating is covered, the manufactured parts are easy to be heated in the subsequent use process to cause gas expansion inside the pinholes to cause peeling of the metal coating, and particularly, the environments with severe cold and hot circulation and severe corrosive atmosphere are more obvious.

More preferably, the mixed acid is obtained by mixing 30-50% by mass of hydrofluoric acid, 50-70% by mass of nitric acid and water according to a volume ratio of 2-5: 30-40: 100.
