Referring to fig. 1 to 3, an embodiment of the present invention provides a grass mowing device, which includes a moving vehicle, a control room, a mechanical arm, and a grass mowing assembly, wherein the grass mowing assembly includes a cover plate 1, a blade assembly 2, and a driving member disposed on a top surface of the cover plate 1; one end of the mechanical arm is connected with the control room, and the other end of the mechanical arm is connected with the top surface of the cover plate 1; the control room is arranged on the moving vehicle and used for controlling the movement of the mechanical arm; apron 1's bottom surface rotationally is equipped with blade subassembly 2, and blade subassembly 2 is connected with the driving piece, and the driving piece is used for driving blade subassembly 2 rotatory, and apron 1's the left and right sides all is equipped with a plurality of truckles 3. Wherein the caster 3 may be, but is not limited to, a universal wheel. Of course, in order to further improve the grass-mowing efficiency, the number of the blade assemblies 2 can be multiple, and the blade assemblies 2 are uniformly distributed on the bottom surface of the cover plate 1.

The grass mowing device can be operated by only two workers, and multiple workers do not need to operate alternately. For convenience of description, the two workers will be referred to as the driver and the operator, respectively, when in use: firstly, a driver drives the mobile vehicle to the initial position of a road to be mowed; then, an operator controls a mechanical arm in the control room to move the cover plate 1 to the grassland of the shoulder and starts a driving piece; finally, the driver drives the vehicle towards its end position along the road to be mowed. At this moment, under the drive of locomotive, apron 1 moves on the curb along waiting to mow the grass the road, and the blade subassembly 2 of apron 1 below cuts off the weeds on the curb through constantly rotating in 1 removal in-process of apron.

It should be noted that the moving vehicle in the grass mowing device can directly adopt the existing small-sized truck, the structure formed by the control room, the mechanical arm and the grass mowing assembly can be improved by the existing crawler excavator, that is, the bucket of the existing crawler excavator can be replaced by the grass mowing assembly, and the grass mowing assembly is connected with the mechanical arm of the crawler excavator through the mechanical arm connecting piece 7, so that the operating room of the existing crawler excavator is the control room of the grass mowing device, and the mechanical arm of the existing crawler excavator is the mechanical arm of the grass mowing device.

Taking a small truck and an improved crawler excavator as examples, a worker respectively adopts a side-hung grass trimmer and the grass trimmer in the embodiment of the invention to perform grass trimming operation, so as to compare the working efficiency and the cost of the existing side-hung grass trimmer with the working efficiency and the cost of the grass trimmer in the embodiment of the invention, and the specific test is as follows:

test one: according to the working time of 8 hours per day, 5 workers alternately use two side-hung grass trimmers to carry out operation, and the final grass trimming area is only about 2000 square meters; two workers cooperatively use the grass mowing device to perform operation, and the final grass mowing area can reach about 11000-12000 square meters. Therefore, the working efficiency of the grass mowing device in the embodiment of the invention is 5.5-6 times of that of the existing side-hung grass mowing machine.

And (2) test II: calculated according to the 12000 square meter of the grass mowing area per day, at least 6 shifts are needed to be arranged when the side-hanging grass mowing machine is adopted for operation, each shift needs two side-hanging grass mowing machines and 5 workers, and therefore the labor cost is 130 x 6 x 5-3900 yuan; each side-hung grass trimmer consumes 2.5 liters of oil per liter and 9 yuan, so that the fuel cost is 2 × 6 × 2.5 × 9 ═ 270 yuan; the daily grass-mowing rope loss of the side-hung grass-mowing machine is 18 yuan, and the total grass-mowing rope loss is 2 × 6 × 18-216 yuan. Therefore, the total cost of the side-hung grass trimmer for completing the work task of 12000 square meters is 3900+270+216 yuan, which is the total labor cost, the fuel cost and the total loss of the grass trimming rope is 4386 yuan. According to the grass mowing device provided by the embodiment of the invention, only one driver, one operator, one small truck and the improved crawler excavator are needed, the lease fee of one small truck and the daily wage of the corresponding driver are 450 yuan, and the lease fee of one crawler excavator and the daily wage of the corresponding operator are 1000 yuan at present. Therefore, compared with the side-hung grass trimmer, the total cost of completing the operation task of 12000 square meters is 450+ 1000-1450 yuan, and 4386-1450-2936 yuan can be saved each day.

Compared with the existing side-hanging type grass trimmer, the grass trimmer provided by the embodiment of the invention has the advantages of high grass trimming speed, high working efficiency, low labor cost and no influence of outside weather.

Further, consider that there may be massive fragment of brick or stone in the meadow of curb, in order to avoid blade subassembly 2 rotatory in-process to touch massive fragment of brick or stone and damage, the front side of apron 1 is equipped with a plurality of perpendicular separation blades 4, and a plurality of perpendicular separation blades 4 interval sets up in proper order between the left and right sides of apron 1, that is to say, a plurality of perpendicular separation blades 4 interval sets up in proper order along the width direction of apron 1, and blade subassembly 2 locates the rear of perpendicular separation blade 4. It should be noted that, the front, rear, left, and right are referred to herein with reference to the moving direction of the cover plate 1, one side of the cover plate 1 facing the moving direction is a front side, one side of the cover plate facing away from the moving direction is a rear side, and the other two sides are left and right sides, respectively. Because the front side of apron 1 is equipped with a plurality of perpendicular separation blades 4, consequently apron 1 has massive fragment of brick or stone along the in-process that moves forward along waiting to beat the grass road on the curb, if there is massive fragment of brick or stone in the grassland in apron 1 the place ahead, massive fragment of brick or stone can't get into the below of apron 1 through the clearance between two adjacent perpendicular separation blades 4, these massive fragment of brick or stone move forward along with apron 1 under the promotion of perpendicular separation blade 4 together, only little grass and rubble could get into the below of apron 1 through the clearance of two adjacent perpendicular separation blades 4.

Certainly, in order to avoid that massive bricks or stones on the road shoulder hit the vertical blocking piece 4 when the moving speed of the cover plate 1 is high, a buffering process is ensured after the vertical blocking piece 4 collides with the bricks or stones, and one side of the vertical blocking piece 4, which is back to the blade assembly 2, is an inclined plane. In addition, in order to reduce the weight of the vertical baffle piece 4 and avoid the phenomenon that the whole body inclines towards the front side of the cover plate 1 due to the unbalance after the vertical baffle piece 4 is installed on the front side of the cover plate 1, a plurality of lightening holes 4.1 are formed in the surface of the vertical baffle piece 4. Taking a vertical baffle 4 with the width of 220mm and the thickness of 12mm as an example, the surface of the vertical baffle can be provided with at least 4 lightening holes 4.1 with the diameter of about 30 mm. Further, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, in order to facilitate the installation of the vertical blocking piece 4 and improve the strength of the vertical blocking piece 4, an outwardly protruding reinforcing plate 4.2 is formed on the surface of the vertical blocking piece 4, and the top surface of the reinforcing plate 4.2 is connected with the cover plate 1; the top surface of the vertical blocking piece 4 is provided with a mounting lug 4.3, and the cover plate 1 is provided with a mounting hole 1.1 for inserting the mounting lug 4.3. The thickness of the mounting projection 4.3 is smaller than that of the vertical blocking piece 4, for example, when the thickness of the vertical blocking piece 4 is 12mm, the thickness of the mounting projection 4.3 is preferably 5mm, and the thickness of the reinforcing plate 4.2 is preferably 10 mm. Therefore, when the vertical baffle piece 4 is installed, the installation lug 4.3 on the top surface of the vertical baffle piece can be inserted into the corresponding installation hole 1.1; the mounting lugs 4.3 and the reinforcing plate 4.2 are then welded to the cover plate 1.

In addition, considering that the blade assembly 2 can cause the cut small grass and the broken stones in the grassland to splash in the process of cutting the small grass in a rotating way, in order to facilitate the later cleaning and avoid the splashed objects from hurting passers-by, as shown in fig. 3, the rear side of the cover plate 1 and the side of the cover plate 1 facing the moving vehicle are both provided with baffle plates 5, one ends of the baffle plates 5 are connected with the cover plate 1, and the other ends of the baffle plates 5 extend downwards. In order to facilitate the later-stage replacement and cleaning, the baffle 5 is fixed on the cover plate 1 through bolts. Wherein, the baffle 5 can be obliquely arranged from top to bottom.

Further, the blade assembly 2 comprises a multi-blade and a rotating shaft, one end of the rotating shaft is connected with the multi-blade, and the other end of the rotating shaft penetrates through the cover plate 1 and is connected with the driving piece. Wherein the multi-bladed blade may be, but is not limited to, a two bladed blade or a three bladed blade.

As shown in fig. 1, the driving member includes a motor 6.1, a first belt pulley 6.2, a second belt pulley 6.3 and a belt 6.4, the first belt pulley 6.2 is fixed on a rotating shaft of the motor 6.1, the rotating shaft of the blade assembly 2 passes through the cover plate 1 and then is connected with the second belt pulley 6.3, and the first belt pulley 6.2 is in transmission connection with the second belt pulley 6.3 through the belt 6.4. Wherein, the motor 6.1 can adopt an electric motor and also can adopt a fuel motor. For example, when the motor 6.1 is a fuel motor, if the grass mowing device adopts an improved crawler excavator, the oil inlet of the motor 6.1 is communicated with an oil supply pipeline of a mechanical arm of the crawler excavator, and the oil overflow port and the oil return port of the motor 6.1 are both communicated with an oil return pipeline of the mechanical arm of the crawler excavator, so that an operator can directly control the opening and closing of the motor 6.1 in a control room. When the motor 6.1 is an electric motor, it is electrically connected to a control device in the control cabin. It should be noted that, besides the belt-type driving member, the driving member may also be a chain-type driving member or only include the motor 6.1, and when the driving member only includes the motor 6.1, the rotating shaft of the motor 6.1 is directly connected with the rotating shaft of the blade assembly 2 through a coupling. Of course, in the case that the bottom surface of the cover plate 1 is provided with a plurality of blade assemblies 2, the cost can be significantly reduced by adopting a belt type driving member or a chain type driving member, that is, only one motor 6.1 needs to be arranged on the cover plate 1 to drive all the blade assemblies 2 to rotate through the belt 6.4.

In addition, since the tensioning effect of the belt 6.4 is gradually deteriorated with the long-term use of the driving member, in order to ensure the rotation speed and stability of the blade assembly 2, the driving member further includes a tensioner 6.5 disposed on the top surface of the cover plate 1, and the tensioner 6.5 is used for tightly abutting against the belt 6.4.

Finally, it should be noted that: the above examples are only intended to illustrate the technical solution of the invention, but not to limit it; although the invention has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that: the technical solutions described in the foregoing embodiments may still be modified, or some technical features may be equivalently replaced; and the modifications or the substitutions do not make the essence of the corresponding technical solutions depart from the spirit and scope of the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention.
