1. A chopper comprises a base with a motor, a chopping cup and a cup cover which are detachably arranged on the base; the cup cover comprises a cover body, a cutter shaft arranged on the lower side surface of the cover body and a chopping knife fixed on the cutter shaft, and the lower tail end of the cutter shaft is provided with a shaft hole; the chopping cup comprises a cup body and a cup shaft arranged at the bottom of the cup body, and when the cover body is arranged at the cup opening of the cup body, the upper tail end of the cup shaft is connected with the shaft hole in a matching way; it is characterized by also comprising:

the clamp spring is arranged on the cup shaft and provided with an opening part, and the clamp spring is in a clamping state of being tightly connected with the rotating shaft when the opening part is small and in an opening state of being separated from the rotating shaft when the opening part is large;

and the rotation stopping mechanism is used for reducing the opening part of the clamp spring when the cup cover is taken down from the stirring cup so as to switch the clamp spring to a clamping state, and is arranged between the cup opening of the cup body and the opening part of the clamp spring.

2. The shredder of claim 1, wherein the anti-rotation mechanism comprises a push rod, a linkage, and a resilient portion;

the upper tail end of the push rod is provided with a stress part, the lower tail end of the push rod is provided with a force application part, the end surface of the force application part is a lower inclined surface, and the cover body is connected with the stress part in a pressing mode when the cover body is installed on the cup opening of the cup body;

the first tail end of the connecting rod is provided with an upper inclined surface, the upper inclined surface is in contact connection with the lower inclined surface, and the second tail end of the connecting rod is in abutting connection with the opening part;

the elastic part is arranged below the force application part.

3. The shredder of claim 2, wherein the housing has a mounting portion at an upper end thereof, the mounting portion having a switch slot therein, the resilient portion being disposed in the switch slot;

a reset rod is arranged on the lower side surface of the force application part;

when the chopper cup is assembled at the mounting position, the lower end of the reset rod is inserted into the switch groove and forms a direct or indirect elastic connection relationship with the elastic part.

4. The shredder of claim 2 wherein the outer side of the cup body defines a receiving channel for receiving the pushrod, the pushrod being captured in the receiving channel with the force receiving portion exposed through the mouth of the cup body.

5. The shredder of claim 4 wherein the shredder cup further comprises a handle portion mounted to the outer side of the cup body, the receiving slot being disposed opposite the handle portion, the upper and lower ends of the handle portion being mounted to the receiving slot to retain the push rod in the receiving slot.

6. The shredder of claim 1, wherein the lid body has a hook formed on a periphery thereof, and the top end surface of the force receiving portion is formed as a top end inclined surface, the hook being press-coupled to the top end inclined surface when the lid body is mounted to the rim of the cup body.

7. The shredder of claim 1, wherein the lower side of the circlip is fixedly provided with a brake pad, and the brake pad is covered on the cup shaft;

when the clamp spring is in a clamping state, the brake pad is connected with the cup shaft in a locking mode, and when the clamp spring is in an opening state, the brake pad is separated from the cup shaft.

8. A shredder according to any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein the upper end of the cup shaft is provided as a mounting end which matingly engages the axial bore of the arbor when the cover body is mounted to the mouth of the cup body, the mounting end and the axial bore having a uniform cross-sectional shape and being non-circular in shape.

9. The shredder of claim 8, wherein the mounting end and the axle bore are each configured to have a D-shaped cross-section.

10. The shredder of claim 8, wherein the snap spring is disposed at the mounting end of the cup shaft.

Technical Field

The invention relates to a kitchen appliance, in particular to a shredder.

Background

Most kitchen appliances with high-speed cutters, such as shredders (or meat grinders), are on the market today, and for safe use the cutter stops the function promptly when the product must be provided with the uncap, and is stipulated by relevant safety regulations: the cutting blade of the food processor should stop working within 1.5 seconds after the cover is opened or removed.

Disclosure of Invention

The present invention is directed to solving at least one of the problems of the prior art. Therefore, the invention provides a shredder with simple structure and good reliability.

The invention provides a chopper, which comprises a base with a motor, a chopping cup and a cup cover, wherein the chopping cup and the cup cover are detachably arranged on the base; the cup cover comprises a cover body, a cutter shaft arranged on the lower side surface of the cover body and a chopping knife fixed on the cutter shaft, and the lower tail end of the cutter shaft is provided with a shaft hole; the chopping cup comprises a cup body and a cup shaft arranged at the bottom of the cup body, and when the cover body is arranged at the cup opening of the cup body, the upper tail end of the cup shaft is connected with the shaft hole in a matching way; the clamp spring is arranged on the cup shaft and provided with an opening part, and the clamp spring is in a clamping state of being tightly connected with the rotating shaft when the opening part is small and in an opening state of being separated from the rotating shaft when the opening part is large; and the rotation stopping mechanism is used for reducing the opening part of the clamp spring when the cup cover is taken down from the stirring cup so as to switch the clamp spring to a clamping state, and is arranged between the cup opening of the cup body and the opening part of the clamp spring.

Preferably, the rotation stopping mechanism comprises a push rod, a connecting rod and an elastic part; the upper tail end of the push rod is provided with a stress part, the lower tail end of the push rod is provided with a force application part, the end surface of the force application part is a lower inclined surface, and the cover body is connected with the stress part in a pressing mode when the cover body is installed on the cup opening of the cup body; the first tail end of the connecting rod is provided with an upper inclined surface, the upper inclined surface is in contact connection with the lower inclined surface, and the second tail end of the connecting rod is in abutting connection with the opening part; the elastic part is arranged below the force application part.

Preferably, the upper end surface of the base is provided with an installation position, the installation position is provided with a switch slot, and the elastic part is arranged in the switch slot; a reset rod is arranged on the lower side surface of the force application part; when the chopper cup is assembled at the mounting position, the lower end of the reset rod is inserted into the switch groove and forms a direct or indirect elastic connection relationship with the elastic part.

Preferably, the lateral surface of cup is equipped with the holding tank of installation push rod, and the push rod is spacing among the holding tank and the rim of a cup of atress portion outer exposure cup.

Preferably, the assembling end and the shaft hole are both provided with D-shaped cross sections.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:

the invention realizes that the chopping knife is stopped immediately when the cup cover is opened, the opening part of the clamp spring is switched from an opening state to a clamping state by the rotation stopping mechanism, and the cup shaft is stopped immediately by clamping the clamp spring on the cup shaft, so that the cup shaft cannot be abraded with the shaft hole when the cup shaft is stopped, the reliability and the service life between the cup shaft and the knife shaft can be improved, the chopped food can be prevented from being polluted by loss powder generated by abrasion between the cup shaft and the shaft hole, and the invention has simple integral structure and high reliability.

Detailed Description

To further clarify the technical solutions and effects adopted by the present application to achieve the intended purpose, the following detailed description is given with reference to the accompanying drawings and preferred embodiments according to the present application. In the following description, different "one embodiment" or "an embodiment" refers to not necessarily the same embodiment. Furthermore, the particular features, structures, or characteristics may be combined in any suitable manner in one or more embodiments.

Referring to fig. 1-6, the invention discloses a shredder with simple structure, good reliability and easy cleaning, which comprises a base 1 with a motor, a shredding cup 2 and a cup cover 3, wherein the shredding cup 2 and the cup cover 3 are detachably arranged on the base 1; the cup cover 3 comprises a cover body 31 which can be covered on the chopping cup 2, a cutter shaft 32 arranged on the lower side surface of the cover body 31 and a chopping knife 33 fixed on the cutter shaft 32, and the lower tail end of the cutter shaft 32 is provided with a shaft hole 321; the chopping cup 2 comprises a cup body 21 for containing food, a cup shaft 22 which is in transmission connection with a motor in the machine base 1 is arranged at the bottom of the cup body 21, and when the cup cover 3 is arranged at the cup opening of the cup body 21, the upper tail end of the cup shaft 22 is in fit connection with a shaft hole 321 of the cutter shaft 32, so that the cutter shaft 32 is driven by the cup shaft 22 to synchronously rotate; a clamp spring 23 provided on the cup shaft 22, the clamp spring 23 having a V-shaped opening 231, the clamp spring 23 having a clamping state of being clamped and connected to the rotation shaft 22 when the opening 231 is small and an open state of being separated and connected to the rotation shaft 22 when the opening 231 is large; and a rotation stopping mechanism for switching the clamp spring 23 to a clamping state to stop the rotation of the cup shaft 22 when the cup cover 3 is taken down from the mixing cup 2, wherein the rotation stopping mechanism is arranged between the cup opening of the cup body 21 and the opening part 231 of the clamp spring 23.

Specifically, the rotation stopping mechanism includes: the push rod 4 is positioned between the cup mouth and the cup bottom of the cup body 21, the upper tail end of the push rod 4 is provided with a stress part 43, the lower tail end of the push rod 4 is provided with a force application part 41, the end surface of the force application part 41 is provided with a lower inclined surface 411, and the cup cover 3 is pressed on the stress part 43 when the cup cover 3 is arranged on the cup mouth of the chopping cup 2; a link 5 disposed between the force application portion 41 and the opening portion 231 of the clamp spring 23, wherein a first end of the link 5 has an upper inclined surface 51, the upper inclined surface 51 is connected with the lower inclined surface 411 in a contact manner, and a second end of the link 5 is connected with the opening portion 231 in an abutting manner; an elastic part 12 provided below the urging part 41. When the cup cover 3 is not arranged at the cup opening of the chopping cup 2, the elastic part 12 enables the push rod 4 to be at the first position, the force application part 41 does not generate acting force towards the clamp spring 23 on the connecting rod 5, and the clamp spring 23 is in a clamping state and is clamped on the cup shaft 22 so that the cup shaft 22 cannot rotate; when the cup cover 3 is installed at the cup opening of the chopping cup 2, the cup cover 3 generates a downward acting force on the force bearing part 43 to enable the push rod 4 to move downwards to be switched from the first position to the second position, the push rod 4 acts on the upper inclined surface 51 of the connecting rod 5 through the lower inclined surface 411 in the downward moving process to push the connecting rod 5 to move towards the clamp spring 23, the connecting rod 5 moves towards the opening part 231 to further expand the opening part 231 through the second end of the connecting rod 5 to enable the clamp spring 23 to be switched from the clamping state to the expanding state to not limit the rotation of the cup shaft 22 any more, and at the moment, if the motor is started, the motor can drive the chopping knife 33 to rotate through the cup shaft.

Therefore, the invention realizes that the chopping knife 33 is stopped immediately when the cup cover 3 is opened, the opening part 231 of the clamp spring 23 is switched to the clamping state from the opening state by the rotation stopping mechanism, the clamp spring 23 is clamped on the cup shaft 22 to realize that the cup shaft 22 is stopped immediately, so that the cup shaft 22 is prevented from being abraded between the cup shaft 22 and the shaft hole 321 when the cup shaft 22 is stopped, the reliability and the service life between the cup shaft 22 and the knife shaft 32 can be improved, and the crushed food can be prevented from being polluted by the loss powder generated by abrasion between the cup shaft 22 and the shaft hole 321.

In a preferred embodiment, a brake block 24 (for example, the brake block 24 is made of silicon rubber) is fixedly arranged on the lower side surface of the clamp spring 23, and the brake block 24 is coated on the cup shaft 22. When the clamp spring 23 is clamped on the cup shaft 22, the brake pad 24 becomes smaller along with the opening 231 of the clamp spring 23 so as to be locked and connected with the cup shaft 22, and the reliability of stopping the rotation of the cup shaft 22 by using the clamp spring 23 is improved. On the contrary, when the link 5 pushes the opening 231 to be opened, the brake pad 24 is separated from the cup shaft 22 as the opening 231 of the snap spring 23 becomes larger, so that the cup shaft 22 can be freely rotated.

In order to facilitate a smoother engagement between the second end of the link 5 and the opening 231 and to reduce the resistance between the second end of the link 5 and the opening 231, the outer side surfaces of the second end of the link 5 are formed as converging side surfaces 52 that engage with the inner side of the opening 231, and when the link 5 moves horizontally toward the opening 231 or away from the opening 231, the converging side surfaces 52 contact with the inner side of the opening 231.

Wherein, the upper end of the cup shaft 22 is provided with an assembling end 221, and is connected with the shaft hole 321 of the cutter shaft 32 through the assembling end 221 in a matching way; the mounting end 221 and the shaft hole 321 have a uniform cross-sectional shape and are both non-circular, such that the mounting end 221 is non-cylindrical. For example, the mounting end 221 and the shaft hole 321 are both D-shaped in cross section to ensure that the cup shaft 22 has no corners for easily containing food waste for easy cleaning.

In another preferred embodiment, the clamp spring 23 is arranged at the assembling end 221 of the cup shaft 22, and since the assembling end 221 is non-cylindrical, when the clamp spring 23 is clamped on the cup shaft 22, the clamp spring 23 has a more reliable limiting effect on the non-cylindrical assembling end 221, which is beneficial to shortening the time required for stopping the cup shaft 22 and improving the reliability of the rotation stopping.

The elastic portion 12 is generally implemented by a spring. The resilient portion 12 may be provided at the base of the cutting cup 2. In one embodiment, to reduce the size of the bottom of the chopper cup 2, a resilient portion 12 is provided within the housing 1. Specifically, the upper end face of the machine base 1 is provided with a mounting position 13, the chopping cup 2 is assembled on the mounting position 13 of the machine base 1, the mounting position 13 is provided with a switch groove 11, and the elastic part 12 is arranged in the switch groove 11; and the lower side surface of the force application part 41 of the push rod 4 is provided with a reset rod 42 extending downwards, the chopping cup 2 is assembled on the mounting position 13 of the machine base 1, and the lower end of the reset rod 42 is inserted into the switch slot 11 and forms a direct or indirect elastic connection relationship with the elastic part 12.

The push rod 4, the connecting rod 5 and the clamp spring 23 are all positioned on the outer side surface of the cup body 21 to avoid contacting with food. The lateral surface of the cup body 21 is provided with a containing groove 211 for installing the push rod 4, the push rod 4 is limited in the containing groove 211, and the stress part 43 of the push rod 4 is exposed out of the cup opening of the cup body 21, so that the cover body 31 is pressed and connected with the stress part 43 to generate downward pressing force on the stress part 43 when the cup cover 3 is installed on the chopping cup 2.

In a preferred embodiment, the cutting cup 2 further comprises a handle portion 25 mounted on the outer side of the cup body 21, the receiving groove 211 is disposed opposite to the handle portion 25, and the upper and lower ends of the handle portion 25 are mounted on the receiving groove 211 and limit the push rod 4 in the receiving groove 211, so as to facilitate assembly, disassembly, assembly and maintenance.

When the shredder is in use, the cup cover 3 covers the cup opening of the cup body 2, the assembling end 221 of the cup shaft 22 is matched and connected with the shaft hole 321 of the cutter shaft 32, so that a motor in the main machine 1 is in transmission connection with the cutter shaft 32 through the cup shaft 22, at the moment, the cover body 31 is pressed on the stress part 43 to enable the push rod 4 to be at the first position, the elastic part 12 is compressed, the opening part 231 of the clamp spring 23 is expanded by the second tail end of the connecting rod 5 to enable the clamp spring 23 to be in an open state and not to limit the cup shaft 22, therefore, when the main machine 1 is started, the cutter shaft 32 can be driven to synchronously rotate through the cup shaft 22, and the chopping knife 33 can chop food in the cup body 21.
